So happy the proposed revamp doesn't have that weird little gliding flap. I hated that lol I mean I never really cared for the Manchu overall, but the new look is much better!

I'm really into the updated art! I definitely agree that it's lost a bit of it's character with the revamp, but giving it the cheeky expression again would totally fix it for me! (:

the only thing I hate is the ear closest to us, the fur on it looks really loopy/not fur-like at alll. Otherwise I enjoy the update. <3

Hie eyes are better, but he has a worried expression now instead of a playful one. The new one looks like he would be 40, in Human years instead of 20-something (living it free).

The ear tufts really bother me a lot.

I really like the new one, great style and shading, cute and fluffy new look BUT I think it has the problem some other revamps have too: it looks a bit too stiff. I think it would be much more lively and even cuter if it's head was tilted.

I spent several years living in Madagascar, a.k.a. the home of Lemurs. They hold a very dear place in my heart. I bring this up because I believe that they are quite obviously the inspiration of the Manchu (correct me if I'm wrong). Anyway, I like the revamp a lot. I like the new texture and details added to the design. However, I do agree that something about the face isn't as playful as the previous version. The new design has a touch of sadness gleaming off of the eyebrows there. That would be my only suggestion.

I remember when this pet was first released. Compared to the newer art, it definitely needs this revamp.

I'm glad those wing flaps are going. It's the one aspect I've never liked for the manchu.

I have to go out and run errands for a bit, but when I come back I'll give some thorough feedback and critique. The new art still needs a few tweaks imo, but it is already vastly superior to the old/current art.

The tail could be more flexible, like the old one's tho.

Ehhh. . .The new pose just doesn't have any character, if you act me. It's not dynamic and it doesn't look very lemur-y. Lemurs do tend to have their heads lower than their haunches, and the original's head tilt and little smile is a lot more charming than the proposed one's blank face. I'd miss the wing flaps, too. I do like the new chest fluff though.

The new design would be fine if the wing flaps were added back in and some character returned to the face, in the form of a flicked ear, a smile, a cocked head. . .anything really.

I adore the art upgrade, absolutely adore it. my only comment would be on the expression, the left eyebrow curved down leaves it with a concerned expression, rather than a happy or scheming one. the mouth too, it's hard on my screens at least to see the end of his mouth, so I personally would prefer a more obvious grin, or even just a greater curve upwards.

I like the new revamp. But something about the head and face makes me still never really want one. Maybe its the position or expression.

I like the updated art but the pose looks very stiff, the older version has much more movement and looks a lot nicer in that regard

The new one looks amazing and realistic - comfortable in pose and super soft and fluffy to boot. <3

Love this revamp! So cute and fluffy and just as playful as before! I can understand the loss of the flaps. They would be a bit of a bother just for that little added cuteness of flying but being a swinger is just as nice ^_^ Great job Rah!

reads over some other comments WOW o.o I totally DON'T see the concerned/sad expression xD To me it looks just as happy and playful as before. I think it's a great basic pose for this pet rather than the forced one it had to try to look cute; and like I said in the SB, I never noticed the 'flaps' until they were mentioned. After looking at all of their colors, the flaps really don't seem to add much to most of the looks and in my opinion take away from the Glade Manchu's overall look (which is one I especially love). With quite a few of the special colors they're hardly even noticeable. Perhaps they can just live on with the Angelic/Hydrus versions >.>

Awesome artwork and i wouldn't be disappointed to see it used as-is, but i do have a couple comments. The tail seems a bit stiff to me, that's the first thing i noticed. So do the front legs, but i think that impression would go away if the tail looked more lively. And i think the eyebrows could be tweaked to give it a more mischievous expression...something about the inner ends of the eyebrows being raised (i think that's what it is) makes it look more worried or something. It's not that it looks bad or anything, i just don't think it accurately conveys the nature of this species (as i understand it). Everything else is really fantastic though!

Also, i had no idea they had "wing flaps" and i seriously had to stare at it for a minute to see what people were talking about. o_O

I like the older one because it looks smoother. The new is great art of of course. It just looks like the fur has been brushed against the grain.

I love the new one. The detail is adorable and the shading is perfect. However, I'm just going to echo what pretty much everyone else is saying, and add that I also don't see much personality behind the expression of the new one. Other than that, I love it.

i like the old pose and expression but i like the fluffy texture of the new one.

Love the face/esp. the ears <3 and front legs.. the back legs/feet and butt however-- seem a bit too large.. should be smaller for a lemur..would make it mucchh more cuter and more fittable for the face.. for the rest --- PERFECTT
