I ranted about the Atebus shop in my survery reactions, and I forgot to mention it here too because I was too busy ranting about other things.

There was once a really great suggestion board involving turning the Atebus shop into more of like a Cyberpunk shop with a TON of suggestions and as most suggestion boards are-- it was obviously ignored (because god we can't have Custom Items because reasons why not just make suggestion boards :'D so the artists can ignore them and do whatever they want anyways and you'll end up getting frustrated enough to make your own as a CW :'D) (jokes on them because I suck at shading so I just stew in my own lacking instead).

Like the upper city we currently see = Steampunk Undercity/UNderground = Cyberpunk

With sleek mechs, masks, androids, cyber eyes, haze, bright glowing neon signs, wires and cables and and.. well you get the jist. THE FASHION IS GREAT THE THEMES ARE GREAT THE ITEMS WOULD BE GREAT and it was all ignored and apparently the shop will probably be closed instead.

UGH YES to custom items coming back. This should have been a thing before custom wearables were introduced- I feel like it would have helped weed out some of the problems the system had early on.

I'd probably be glued to my computer on most of my days off just drawing pretty tc items if we didn't have to make them all wearables. I wouldn't mind if they ended up being cash shop items instead of normal site items (although that would be pretty amazing too). Make them 125 csc each and put them in a general cash shop section (aka there's no slots, no privates, etc). Subeta could pretty much do whatever they wanted with them and I wouldn't care. Control over them wouldn't matter as much to me as having the ability to upload niche items that will likely never be drawn by staff.

That would be so awesome to see.

Ugh, don't even get me started on the number and variety of ideas on the suggestion forums and then... 25 wonky eyes only crack heads want (as in the zombies, not insinuating only drug addicts want them ;P ). I'm still grumpy that when we finally got a modern military set it was CS, and... well I'm not sorry to say it was just Haan's CW set re-drawn by staff, sure it was different... but not enough to make me want to buy it the CS set on top of the CW set. There is a LOT of variety out there for military items. A LOT. There is 0 excuse to both copy a set that already exists with minor changes, and to make the release so limited. Then release 9474748 more shirts in every colour known to man and beast.

Looking for /nice/ space items the other day I realised the majority are retired CS items, not monthly collections, just single items. Most of them are now totally out of circulation. And of COURSE they are, aside from being there for a short time they were STUNNING items and wearables. I'll keep them on my WL for my pets, but quite frankly I have no hope I'll get those without a) paying a fortune for each one (50mill+) or b) managing to attract the attention of someone who has them but doesn't use them c)getting really lucky with the hustler. And I need two of each... I'm not suggesting CS items be brought into mainshops commonly or often, but to have them introduced in some way to some extent, particularly if they fit a theme or could have been smuggled.

Additionally if Blackmoon is behind the underground movement, this might be an excuse to revisit the weapons shop/s too. He was a warlord. He made weapons. Why not use this as a chance for him to make back some of his money with black market weaponry?

Staff already knows that people want space items, that's why those space themed items were placed into the cash shop that one time. (can't remember the items, one of them was like a really tiny galaxy that you wear on your head or something)

Yet the only space themed shop onsite goes neglected to the point where it's being done away with. I'm going to be forever bitter about the loss of the atebus shop, mark my words.

I know it's not up to you, but I thought you'd have insight. I'd love those to permanently stay off the table and just have newer ones come out. I'd even support the old ones getting buffed a bit just due to their rarity so they don't lose their value.

But I support other prizes getting rereleased. I need two weapons from the RD and I need a ton of books...

(missed a letter damn lol) I think my biggest disappointment with that set was... it's complete and utter lack of creativity. Not because it ripped off Haan's CW set (all I'ma say about that is like Official Pokemon cards verses the such origin very pokemon 100% real cards you can get off chinese import sites for $5 a box, which is for the record the price of one legitimate pack, and the cards have like 8000hp and very many bad translation-- that is how I felt about that set) (yes I do in fact, at 28 almost 29.. that I do actively purchase and collect pokeman cards I know what I'm talkin' 'bout).

I'm talking about utter lack of creativity because my sweet baby Luna this is subeta universe.... Look at those FANTASTICALLY BEAUTIFUL AND CREATIVE Portraits and Signets.... where the only bit of uncreativity was using real world titles (but this isn't about what something is called, so I'll let it go) (plus I like those titles so lalala -fingers in ears-), but each one was unique and it's own. Now look at that military set. Now back to the.. okay you get the point -laugh-

I mean why, why wasn't that a set of Subetian military attire? Has there never been a global war? Has no one ever had a military? I find that hard to believe considering the hostility from the Omen War.... and why is(was?) Jaxon one of the last of his family? Is that race on it's last leg? Why... was there a war? Why doesn't different places have different peoples and different military attire? I imagine what's worn in the Sehric is so much different than Atebus... why wasn't that set aimed at that? Instead of just real world styled Camo?

You just KNOW one of those nations wears some sexy you know which one's I'm talkin' about stylized military uniforms.... and I'd pay good money for them okay. (I'm not saying they had great ideas, a great leader, or did anything that wasn't completely outrageous and horrible... but I will say they knew how to dress okay).

Well, there are old atebus shop items that are great. would be a great stargazer prize. The Bunny and Planet plushies as well!

But, the atebus locker set. Retire that, please.

Oh don't get me wrong, I don't really care too much if staff make 'knock offs', I might have no incentive to buy what I basically already own, but I know we all willingly signed over the right for Subeta to do that, so my attitude is 'eh, whatever floats your boat staff'. But like you, we do get lovely creative items, we know the staff can do it... so why fall back on just copying what already exists? Hell, I'd have loved to see a complimentary set to what Haan made. Tundra maybe, a different vehicle to a tank etc etc... And like you say "Subetan" military, we're told over and over the site wants to get away from real-world holidays, but what about the rest of the world? There was a real Subetan war over Atebus, we obviously have a military (unless Major is Drill's first name). And dear god YES! We have different countries, if we're going to get camo, why not design a line from scratch with recolours based on different areas of Subeta? Why not desert outfits? Or tropical? Oh yeah, yeah I know the kind. Well you know what they say, if it had been a war of fashion, we'd be saluting a different flag XD ALSO ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING RUSSIAN NAVY TAKE MY MONEY

But I don't really like stargazer? I lose 99% of the time and I would rather just restock new space items myself than to rely on luck or whatever you have to do with stargazer I still don't understand. I'm not smart enough to figure it out, it seems completely random to me. I want to buy space items en masse, not one single item every once in a while when I happen to pick the right answer.

Like, I would imagine those in the Saheric would have some awesome Desert themed military garb that would not only be fashionable (so many CWs for that baggy style of clothing!) but also great for the neglected Souk. And I'd imagine camo would be heavily used in Veta and/or Shadowglen (all dem trees), and especially whenever the first time other races found their way to the Omen Islands.

I'd really love to see how the past and present military fashion would be, and I definitely wouldn't mind seeing Major Jerkface's title explained somewhere. If Camo is a thing for some areas, which ones? Obviously even different military branches for a single nation dress differently (hell the Navy dresses differently depending on the season), I don't see why subeta's would be any different. I'd also love to see Calvin looking more grown up -cooough- with some military attire that's either matching Uptop (more Steampunky Victorian) or Downlow (assuming subeta ran with the Cyber vs Steam concept.. the former really really suiting both Blackmoon and his Industry + his robotic pets in both current day and during the Rift plot).

I just feel like Blackmoon/Atebus overall/Atebus shop are neglected and that brushing them under the rug is just... such a wasted opportunity. I MEAN THERE HAD TO BE FUTURISTIC TECHNOLOGY THERE ONCE... THEY LIVE IN DOMES ON PLATFORMED BUILDINGS... I refuse to believe the domes are Steampunky and that there's nothing below). I. Refuse.

I don't want to see things ordered by price or rarity.

Price would be pointless, most things are priced between 2100 and 2400. The price doesn't seem to reflect rarity or popularity. Previously when things increased in price as more were bought, rare things were sometimes cheaper because they couldn't be bought as much.

Rarity would make it too easy to restock the rarer items. I think there should be some challenge/skill and that should be in remembering what the rarer items are.

I thought adding hovers to the shops would cause more lag, if this is true then I don't want them adding.

Keith had a post a few pages back regarding restocking from the shop vs shop search. I just wanted to say when I am wanting rarer collection items, I refresh shop searches rather than the shop itself as it's easier to see if it's in stock or not.

What about making the NPC shops like this:

order by rarity but in tabs, like the years in Esther's shop for example..

Really Common until Common in one tab and Normal until Super Rare in second tab

So the shops will be less messy, and new items will be in stock more often..

Even if it was a real world camo -- which considering how many there are out there is likely, could we at least get away from the common stuff? There are some gorgeous functional designs out there. I want this one >=|

I'd love to see some up to date -v- neglected ordinance, rusty old things and battered unexploded bombs alongside the newest thing in firearms. There's so much you can do with it TTATT Blackmoon himself could really use a redesign yeah P=

I'm super new so my opinion might not mean much but the one thing I did think there was a dearth of wearable-wise was backgrounds. Are they just not popular? Cause I feel like backgrounds can complement HAs really well. Like there are a million similar skirts and wigs and a whole bunch of weird strappy things I don't really understand in the trinket shop but not one bg :( Not even a ballroom/dance floor type bg? Idk. Most of the really nice bgs that do exist seem super ethereal/nature-based so I feel like they don't really work if you wanna have your HA dressed in normal clothes and not make them into something fantastic.
