Today, seemingly at random intervals, I have been getting some kind of odd glitch. When turning in a quest to complete it, I get a blank page and my item(s) get taken, yet the quest is not completed and I receive no rewards. I use firefox (lastest update) and Windows 10, but I know I'm not the only one with this glitch today. Some other people in shoutbox have experienced this.

This has happened to me too. I've had to turn in the items twice to complete the quest.

I'm not sure if I lost items, but I did have to go back and buy some things again when I thought I already bought them, but I go through the tabs too quick to be sure if I lost items.

I had this happen once last night! Mine was with Quentin. I use google Chrome.

This. It happened a few time to me today, but I wasn't really sure that it was a glitch or if I just went through tabs too quickly. I'm using Chrome.

Happened to me with Cursed and Saggitarius. Saggitarius only ate one of the items.

When I was doing Cursed though, I was also doing Shinwa's quest. The quest gave me the bracelet shard even though the site didn't recognize the quest as being finished on the Cursed page and in my quest widget. When I did finish the quest again (after repurchasing both items), I didn't get another bracelet shard.

This happened to me today too, but I was super tired at the time and on my last quest, so I figured I must have imagined that I already bought the items.

If it helps in the reporting, the site was also lagging at the time.

I've also been having similar issues, with quests giving me the "you don't have these items" page after I'm pretty sure I've bought the items. (although I do multitask a lot while questing, so I've been chalking it up to either lag or me not actually hitting buy button by mistake). I'm using firefox as my browser.

Also my library quests in the widget are reading 17/15 completed for today? (idk if this could be related to these quest issues, if it needs it's own thread?) I can't tell if its a display issue or if the site accidentally let me complete too many quests. :S

Yeah its happened to me a couple of times too. But even when it happens its not consistent. The last time it happened was with cursed quests and I'm not sure if I got any sP, I did get 2 new items in my inventory, my quest count didn't go up, I had to rebuy the asked for items and I got a 504 after a long time waiting.

I just experienced this, too. I went to click on the quest finish button and it started with extreme lag, ended in a 504 error page, and when I backpaged out of the 504 and refreshed the quest it told me I didn't have either of the items I'd just bought and I didn't get credit for completing the quest.

I'm also using firefox and the lag itself is short and intermittent, and I see it around the site periodically. I'm having trouble having item purchases go through some times as well because of what I thought was just lag, which also results in an "item sold out" notification even though when I click back into the store and refresh there's still that item there.

1. I got an unknown error when purchasing a quest item. I checked my inventory and it was there but the quest said I didn't have it. When I checked my inventory again the item was gone so I had to buy another.

2. I got the unknown error for a different quest - this time the quest accepted the item that was in my inventory.

3. Have also had the blank page error where I had to buy the items again.

I have thought this had happened to me too, but also chalked it up to lag and possibly closing the tabs before the transaction went through. Also, I've found that sometimes when I get the error saying I don't have all the items, knowing I purchased them, if I reload the quest page it'll complete the quest. Seems the site is just being all around laggy.

Same here, I've had to re-buy quite a few things.

Had it just happen two times in a row during Pete's quests. No error page but the page simply didn't load so I had to reload and lost my item.

I've experienced this as well, I thought the pages had lagged out but when I refreshed it told me I didn't have the items to complete the quests and I had to rebuy them.

I just tried buying an item from Steamworks Menagerie buuuut then Subeta ate my trinkets. Not cool... :x Also, questing is a pain for both the lag when buying from shops and the fact that items get eaten

I've lost several items over the last couple of days due to this. I'm finding that I usually end up on a blank page, or I receive an error. Just happened again while trying to turn in items for a Library quest and this was the error message:
