-Raises hand- Has happened to me several times yesterday and today too. Seems like a glitch occuring when the lag hits while ending a quest.

Yes this has happened several times to me as well.

7th day of this happening for me, 5 times today while question, one with sag, one with wiz and 3 with cinthia

I just handed in a Mage Amulet into the Mage and it led to a blank screen and I did not get a shard or tome from it, so I guess this can happen there too.

Have been having this happen to me for the last hour, 7 times so far. I'm down ~65,000sp from items vanishing, anyone have any updates on the situation? I know it's being worked on, just curious if there's anything I can do differently in the meantime.

EDIT: Using newest version of Firefox as of 5/6/19 as a browser; just finished my daily quests and these are the stats at the end off that:

• Quentin's Quests: 4 "you do not have these items", 2 "You are not on a quest", 1 "purchase failed unknown error"
• Cynthia's Quests: 2 "you do not have these items", 1 "You are not on a quest", 4 "purchase failed unknown error"
• Library Quests: 1 "You do not have these items", 1 "You are not on a quest", 1 "purchase failed unknown error"
• Cursed Quests: 2 "You do not have these items"
• Wizard Quests: 1 "You are not on a quest"
• Sagittarius Quests: 2 "you do not have these items" Total quests lost: 5 Total Sp wasted: ~350,000sp (those Sagittarius quests that did some real damage!)(Amount rounded down)

Got lag, error 504 and my items eaten.

Seems to change day by day and even hour by hour. Most I got was about 6 times over all quests, average seems to be at least 2-3 times now.

Please describe again which errors you have experienced (for instance, there have been reports of quests eating items, but also buying from shop search and I think special shops?)

Eating of quest items and buying from the shop search. I personally haven't experienced special shop nonsense, but I rarely buy from there. When these errors flare up I noticed the rest of the site seems to lag as well, however, including the forums, explore, vending, and moving items around (inventory to shop, shop to vault, ect). Also a lot of cloudflare errors when quickstocking crop up around the same time.

No mobile, just Chrome in the latest version; I made sure to update after the errors initially started and they have persisted since.

Hopefully this gets figured out quickly, and thank you for letting us know this is being looked into :)

I do not know any specifics on the quests because it has happened to me a lot. Does not seem to be any certain type of quest. I have had the quests eating items and also have had the shops lagging really bad or just not doing anything at all when I buy as well. Sometimes user shops but also from the regular shops. Sorry I do not have specifics though. I am using Chrome 74, Windows 10. I am not using a mobile device.

...aaand Maleria, same thing, on Endeavor Gem and Illumis Nuclear Explosive Goo. I might be done with Subeta, not sure just for tonight
