Okay so in regard to this:

This happens to me all the time, and has for like... months and months. But, my trackpad is suuuuper finicky and often times when I click once it will register as if I've clicked 2 or 3 times. For example, I'll click the button to open a new tab and suddenly there will be 3 new tabs open. I mention this because I'm fairly certain that this is what happens for me when I experience this glitch, that the page is double loaded from the multiple rapid clicks and throws the error that I don't have the required items because they've actually already been consumed to fulfill the quest. I've always been rewarded for completing the quests and it has always counted towards the number of quests I've done for the day, it just doesn't show me the confirmation page, even if I click the back button on the browser. Anymore when this happens for me I just go back a page and refresh and continue with my next quest. I'd never posted about it because I'd always thought it was just a "me issue" relating to my trackpad. 😅

Not sure how helpful any of that is, but I thought I'd bring it up anyway just in case!

2. How did you obtain the items? For example: did you buy them from another user's shop, did you remove them from your own shop/gallery

• Fur: another shop (not sure if NPC or user)
• Wand: removed from my shop
• Earring: was in my inventory

3. Approximate time (in Subeta timezone - that is, the clock in the site header) that you got the quest 9:10 PM

4. How many items are in your inventory, and are you over your inventory limit? Currently I have 103/250.

5. Any other information that may be relevant: for instance, if you gained items or prizes that the quest did not tell you about, if you know of a specific loss in sP amount, if you got a quest point from it somehow, etc It took a long time to load and then there was a gateway 504 timeout. When I went back and tried to submit the quest again, that's when it told me the items didn't exist and the quest wasn't fulfilled.

Thanks! LOL was disappointed that all questing today was error free...but I guess that's a good thing :P

Hey! Happened today, Carl asked for and . I double clicked, it consumed my items & gave me a reward, but still asked for the items. This time, though, when I refreshed, it said I wasn't on a quest anymore. So it looks like the double-clicking might still pose a problem, but when I refreshed immediately after it updated. So it looks like it's updating faster (in contrast to before, when it took around a minute) but there still is an issue immediately after the double refresh.

Edit: Sagittarius just asked for Orange Grape Juice Globe and The Feli Field Guide to Popularity. Double clicked, this time it said I wasn't on a quest instead of asking for the items again. Got an sP reward and item reward I believe.

Saggitarius, white colored pencil (removed from my shop) and black cowboy boots (bought from user shops) Happened 12:50am 14/250 items in wardrobe.

no lag, just ate the items, then said I wasn't on a quest. Didn't pay attention to sp input/output

This time I didn’t wait long enough for anything to happen. I think these errors are assosciated with site lag, because when Saggi ate my items, it lagged out and wouldn’t load. Normally when this happens, it won’t load and I get a Gateway//Cloudflare error. Then when I reload the page or go back to the quest through a different link, it either ate my items or tells me I’m not on a quest. This time, I knew I was going to get another cloudflare error, so I stopped the page and went back to the quest. It had eaten my items and you know the rest of the story.

Okay this just happened with Item Hunt so I just want to warn people before they buy anything really expensive that this can happen with him as well. Luckily my item only cost 45k. He asked for Bought it, tried to turn it in and then a blank white page came up. Went back and he said I did not have the item so had to buy it again to turn it back in. Chrome Windows 10.

i've had this happen a few times over the last few days, but tonight is the first night with a totally blank page at the finish quest stage. quest for Saggitarius, which asked for Aqua Zentu Beanbag and Happy Axe (both bought from user shops, no errors). i clicked 'finish' and got the blank page, tried refreshing (this has sometimes worked for me tonight, but not with the blank page error, it was a timeout i think?) but it ate my items - not sure if there was a sP reward, wasn't paying attention to that. guess i'll have to go buy the items again and just take a loss (i never quit a quest coz i need the quest points welp) -bought the items and the quest finished properly. i'm using Chrome with Windows 8.1 if that helps

edit: oh and i've also been getting the purchase failures too... editedit: right, seeing as i've nearly finished my quests for today, i'll take better note of details of any errors tomorrow ❤ just read back through the board - thanks for looking into this Bug!

Oh no not during this quest! :(

1. Mage Quest (second one), I gave a
2. The item was already in my inventory, given a few minutes before bu Quentin
3. Happened at around 11:42 am subeta time
4. You have 52 items on hand
5. It isn't really a blank page, the website loaded and also the image of the Mage himself, but it's just blank where the text of the reward should be. Checked my inventory and neither have a tome or a shard.

This keeps happening to me too.

On a quest for the Wizard (est 1:17PM subeta time) Asked for Marshmallow MaiShadow Kit and Grazia Cello. Bought the Marshmallow MaiShadow Kit. All good with this one! Tried to buy the Grazia Cello from a user shop. Site hangs. I decide to wait and see if the purchase will go through. Error after... guesstimating it at 30-ish seconds. "Your most recent purchase failed. An unknown error occurred." The item is not in my inventory, sP was not consumed. This is the shop I was trying to buy from, if that helps any

Firefox 66.0.4, Windows 7.

[edit]Tried buying the Grazia Cello again from the same shop. Page hung for a few seconds, but it went through and the quest was completed fine.

Process: Start quest. Buy items. Click "finish": no result for ~ 10s Click again: got the "oh no!" page Back Buy items Click "finish" Get 15 WT, no sP, no items

Prior to 2:05 PM. I did Sarah quests. Everything seemed to be working fine. I cleared my inventory prior to starting quests, so there should only be my 10 locked items out of 250 slots.

At the end of 15 Sarah quests, I had an extra two items in my inventory, Chum and Black Decorating Frosting - both items she had asked for. I then did an Item Hunt quest. Reloaded my inventory to make sure all was well, and discovered a third item, Dusk Lamp, which Sarah had also asked for. I really don't think I'm double buying things - but its possible, the first item chum, happened on a very early quest and when I saw it there, I assumed that what happened, but three times? There was some delay in those showing up in my inventory so I didn't keep in mind if they were bought from user shops or NPC shops.

I was reloading my inventory after every quest so I could track stuff, the extra items didn't seem to be in my inventory and would only show up 1 or 2 quests past the ones where she asked for them.
