• getting errors when trying to buy from user shops, then finding excess items in my inventory.
• getting errors when trying to buy from user shops (not finding any items in inventory), keep getting errors until I search again.
• have a quest partially go through, in that the items were taken, I was given items in return, but the quest doesn't end and I'm not credited with a quest increase. I click on the quester again (through the widget) and they are still asking for the original items they already took. I buy the items again and they accept them, things continue as normal.
• Once, I had the above happen, and then the next quest it asked for Item1 and item2 - bought them, tried to give them, got the "not on a quest" error. Clicked back on the quester from the widget and it was now asking for two new items. That time it worked.
• Often it just "eats" my quest items and I get no reward at all and it keeps asking for the quest items it ate.
• may have gotten other variations as well, but not always easy to spot exactly what type of error is happening. Or to track inventory and double check things when doing time sensitive quests. A lot is noticing stuff only after the fact.
• Sometimes when the quests act up I'll get gateway errors, other times I just get a blank page.

Just as a note, I no longer try using the 'reload' button on my browser - neither on the quest page, nor the shop search page. I will stop the browser if I have the active symbol, then click the search button again, or click the quest link in the widget (depending on where/when it starts to act up). If I get a page with the gateway error, I'll close the tab and restart on another tab. I seem to get less errors that way, shrug but who knows might just be bias.

Start quest > buy items successfully > click "turn in" > get a blank page with just the nav bar & side bar but doesn't show anything else > refresh > click "turn in" again > says I don't have the items and they're not in my inventory, quest number has not incremented > can then re-buy and quest goes on as normal. Once, and only once, I noticed that I was working on Shinwa's quest and somehow got the bracelet shard when I got the blank page (it didn't show this). I only realized this because when I turned in the items again, I didn't get the shard, but when I went back to Shinwa, she thanked me for turning it in. - Your exact browser + browser version - Please specify if you are using a mobile device as well Chrome - Version 73.0.3683.103 (Official Build) (64-bit) - on Mac OS and not on mobile.

Just now Cursed quest and items asked for were Twilight Anyu Plushie Indigo Traditional Watercolor Chips bought both from user shops Have 85 items in inventory items not there and sp used is gone.

I don't have a specific example right now because all my quests are completed already, but when I experience this it's like,

Buy / take from vault or gallery the items requested Hit finish quest The items are taken from my inventory but I get the error saying the items are still needed I have to buy the items a second time and it'll go through.

Today I had a morostide item that was requested, so I took one out of my gallery to turn it in, but got this error and had to take out another to complete it.

On the flip side, I also experience a sort of page-hanging on the shop search page where it doesn't look like the item was actually bought, but the quest completes anyway. I haven't paid attention to my sP going down at the time.

I know this comment was probably useless, I'll pay attention tomorrow.

yes I got a 504 error. the items were definitely not in my inventory as I had a tab open and refreshed it when I posted here I did that twice a few minutes apart so I could be as accurate as possible.

And yes I cleared my inventory very soon after and put into a shop. I did not look to see if those 2 items where listed I'm sorry.

So they dont show in inventory but just appear in shop? if it happens again before i put into my shop I will look for them in the quick stock list.

sorry I got the 504 error on the page i was buying the waterchips from. when i went to finish the quest it said you are not on a quest

1. I don't remember, sorry.
2. I have moved from a shop and bought from another user's shop.
3. Usually around midnight is when I do my quests.
4. I don't know what the inventory limit is, but I always clear my inventory before I start quests, so I did not have many items in my inventory when doing these quests.
5. Usually what happens is I click on "turn in items" or whatever the box is, and the page doesn't load, as in I stay on the page with the items requested and option to turn in the items. Sometimes I wait for it to load, and the quest functions as normal. Sometimes I get impatient, and if it hasn't loaded in a few seconds, I'll click the "turn in items" button again. This is when the glitch happens for me: it will say that I do not have the items in my inventory, even though the items that I bought have been consumed by the quest. When it consumes my items, even though the quest is marked as not done, I receive the regular sP and/or item reward. I re-buy the items and turn it in again, and receive another sP/item reward, and my quest count only goes up by one, I believe. The next part is variable. At times, it has let me do the rest of my quests as normal, meaning that I get to do an extra quest for that giver. The other times, what will happen is I'll ask for another quest right afterwards, and be assigned some items. When I go to turn in those items in, it will say, "You are not on a quest!", even though I was assigned one, and I will not receive any sP/item reward, and the items I bought for the quest stay in my inventory. I am not sure whether my quest count goes up or not when I do that, but I'll pay closer attention tonight if that happens. Sorry if that was pretty confusing, I tried to be clear but let me know if you need clarification.

Edit: I wonder if, when it consumes my items and gives me the rewards and then still asks for the items, if I waited a minute or two and then refreshed, it would tell me I wasn't on a quest anymore. I feel like there's just some lag between submitting the items/the site realizing you have finished the quest. i'll try that tonight!

on the original quest page I clicked on the finish quest button thinking that the purchase may have gone through despite the lag. (which sometimes happens) That page said I was not on a quest. The 504 error was on the tab for the waterchips purchase... i think I just closed that tab when the error appeared. I had 3 other tabs open if that means anything.

Just happened to me with my 5th Sagittarius quest. He is asking for and I bought both of the items from user shops. I got the quest around 6:20 PM. I had 57 items or close to that. I lost around 40k sP from buying the items for the quest, but it did not register as finished, nor did I receive any prizes.

[edit]I was about to post this, but decided to try to finish the quest again. I did not buy the items again, just clicked the ‘Finish Quest’ button. This time it came back with the error message “You are not on a quest!” So I checked my sP and items, and I guess I did give him the items and I got the prize. Maybe this is similar to what happened to ?
