I really like seeing familiar faces during events, even though I rarely talk to people otherwise - but me and gigabug, hachiko, theintrovert, and so many others share kisses and flowers and so much more so regularly I get so pleased to see them again when the time comes around!

I'm one of those peeps who came over from Neopets. Subeta just became a place where I could escape from the stressors of real life. There are so many items that bring me joy and activities like Luminaire trees give me something to look forward to every year. A special shoutout to who has been my friend on Subeta and many other sites/games all these years. <3

I'd love a way to obtain some older CWs that don't seem to be in circulation anymore. Too many cute ones!

My very favorite Subeta memory is probably the Galactic Plot - it happened right after I joined and I got so into the science vs magic aspect especially. Though the Longcat battle was certainly memorable as well! Other than that, I've loved talking to people on the old shoutbox, releasing a few CWs, and I'm currently having a lot of fun coming up with new shop names.

More Jack Cardale items and lore and a bit more lore in general... especially the Gunter and Bubbles and Anne situation I hope gets an update someday. And a way to get the Signed Peka-Boo Concert Pamphlet, lol.

I don't have any pictures but I really enjoyed going to a Subeta Meetup wayyyy back when. I still talk to folks that I met there and it was an amazing experience!

I'd love to see the Pet Spotlight get more love and be more regular and prominent. Not only seeing pets spotlighted on the news more but perhaps making a place on the map somewhere that leads to the Pet Spotlight - like a trophy room or something that links here

My favorite memory hands down is doing the restock wars. It happened so long ago, and nobody seems to remember it so I start to doubt myself and wonder if it actually occured or a fever dream lol.

Id love to see a restock war or reading drive come back in some shape or form. Team event are so fun!

My Subeta Memory

My spouse doesnt play but im very into Subeta. i concocted a little game where i show him one of the minions, he {either guesses or names it depending on whats most fun}, then we play hangman about it. its honestly so much fun, and the library of minions is so vast and varied been able to play it for a few hours a week for months and its still fun (we are going from oldest to newest release, we just ended a session on Blushing Monster).

i am gradually typing them all out into charts, onto which i handwrite his guesses/names. Still thinking about how to put them, or at least the funny ones, in a more consumable format to share with other players in the future so they can have a laugh too.

Something I'd Love to See

the ability to filter a specific drawer out when viewing the wardrobe (i am not gonna use half the stuff in my wardrobe but dont want to pull it all outto get it out of the way, just to chuck it back in when the next tier of the Filled Wardrobe achievement drops lol)

I'd love to see more wearables that are layerable setting pieces (background items, foreground items, ground items that cover only part of the frame). In that genre, maybe some abstract colored shapes (the items could be stained sea glass items at the delphi museum for example, or some kind of 'art kits' sold out of the toy box.

i would also love to see older background items redrawn/filled in so there isn't an avatar-shaped hole in them, as used to be necessitated before y'all added a whole nother dimension to HAs!)

aside from items-- maybe a wider variety of "drills" for Major Drills to have us run? idea examples: reading specific books to your pet, producing something through alchemy, playing a game of memory.

My favorite memory is when i was able to have my first CW created. I was over the moon!! A dear friend walked me through the whole process and got it in site.

My first time trying to make a CW. It was just a bunch of fireflies but the CI kept getting rejected. Since I was still a beginner I didn't know you were supposed to layer the art in case that happened. Everything was drawn on top of each other so it was easier to just make a new CI each and every single time.

That CW was rejected 8 times. Finally Jessi told me flat out to stop making new drawings each time and just fix the mistakes, it's when I finally started to ask for help XD

I would like to see more plots and seasonal events or contests. Those are fun and break the routine.

When CWs first started, I commented to one of the arists that the hair they created made the HA remind me of my sister who passed away, except her hair was darker. They suprised me with a limited run CW () as a gift, and let me write the description. Any time I see a copy for sale or in the pawn shop, I buy it back because it means that much to me.

Something I'd Love to See

I'd love to see a rare and random way to gain some of the really expensive old items or weapons, like a 5 year loyalty box or a low odds event or time-consuming achievement. Something infrequent enough that it doesn't ruin the ecomomy, but gives you a chance for a dream item. I would also love to be able to create a Bhakoru - I was so new when this event happened, I didn't finish in time, so I don't have the option to adopt any more of these. I was lucky enough to get one from a friend, but haven't been able to get another.

I think one of my favourite memories would be the very first Survival plot with...and how so many of us came together and did mini role plays with each other, it was so much fun!

Even though I know it probably can't happen do to stress and strain on the site...I'd love a plot again. They were so much fun. Even if it was something like the possessed challengers again...but with just a little bit more to it.

My subeta memory was having friends and doing things with them, like events. I was so much younger so it's surprising it's been so long since I joined. You never know how things will turn out when you start something, and it's been years and years of logging into Subeta, a site that is always there even if your life gets busy and is welcoming you back anytime you want.

My favourite memories are the many hours I've spent dreaming up stories to go with my pets! They've been wonderful inspirations. One day I hope to have their pet pages all done up with art, and maybe win a pet spotlight.

A feature I'd like to see is a "this pet has already read this book" tag when you select "read book", just like we can see for food items! And maybe a non-Paypal reliant payment option for non US residents. :)

When I first started playing a couple years ago I was in a bad moment in my life, during December I wasn't able to set up a christmas tree in person and I was so excited to decorate a little tree in game, it was such a small thing but it really helped me feel like I could engage with something festive in a quiet community way. I did not participate in any forums or group chats other then lurking and reading what was going on in the shoutbox and was excited to get some presents from Melody, little did I know somehow people had found my empty tree and had gifted me some items that I still look at affectionately to this day... I was able to repay that favor to some extent this year with the use of the gallery functions and I love that cyclical feeling of wanting to give.

This may sound sort of silly? It's not really a big feature to ask for but I am super into collecting clothing, both online and in person, and I would love to see old retired weables brought back in some sort of way. Maybe a weekly rotating shop that goes through all the 101 stock that was previously in for sale in a mainshop? (Some events might be appropriate too like keelhauliday.) Otherwise I have been generally quite pleased with changes being made and MEGA appreciative of the recent mobile tweaks too

There's a lot of things I was present for on Subeta but sadn;y don't fully remember. The Vesnali plot that introduced Tempest, the Morotstide plots, the introduction of Shengui Guo... I guess I mainly just liked the events for the interactions with other users, I quite liked trading items we needed during Keelhauliday and Morostide. I had someone who I thought of as a Morostide trading buddy, but sadly they're no longer with us (RIP). It was so nice helping each other out.

Remember when the Horns and Roses items from Peka-Boo were re-released in various ways over several days? It was really fun waiting for the next items to be re-released and wondering where it would be and how much it would cost. More things like that with other items that could do with a re-release, please.

I wish I could remember more things from 2013-2018, but I had a hard time around 2014-2015 and that caused me to have problems retaining memories. I know they happened, but I don't remember the exact details.

The Bad Omen plot, or any of the plots really. I love when we all work together for something, and the mechanics of a plot are super interesting. And I LOVE when things add to the lore!

More plots? I know resources are scarce but I genuinely think you could put out a call for volunteers or something. I mean, what's going on with Gunter? ;)

Failing that, more surprises! i just love when things happen randomly, to spice things up. Summer festival in the winter? Sudden influx of zombies? Random celebration of migratory birds as they pass over Riverside? Idk. I just love spontaneity. Maybe there's no Vesnali 2026 because all the flowers didn't bloom so instead we're collecting seeds to plant for 2027? Idk...

I've been playing subeta for 19 years now and out of everything my favourite memory was the first masquereade with the murder mystery plot. Plots in general are great! It was hard choosing between the masquerade and Blake's excavation.

I have to give my last note that I super love Subeta! I've always found it better then other pet sites and am on here daily. ^^ (I've rarely missed a day since I joined!) Thank you for keeping it going all of these years.

Helping with item-sorting into the new Hair layer! There was so much collaboration, and showed that we came together as a community to improve the site. The new layer is so handy too, I use it every time I build a new HA.
