i hardly have any subsribsons and the ones i don't trust i delete. Don't even open them.
Random Event You notice a Bloodred Paralix Elixir on the ground, but right when you bend down to pick it up, lizard minions come out of nowhere and scurry off with it!
Your trap springs and you spray like mad as the lizard minions escape. They will not get away this time! You place Bloodred Paralix Elixir into your inventory.
Finally i thought those lizards went on a vacation, haven't had one in ages
There are things that I need. China in the past has seen my emails and sent pishing emails for both Eddie Bauer and Wayfair just to give past examples. So if I think I want something from somewhere I shop I go right to the website and trash the email. Membership is what I should have said, I don't think I have any subscriptions except here.
that is so annoying and scary. Yeah, a vigilant and aggressive antivirus is a must. Good luck.
I love lizard finds. Congrats.
and Emory and spirited. With meds everyday he seems better. Loki is such a good brave boy. Picture of Loki and his comfy pillow.

The point I didn't manage to demonstrate, sorry, is that in spite of having a great VPN and a great antivirus what I also needed was the Browser Guard that Malwarebytes provides. That works so well. I didn't know much about pups and such but I'm glad to have something that picks them up and puts them in quarantine. Otherwise I'd still have them and be still wondering what the devil is wrong now!
wow harsh i am glad we don't have that here in NL/Europe. We get trash mails but they can't just hack and check our stuff.
thanks. Oh Loki is cute!
How are you all doing? I came back from holiday two days ago. It was so good to not work for a couple of weeks! We went to Portugal and it was great (except for the part where I spent a couple of hours in the hospital because of a UTI). We saw some nice old castles, went to the beach, visited Lisboa, and ate loads of food. But in the end my son was really happy to go back home again. Next time we won't be going on holiday for so long, it was a bit too much for him.
How is everyone doing? I saw that I missed a whole event while I was away...
good that you have your old job back! and your current workplace sounds really toxic. Glad you're out of there.
China is doing its best to hack what it hopes will be a business thru wireless printers. They get control of google, which I think is one reason we don't see Update anymore, I check help there everyday now. But they do want the financial info too. Very harsh, but keeps this old lady growing and learning. Very needful.
How wonderful that you get to travel! Sorry about the UTI but missing work for 2 weeks is a joy in itself. Not knowing your son's age I wonder if maybe in the future he will adapt better to this length of time away. Old castles, sigh, would love to see and I wonder what the food there is like.
He's 6, so I guess he'll adapt more in the future for sure. He did okay on most days, but we really had to balance the holiday with activities that were fun for him and activities that were fun for us. There's this village next to Lisbon called Sintra. It has a lot of palaces and castles (I believe 6). We saw two of them and they were both beautiful. We saw some others in in the countryside as well. The food is a lot of things from the sea basically. I wasn't allowed to eat most of it since I'm pregnant, but I sometimes took a bite of my partners plate just to taste. The first town we stayed at had some typical pork dishes with locally grown oranges and they were tasty as well. There were also some vineyards on our route but we didn't visit them since my partner doesn't like wine and I'm not allowed to have any. I would really love to come back to Portugal when I'm not pregnant so I can taste all the sea food, wines and cheeses that I couldn't have now.
Congrats on being with child! Not being a parent I never realized there were so many dietary restrictions, the wine I understand. The dairy is a surprise and the seafood maybe mercury, not sure. Cheese lover here, that would kill me. For such a small country it sure has a lot of castles, must have very interesting history attached to each.
it's sad they have to do that...
vacation is always nice. I have a week off now.
Well in my case you missed a lot. Send in my notice at Hornbach, going back to healthcare october 1st, back to old boss with hours and pay i want and i was welcomed by with open arms.
On a sate note my job i would rather not go back. co-workers stabbed me in the back and instead of coming to me they went to the boss and i told someone something in private and the boss also knew it. And the day after i was or ignored or they where super friendly. And one of the said well it's not personal... vomit.
Hackers do this out of greed born out of corruption. That's the sad part. It's a choice.
Portugal sounds like a great place to visit, except for the UTI. Anywhere you go with that no fun at all.
OMG, nothing worse than spiteful horrible b*****s! I hate crap like that. Happy you are getting out of that poisonous environment. Good luck to you.
What a huge scary pita! It's awful that its such a common occurance nowadays. I'm glad you have protected yourself. I need more too.
Best wishes for Loki. Such a pretty rabbit.
Waves How are you?
Have a pet [pet not found] UFA if anyone's interested. It's nice outside. The rain cooled it off and I'm really enjoying that. :) Ugh I have a headache today. Took some Tylenol but it hasn't gone away yet. Hope it does soon. Other than that, just lurking about as usual. lol
You know, it's always something, today I discovered an untrusted Virtual Network has attached itself to mine. But at least I got to check off Windows has to OK. Pretty sure it's part of Google.
- are you enjoying your vacation? Will you do anything special? :D
- I'm glad you enjoyed yourself on vacation. Sorry you ended up with a uti. things are hectic over here. I accidentally found out who my biological father is (i'm adopted) and have been getting to know him and his family.
- malware bites is a really good app. we use it and have had no problems. I agree, hackers, where ever they are, are insidious.
- I'm glad loki is feeling better. :D
- waves hi! :)
Unfortunately I got Malwarebytes after I got a problem, wish I had known about it before.
Waves back. I hope it has been a good experience finding out about all the family you didn't know about. I'm sure it has been overwhelming and surprising. But hopefully it has answered some questions you had at least. :)
I hope you enjoy your vacation time! It sounds like you made a good decision to go back to your previous job. I don't like it when colleagues tell on each other like that. You should always first talk to your colleague directly instead of going over their head straight away. Sounds like a real immature workplace.
It was fun! I feel really lucky to live in Europe. There are so many countries you can visit with a relatively short flight time. Amsterdam - Lisbon is somewhere between 2.5 and 3 hours flight time.
there are quite a lot of restrictions. There weren't so many when I was pregnant 6 years ago. Basically I cannot have alcohol, any dairy that is made with unpasteurised cheese (which is hard to verify in a non english speaking country), any meat/fish that hasn't been heated up during processing (so lots of hams and sausages are excluded), steaks have to be well done, and many types of seafood indeed contain mercury and other metals. Then there's a list of stuff that increases your BP that you shouldn't eat too much off. I honestly have no problem with the no alcohol, but it's the food I miss the most.
Wow, that is big news! How did you find out? Does your father live close by?
it's sad and should be something you could do about it...
it is, i just don't get people and can't wait to leave!
i just love free time. Sadly things i had planned i had to cancell, train strikes. But slept in, cleaned the house, declutter the house, hugged my cats and relaxed. Tomorrow is the trains will ride i have a crafty date in a town nearby.
i agree with you, come to me first and if we can't solve it then go to the boss. So glad i am leaving in 3 weeks time. I do hope i can leave a bit earlier but i am guessing the will work me until the end...
Understand about some of it in general but would not have thought to apply it to pregnancy. Can relate to the foods that raise BP as I have hypertension. Finally found wild tuna packed in the USA by Starfish, might be a bit better for people mercury wise. Don't eat much that is pork, never sausage and the like. Web MD recently released the fact that hot dogs and sausages cause colon cancer, never trusted hot dogs nor ate them. If I couldn't have my beloved cheeses I would die.
It's sad, but the only thing the good guys can do is be vigilant.
