- i looked in my achievements. i found these under "food". i clicked on the "earned" option. the one for the food from the potato based food truck is called (d'oh) "couch potato".the one for the food from the mexican food truck is called (another d'oh)"taco tuesday".

facepalm i tried to find the one that was for the italian food and that's when my achievement page barfed. but not before i realized that the achievements above also involve foods not found on the food trucks. so, despite what i thought these 3 achievements aren't solely based on the food truck items. smh... 😂

you did not miss anything with Neugarten... But the foodtrucks are still here. And i agree no compost, etc in flats just in normal houses. So far no more maggots.

Have a talk planned with my boss tomorrow as i can't get anywhere with the sheldue planner. I work 40 hours and in bewteen i get 1 day off at a time. 3 days work, 1 off, 2 days work, 1 off, 4 days work, 1 off. Driving me mad, i am so tired, not getting my rest and well my mood is no fun to. Hoping to get 2 days off, better sheldue or going down in hours as i can't hold on anymore like this.

No wonder you're tired all the time! That's not right. Hope you get it fixed. :)

- yeah, they are pricey. i just balanced that price versus how much it would cost to buy the stuff from user shops and just "bit the bullet" as they say. XD ugh, that's an awful schedule. i'm not surprised that you're worn down. i hope your boss can rectify the situation. hang in there. ❤

Idk. I tried Taco Tuesday Pg3 but it only gave me the category, not the individual achievement. But its ok. I don't really care about the achievement. I keep all my pets in the resort, so its more trouble than its worth to feed any of them. :)

having two days off in a row really helps you relax so much more than just 1 day. No wonder you're always tired. I already get tired if I have two days off and I have personal appointments on both days, I couldn't imagine doing it with only 1 day off at the time. Do your coworkers have the same kind of schedule? Are you allowed to trade shifts?

No worries, I can always get them next year! I have to say I'm a bit apprehensive about travelling to another country while pregnant. I know the risk of something happening at this term is really small, but still... I didn't get a cancellation insurance when we booked this trip, because we could postpone the trip for free within the next year if something were to happen that prevented us from going. So I kind of feel like we have to go now, because I can't see us do this with a newborn. But a lot of activities I planned will probably be too much for me. I was planning to take some boat tours to go dolphin watching and to some island, but you're not allowed on them if you're expecting. Also the hikes I had planned seem like way too much now. I guess I can always just relax by the pool.

- that's odd. then again, my page won't load more than 3 achievements at a time in any specific category. it'll tell me there are more pages available but when i click on the 2 or 3 it tells me there's no more to show. 😔 oh, i understand that. feeding my one pet is a pain. the rest of my pets are all in the resort, too. :D

- hopefully your boss will listen and adjust your schedule accordingly. i always hated getting only one day off at a time. it messes with your natural rhythms. keep cool and hydrated as best you can. it's august, it'll start to cool down in a month (or so i hope). :D

- ok. just let me know if you change your mind. :) i can understand your fear and see that you're between a rock and a hard place. i hope you're able to enjoy yourself and relax because you deserve it. as for the dolphin boat ride, why do they exclude pregnant women? do they mean late term pregnancy or all pregnant women? you may want to ask what the excursion consists of so you can make a better determination of whether you want to conceal your condition and go or play it safe and stay pool-side. (note that i do not condone doing anything that would ultimately cause you or your baby any harm.) :D

Had my talk wensday afternoon (during my late shift, had a day shift today). My boss was: A. not familiar with my privet life, thought i had a child (nope 2 cats). B. Said it's normal just 1 day off (eurm nope, 2 is standaard and also says the union and collective employment agreement). C. Needs to check is B is true. D. If i can't get 2 days off at a time i want to go down in hours (not my fave as i need the money) from 38 hours to 32. E. If they don't do or 2 days off or go down in hours i am saying goodbye and looking form something else (they don't know this yet.

Anyway waithing for answer now, sayd he will be back next week.... And it's way to hot here, hate heatwaves!

- i'll keep my fingers crossed for you. :) heh, the news says inflation is down from last month. i don't believe it as i don't see it in the grocery bill at all. plus i know people who have cancelled their vacations because they just couldn't afford it right now. :) yeah, the heat is bad here too. i count the days until autumn. i hope it provides some relief. :)

still high here and prices to. No fun to go shopping, etc anymore.

Update on my hours. They can't give me with my 38hours a week no 2 days off in a row. Even i have a right on it. So i am going back to 32 hours and then i will have frequent 2 days off in a row. Sometimes not... Will change in october as the sheldue for september is almost ready.

Hi! It's cooled a bit here. Night before last it rained, and yesterday was in the 80's (F). Whoo hoo! We celebrate that here in August, our hottest month. Before that it was mostly 100+. Gag. Today 90. Awful that we cheer when its 90! But usually worse, so... :) Next week we're supposed to have a chance for rain most of the days. I hope we actually get some. My roommate Rox says they just put a slight chance for rain in the forecast in the hot months to keep the suicide rates down. She's terrible! But I hope this time we really get rain. So often its anywhere but here when it does show up.

They can so, they just don't want to, and they use that as an excuse. It's done here too. Many places refuse to give people 40 hour weeks because they don't want to cover them with healthcare etc for fulltime. Yet they work their people to death with consistent 38 and 39 hour weeks with no benefits or consideration at all. It's BS but it happens a lot. Humph.

it is BS and stupid... Take care of your employees... Making me think i may be going back to healthcare but on my terms...

Reading a book for a fiverr gig was irritating my vertigo and so I didn't checkup too much with my social media accounts. And today I took a break from everything.

Played a lot of Minecraft. Built a big aviary and now have my sights set on building a ranch.

I think I'm getting addicted just because in that game I can actually build things XD

The last time I had played Minecraft was with someone and he was familiar with the game.

I had to google things every five or ten minutes. Or at least it felt like it XD

I figured out how to tame a horse but had to look up how to ride one.
