I clicked the link to purchase some CSC (I use the paypal option, as otherwise I get caught with fees for using my card for foreign currency payments), and all I'm getting is the circular 'loading' icon on a constant loop - it doesn't let me get any further than that stage :( It's been like this since this morning, so at least 6 hours or so.

[edit] Edit 13th October: My monthly subscription (also through Paypal) went through fine this morning, but purchasing any CSC through the Paypal option still gives that constant 'loading' icon

I had the same issue a while ago and I was told that, because Paypal vs Subeta's income and online taxing, Subeta doesn't necessarily support Paypal anymore. It's still there as an option but I've used Stripe with success and it taxes things right since ✨gotta pay the bills✨.

But I hope this gives some answer. It's an option but Subeta's at the point of discouraging it.

I just tried again now (checking the link you put in your previous post, paypal says that everything is operational), and it's still giving me the never ending loading icon and not actually progressing to letting me buy the csc :(

I am sorry! Hopefully staff can chime in to see if something about the integration is wonky. I tried it myself and yeah it just spins.

I am having the same issue. I try to pay via items with PayPal balance and it never loads after I choose the option I want to spend and pay with my PayPal balance. I really rather not put my credit card info anywhere on the internet due to hackers.

I am having the same issue. I have been trying all week to buy csc through PayPal. But every time I click on the "Buy csc" button it just keeps loading and loading and loading and never actually opens.

I am going through csc withdrawal!!!!!!! 😢

I can't buy a ga it's not lite up my quests r at 10 I will be happy when someone reads my ticket I'm going thru ga withdraw
