But I agree, if there were more options available to be able to pay on here, then that would definitely be a help and could mean the site didn't need to rely so much on paypal as well!

Paypal, despite being a startlingly large company, has had aspects of their site break for weeks. For about a month last year, I couldn't convert currency, as I get paid in pounds instead of dollars.

Whatever poor PayPal account representative they have parroting "Our engineers are aware of the issue" every time staff contacts them is par for the course.

My first thought was maybe something in the widget was broken.

(also - just fyi) Ok- I just walked myself through it. So under the Cash Shop tab (above) click ‘Buy CSC’ in the drop down menu. On that screen click the amount you want to purchase. Give that screen a moment to load (I don’t know why but the Apple Pay option doesn’t load right away but the credit card part does so just wait for it; It might be searching to see if Apple Pay is set up on your device?) Anyway, for me it shows at the very top. I’m on my iPad and once I click Apple Pay it takes me through the steps to pay with it. Hope this helps!

It wouldn't get round the 'foreign currency fee' for using my card unfortunately, but I'll make a note of how you had that option show up - maybe I just didn't wait long enough beforehand

I just tried that method as well, nothing ever came up except a credit card. No other options.

I'm using a Windows Desktop, so maybe it's likely the Apple Pay is only available through Apple devices? You said it popped up when you attempted it via an Ipad?

Are you set up to use Apple Pay? I’m thinking the page was checking for Apple Pay on my device… it didn’t show up right away; it took a good 10 seconds after the credit card option showed (on iPad). It came up a lot faster on my iPhone though. I don’t have my windows laptop at home- it’s at work so I can’t check on a non-Apple device, sorry! 😔

Hello!!!! Is this ever going to be fixed. I can use Pay Pal for my subscription but not the cash shop.
Dial up was faster than this!

Do you mean your subscription activated before still going through, or could you activate one now?

My subscription works just fine though Pay Pal! it is set up by Keith. I can’t buy csc through Pay Pal in the cash shop! I don’t like to use my CC but might have to!

I tried to buy a new subscription and it actually worked without problems!

Having this problem also. I don't want to buy a subscription, I just want to buy CSC, and I don't want to use anything but paypal.

I guess paypal itself just really doesn't like money.

I do have these problems too for a few months now. Subsription works fine via paypal, buying manually does not. Credit card is not really an option as it takes heavy fees (non-American user), it would be great if this could be fixed finally. I mean, if people want to throw their money at Subeta, they should be able to ;-)

So I just bought $10 worth of CSC (and I'm Canadian, so yay for all the non-American fun) through the newer version directly with my credit card and got nothing on my loyalty card. I didn't notice previously because I had a LOT of points but recently spent all but 1. There are no new points and no stamp. This really needs to get fixed.

That's been a separate (known) bug that sometimes the loyalty points aren't rewarded. You can file a ticket for those

Since they had mentioned the problem in the news post for the new Loyalty Card, I DID check my card & points after purchase, lol.

This is still an issue and I wanted to buy CSC for the black Friday sale! :(

I legit thought it was an internet issue on my end when I bought CSC the other day, but, I most definitely had a paypal issue and had to purchase it another way.

Disappointed to hear about this :( Had no idea this was a problem before now - I was waiting until payday to get some CSC. Guess I'll have to forego the Black Friday sales then :( luckily I've got some CSC stashed away but I was hoping to donate some more. I hope this gets fixed soon!
