OOC: This is an RP for visiting/being at Hogsmeade Village. Please keep out of character conversation behind spoiler tags.

Once there were enough students around she began "Hello everyone! We are just gathering here so we can go to Hogsmeade for some Holiday shopping. Please make sure Miss Kain has your permission slip or you will not be able to leave the castle!" Pulling her jacket closer to her, Gaia added, "bring something warm! It is starting to get chilly out there!" As the doors of the castle opened Gaia handed Miss Kain, who was waiting by the door with a clipboard, her permission slip and waited for some of her friends to catch up.

Gaia knew her friend Aderyn (()) was somewhere around. They had come down the common room together.

Magnus was excited and ran as fast as he could to the queue. He had been tinkering in one of the greenhouses and forgot the time. He saw Gaia and beamed, "HI! Have you been ta 'Ogsmede before? What's it like? Where you going first?" he realised he said everything so fast and had to hold his side for the catch in his chest. Maybe he should breathe after all the running. Handing his permit to Miss Kane, he looked around for his other friends. Would they becoming too?

Selim rushed up the stairs to the Great Hall. Today was Hogsmeade and he had a handy list of everything that he needed. It was quickly scribbled on a spare piece of parchment paper that he tucked away in his leather satchel. There were ingredients for potion's class, of course a new quill and ink, then check out the bookshop and finally stock up on blood lollies before Honeydukes ran out. As he approached the doors, Selim slowed his pace to pull out his permission slip that his father forgotten to send until this morning. He handed it over to Miss Kain and walked outside passing Gaia on his way out.

Gaia waved hello "I have been there before! I need to get to Honeydukes right away but I am waiting on my friends to catch up. We can go have a butterbeer at Three Broomsticks once everyone is done shopping!"

"Don't know if anyone is gonna come with me, but I'm fine on me own so don't matter. Would love ta meet up afterwards. I wanna go to J. Pippin's Potions and then Dogweed and Deathcap. Didya know Herbology is one o' me best subjects along with Potions and Charms? Dead useful since I wanna be a healer some day. Then I wanna go to Dominic Maestro's cos I like music and I think it shan't be too crowded. Do you know if the Hogsmeade Post Office sells owls or just 'as deliveries? Thinkin' o' asking for an owl for Christmas." He also like every student, wanted to go to Honeydukes and Zonkos and he also wanted very much to check out Spintwitches and Tomes and Scrolls--in other words almost every store in the town.

Hogsmeade is a lot of fun with friends! I love Herbology too! As far as owls I don't think they do, but we can talk later about owls. Maybe I can get you one from the ones at home!" Gaia beamed at her friend.

"Yeah I gotta get some presents too. Not sure what ta get me folks, 'aven't had 'em all that long, so will probly be lookin' around the shops before pickin' somethin'. Oh I'd love that!" He gave her a quick hug. "'Ave fun shoppin'! I'll look for ya at the Broomsticks." With the thought of talking about owls and maybe getting one from his friend's owls he lingered a few to see if any of his other friends would show up

() "Sure thing!" Gaia pulled out her list for Honeydukes and added some more items to it. "I wonder if Beth () needs me to get something for the tower stock."

Millie had just put her quill down and quickly put on her coat and hat. She placed the scroll in her handbag and left the common room and quickly went outside. She had been looking forward to this trip for the entire term. She wanted to find a few nice new outfits at Gladrags Wizardwear for her yearly visit to her grandparents in Berlin. She needed to go into The Magic Neep and get ingredients to make large batches of cookies to give her friends take home to their families. She was also excited to go to Three Broomsticks for a butterbeer. She still didn't know know to buy her parents and hoped she would find something. With her mother being a baker and her father being a healer, she had no idea what to get them.

She handed her permission form to Miss Kain and looked around for any fellow Hufflepuffs she could shop with so that they could help her pick out gifts for her parents.

The visit to Hogsmeade was a well-needed break from studying. She handed her permission form to Miss Kain and looked around for .

I hope she's not too mad that I'm late, she thought to herself.

"We have to go place our order and to the other shops! Also our personal shopping! I am just waiting for Aderyn () to come down and we can go!"

"AmIlate?" Sam asked, all in one breath, as she ran up waving her permission slip at Miss Kain.
Seeing Magnus, Beth and Gaia she trotted over to them. "Hi y'all! I hear they have a quidditch supplies store there. Wanna go check out the new brooms?"

"Hey Sam! You are looking cozy!" Gaia laughed. "Beth and I are going to Honeydukes first, but we can meet up right after for some new gear! I think I would like a new bat! I wonder if the Gringott's branch is open. I should get some more money out... just in case." Gaia was thinking of her shopping list. She has saved a lot of her money for things like this and she was excited about gifts and Quidditch gear for herself. "maybe we can get personalized shirts for Quidditch Club!"

"Hi Sam! Yes, its on me list o' places to go. Would rather go with mates than by meself, we can split up if you don't wanna go to the stores I wanna go to after if ya want. Wouldn't do to 'ave a lady bored so I've been told." He gave his best mischievious smile. Truth be told, he was fine on his own but he felt a pang of disappointment at the thought that he would be alone. "Like jerseys that say bring out the furry instead o' fury?"

() Gaia nodded. "I am not sure what my jersey would say to be honest."

"'Ow about, Owl Beat 'em all... or Owl be seeing ya?" Magnus simply loved puns

Wiping tears from her eyes she said "I like those! I think my owl obsession shows... why not make it jersey official!?"

"It's not the cold, it's the damp that gets ya." Sam complained pulling her fuzzy hood tighter.
She grinned back at Magnus "I'm game for anything. Lead on McDuff!" She laughed "My Pa told me about Spintwitches, but that's the only place I know anything about. I have no idea what a Honeydukes is but it sounds like fun!"
