( ) Gaia noticed Cardamom coming her way. She knew she needed to grab her friend before she froze to death. "HEY!!!!!!! Over HERE!" Gaia ran to her friend and interlocked her arm with her friend. "I think we are making a stop at the three broomsticks! Want to warm up there?!" Gaia was already dragging her towards the open door. "It will be fun! We can make a stop and get us some tea for later! I need something fruity for the cold weather!"

Turning to the others in the group "I can find us a table! If anyone can order me a butterbeer would be great! Iced, please!" Then turn around leaving everyone to figure their order while finding an empty both/table on the corner. The table/booth combination would fit at least 10 of them in case the others showed up.

"No problem. I'll get it for you. Is there anything else you want?" Millie waited for everyone else to decided their order. She knew she wanted a hot butterbeer to warm her up and a cherry syrup soda to crave her thirst. And an order of fish and chips. "Does anyone else know what they want?"

Gaia heard the question before she was completely out of ear shot. "Some chips would be great! THANK YOU! I owe you!" continuing her way to the table.

"An order of chips. You got it."

Paddy finished getting her money from the goblins, careful to not mention the word "dragon" anywhere they could hear. She didn't doubt that the dragon didn't ever get caught, and didn't want to risk angering a goblin by mentioning it. "Where to next," she asked Magnus and Sam, "the Three Broomsticks is over there, d'ya want to grab a drink while we're here, or is there more shopping you need to do?"

"I want to go to Tome and Scrolls, Zonkos and Honeydukes. We are running low on time though so we could split up if you want. We could hop into Zonkos and Honeydukes if you gals didn't want to go to the bookstore. Then you could meet up with Gaia and the others and I could meet you all at the Three Broomsticks."

"They have too many good things to eat here. Makes it hard to pick" Mille giggled. "I'm feeling a nice plate of fish and chip. Chips are my number one weakness".

"I'm always up for buying books." Sam said as they left the bank. "I had to leave most of mine behind when we left the 'States to make room for all my quidditch stuff. I am starting to get a bit peckish though..., so hows-about a quick turn around the bookstore first then go a nosh before we look at candy? Ma always said 'never shop for sweets on an empty stomach'. 's a good way to go broke!"

Aderyn glanced at her pocket watch as she and Emmy () glanced around the book store in Hogsmeade. She hadn't realized how late it was - they'd completely lost track of time!

"Emmy! We were supposed to meet the others at the Three Broomsticks! We're late! Come on!"

Emmy had been flipping through a book on magical pet care as Aderyn browsed other books nearby. Winding through her fingers was a new pet she'd just bought from the pet shop in Hogsmeade, an adorable little magical corn snake. It looked just like a regular corn snake, only it was a beautiful emerald green with deep purple markings. At the moment, it was only eight inches long.

When Aderyn spoke, she looked up, letting the book fall closed.

"Sure!" she replied, smiling. She gently patted her new snake friend (as of yet unnamed) with two fingers and realized he'd be cold outside, so she lifted the edge of her wooly hat and let him slither up under it, nestling in her hair.

"Let's go!"

Aderyn put the book she'd been holding back on the shelf and headed over to Emmy (). She smiled at the adorable little snake wrapping itself happily around Emmy's fingers. She laughed and shook her head as Emmy allowed the snake to move up and nest in her hair, taking the other girl's hand and leading her out of the book shop.

It wasn't long before they reached the Three Broomsticks and they ducked inside. Aderyn shook the snowflakes off of her coat and out of her hair as she glanced around, waving at a group of friends sitting nearby.

Beth turned to Aderyn and Emmy. "You haven't miss much at all. We haven't even ordered yet," Beth told Aderyn () and Emmy ().

Aderyn smiled and pulled Emmy () over to the table, to where there were two free chairs for them. She took a seat and glanced quickly at the menu lying on the table.

"I think a nice Yorkshire pudding would hit the spot right about now. And a butterbeer, of course!"

"No worries. I think some of us are still trying to decide what to get. It's crazy cold out there".

"I sure hope so. I'm famished."

"It really is. I'm so glad to be inside! The short run from the bookstore to here was bad enough - I'm dreading the trip back to the school!"

As she warmed up, Aderyn removed her scarf and unbuttoned her coat, leaving her hat in place to reign in her unkempt hair.

(OOC: - my computer is still acting up, so I might not be able to do the RP quite as often until I can get it fixed, so feel free to carry on without me for the moment.... just imagine Paddy is there, just so busy looking at stuff she forgets to talk ;))
