Hustler flash sale at top of page

I noticed this weekend that when I go to the Hustler CSC page that there is now a sort of Forum/RE post at the top of the page showing the "flash sale" of the item he is offering..but..it's on the same page that also shows the item he is selling...so it's like it's duplcated...
I'm just sort of confused as to why this is happening now.. I feel it's kinda odd to have it shown twice on the same page. Am I missing the reason for this?

I kind of like it; I don't go to the Cash Shop often other than checking on the Hustler but it's kind of nice to have the banner in case you don't remember to check
OHH see I only just noticed it in the hustler because that's where I normally go.

I actually removed that tab, so you can just see it when you first go to the cash shop instead of having to click into it :) If you click not interested it removes it until the next item comes up ;)

The Hustler still shows on the dropdown though. I think I kind of prefer that for hustlercs pings, but if the banner is going to show up anyway then I suppose it really doesn't matter.

so now the banner is showing at the top of the home page as well… except it's kind of… borked, and covers the entire top of the page which means you can't actually navigate the site until you've 'X'ed out of the banner. so… idk what's up with that.
That should only be in the cash shop, imo. I'm not sure I'm fond of CSC sales being splatted everywhere on the site, especially when it's an item I can get from a collection for the same price.
The massive banner tried to load for me too on top of the page. Unfortunately it only created a huge black box and I was only able to find out what it caused by highlighting the whole page. When I then tried to get rid of it I had to click on the "X" I don't know how many times. Tbh I find it highly annoying.
Banner for the Hustler on every page of Subeta seems a little overkill.
I'm getting the banner randomly throughout the site... it's pretty annoying since I never buy from the (cash shop version) Hustler.
I wouldn't mind it if the banner showed up in the cash shop, but it's way overkill to have it show up everywhere on site whenever he changes. Doesn't he change like every few hours now?
I wanna say that showing up on the entire site is a glitch, but who knows.
I'm not even seeing the actual Hustler banner. I just see a bunch of plain text half-hidden behind the Subeta map image and a big tan bar at the top. I had to copy paste the text to even figure out what it was.
Feels like a glitch to me.
The flash sale event doesn't offend me even if it is site-wide, but the alignment of that [x] right over the [Buy] makes it a little tricky to get rid of.
This is something we're doing some targeted a/b tests with at the moment, it isn't rolling out for everyone. Also, apparently the CSS didn't roll out with it for some of you.

A ping group that most people don't know about. We shouldn't be hiding things like this behind something like cash shop -> hustler -> timed release -> requires joining a group to be told when there is something new. It takes a moment to see the item, decide you don't want it, and click out of it :).
Anyway - we've pushing it out to a bucket of users to find out a few things, including how quickly they remove it, if they hover over the item, if they buy the item, etc. A lot more comes into play than it just being annoying.
