Over the years I have seen many friends that have gone away from the site. I loved it when my family played. I remember when I first started, learning how to make subeta points. I was not very good at playing the games. I have managed to puff up my Vault with items that I love. I have played for 20 and 1/2 years. So I have seen a lot of events. :D

Back in 2018 around Christmas / Luminaire my Mum was receiving end of life care in a hospice and was sleeping a lot. Subeta was just the most amazing distraction for me during that time, people were so supportive and kind, and getting caught up in the festivities helped take my mind off the real world for just a moment.

Close runner up was when Oak reached out to offer me Impala. I was at the height of my supernatural fangirl-era and she's just the perfect pet for a fan of the show.

I would also like to see a kind of cyberpunk pet colour to match the steampunk/cyberpunk theme of Masquerade. I think someone also mentioned a sweetie nightmare and I'd absolutely be up for that too.

Another plot would be amazing.

I won an ipod! It even has an inscription on the back saying it's from subeta.net. I was in high school at the time and no one believed that I had actually won an ipod from a website. I'm not the type of person to upgrade things, so I used that ipod for probably 7 years. I still have it in my old tech collection box and will gift it to my son.

My mom helped me create an iron-on subeta shirt. I think it had 4 subeta pets, all graveyard. I really wanted my IRL friends to join Subeta and thought wearing the shirt would be good advertising lol. Of course any photos of this shirt was lost to photobucket.

Neurogalaxy had a really cool system for traveling to different cities. I liked fighting battles that way. Not sure how achievable that is. I loved that site. (For anyone wondering why I brought it up, Subeta bought the website.)

It was so hard to choose just one - but realizing I still had some of these old images saved made me think of the time I used my printer at home to print out all of the Subeta pets I wanted. The printer's default settings was to print them really small and tiled in neat little rows. 😂 I brought that piece of paper with the little squares of pets on it to all of my classes to motivate me to earn the colors I wanted. My most wanted pet was a Dark Matter Kora.

I would love to see more of our current pets get all their colors filled out. I'd be over the moon to get a Storm Xotl!

I'd love to see the forums active again, like the old days... I'm not sure how exactly that could be achieved, but I can dream!

I've spent 20 years and 7 months on this site... I'm glad it's still around :) My oldest pets have so many fond memories attached to them. They provide a link to my youth that few things can.

I got into Subeta when I really wanted an irl pet but I knew my parents wouldn't approve. I loved it so much that I told a friend of mine from school and she got hooked too. We lost touch after graduation but years later she contacted me on social media to ask me what that virtual pet website was because she had really fond memories of it. It gave us a reason to connect again :)

I'd love to see more "bug" pets - specifically beetles! There are so many varieties to take inspiration from and you can even go with a different one for each colour!

I remember when I got my first Royalty Box, I was sooo proud... when I was accepted into my first and only group... when I designed my profile for the first time, only to have it destroyed by a bug... my first medal for participating in a plot... 10 years ago, there were many more events and activities here...

I would like to see plots, tasks, events, and more activities here again... Now there are only seasonal things, which are boring because nothing new ever comes along... Things that have been causing problems for ages are left untouched, things that work are taken away from us... I miss the button that tells us in our friends' wish lists that we have the item a friend needs. It made things so much easier instead of having to search for the items separately...

I think that if you don't feel like doing something, you should leave it alone instead of doing it half-heartedly... There are so many good ideas in the forum that have been posted for years, but they're either not good enough for Subeta (or too good... :) ) or they are simply ignored, which I find very unfortunate... The site is slowly dying, and the changes to the Kumos site, which many of us don't like, aren't helping... But well, the future will show where the journey is going, if it continues at all...

i very fondly remember the bad omen and faded memories plots, eagerly jumping online after work hoping for an update, the fun puzzles, the battling, the grind fighting the final bosses.

more plots! if the staff is too thin to do the work get the community involved!

let us post our plot ideas then vote on a winner. then once we have our theme have 2 months for our community to submit art for items, outfits, locations, and challengers. everyone submitting agrees that if their art is accepted its subetas to use or whatever legal jargon is needed. any art used will have a logo for the event in the corner and the artists name will be in the description. then a few months for the staff to peice it together then run the plot.

instead of hours and hours of battling the final boss like in the past which is very server intensive have a threshhold per tier where once you've done that much damage you get the reward and it locks you out of fighting it more. do love the 2 big drop concept from the past, 1 thats t11+ and one thats t1-10, both scale, and if you battle a t9 and a t12 you can earn both.

id also love to see a "jelly war" on april 1st where we fight jars of jam and the "final boss" is a hydrangea bush

The first thing I could think of as soon I read this prompt was the Peka-boo event... at this point in time I remember only parts of it rather than full detail, but what stuck with very strongly is, undeniably, how fun it was and how amazing the items released then were.

I'd love to see a new pet color, it feels like it's been so long we've seen one... it's a modern, vibrant world out there, I'm sure that Subeta could bring us something refreshing and creative. Also, I don't know how anyone else would feel about this, but a simple event where users can submit items to become an official part of the site again? Since, well, resources are so scarce now...

Achievements! I remember struggling on the other pet site, but when I moved over to subeta, I was able to achieve so much! I got my plushie collection into the high scores pretty quickly and then later I was able to complete my plushie collection with the help of my wonderful subeta friends!

wow. One thing is hard here. My main thing - the shengui guo beanbag - I need it to complete my beanbag collection!! I've been unable to complete that for years, with that being the ONLY beanbag I don't have. But a close second - plots. Those were fun.

I've been on subeta for 18 years. Been through a lot of changes - just wanted to say, I am SO glad you keep this site up instead of giving up on it when things go wrong. I know a lot of people complain about changes and the new website and everything, but if you are doing to it be able to keep subeta alive, then DO IT!! I would miss subeta too much if you closed the website. I will accept all changes (even if I don't personally like them!!) One other favorite thing I want to mention, I thought it was really fun with Keith did the videos of himself answering peoples questions!! I just remembered that, so I had to add it!

It's hard to pick a favourite, but I think when I returned to Subeta after about ten years, which was a few years ago now whilst I was going through chemo. Rediscovering my pets and all of the things that I loved about the site as a teenager brought so much joy to many weeks of bed rest. I was quite nervous about interacting with people on the site at first but I joined in on the shoutbox a little and was sent a wonderful and completely unexpected gift by Draken, and now I try to always pay that back with gifting when I can because it meant so much to me then

I'd love to see some of the old plot and trivia items accesible in new ways, like we've seen recently with older Morostide and Lumi items, and some new collection achievements would be amazing too

Some sort of history segment being added to the subetapedia, meaning like a section detailing past plots and events complete with info on what puzzles and the like were featured plus actual text from the events since that stuff hasn't to my knowledge been really all that well archived anywhere, like i missed up on big parts of both the 2014 and 2016 plots and still don't fully know what was going on, and i played them? newer players aren't gonna know jack about what went down so actually having those resources insite may be a good idea, plus since so many pages related to those events are not around anymore the text in them isn't accesible to us players, another thing i'd like would be art update for some of the older shop npc images, sure some are fairly up to date but ithers really need a touch up like sole train and weapons warehouse.

I really don't mean to be confrontational about this but...are we getting composting? what about other promised things that we haven't gotten like that one (i believe it was fireside?) item description contest thing? and also well....the elephant in the room, is the Teahouse getting added? if it is then i'd guess it would have to wait till after the shift to kumos, regardless of wether it is or not, please do tell us so.

I think one of my fave memories was the end of the pirates and islanders plot when Amy actually died. I couldn't believe it. For months I was absolutely convinced she'd come back somehow in some disney-esque way because that's how it always goes right? And she didn't. Ever. That was incredible. A really brilliant moment for the site and for storytelling. Throwing in a second memory for the halloween event with Jaxon and Ian, that was a lovely one. Oh, and the first Survival, that was absolutely wild!

I do miss the plots, they were my main way of engaging with the site. I'm a notoriously unsocial person on websites, I've been here 18 years and I don't even have 2k forum posts, and I'm betting most of those are from events like halloween. I like my single player stuff like a weirdo, but I did love those moments when people cooperate in fun ways, like I remember people figuring out the morse code on the cupcakes and such between Skitters and Fantine. We had that one comiccon like event one year, that would be something fun to experience again.

Subeta has always been there, it's a staple of my life in the background and has been for almost 2 decades. I love this place. My friends here have come and gone and it's really just me left. I want to stick around more.

I found Subeta when I was a sad and lonely teenager. I've been on and off since then, some years more active than not, but I can't tell you how wonderful it is to have this safe space to come back to as a (slighty less) sad adult. I enjoy everything about Subeta, from the games, to interacting on the forums. One of my favorite memories has to be getting to 1000 achievements, which I only just accomplished last year. I'm hoping for 1500 this year!

My favorite memories were a some of the Masquerades. I met a couple of very charmining friends during some of these. Unfortunately, they don't play any longer, but it's a nice memory. My other favorite memories have been the plots. Getting together with friends to try to figure it out if one of us gets stuck. The plots keep it new and exciting because it's always something we've never done before. (Also, I love puzzles. :D)

I would love to see a plot every year. (even an old one if it has achievements that we could still get that we couldn't get the first time).

I would also love to see items have a use that currently have no use, like most of the toys and furniture.
