The vampires would be more likely to get crumbs over the sewing machine - the computer keyboard's even further away from the wardrobe :P

Well, I've got ones that have sold considerably more, and I have a feeling that particular one that's only sold 4(!) was a prize, so at least I didn't have to pay the artist for drawing it!

I will admit my favourite is a 6mm though, especially for knitting bears ;) Have you ever tried Tunisian Crochet (it's kind of like knitting with a crochet hook, as you keep the stitches on the hook for longer than regular crochet)? I had a go a few years ago, but never really understood what I was meant to be doing 😊

Yeah, I don't think I'd have been happy if I'd had to pay to commission as well as 'direct to shop' it!

If I ever get my sewing UFO pile down to a much smaller level, I might have another try at that Tunisian crochet and see if I can actually figure out the basic stitches without getting it all in a knot ;)

I had a change of pace yesterday and tried doing some painting (I've got acrylic paint pens, so there's no need for a pot of water or brushes) - that was quite fun, although I'd get on better if Mum didn't keep interrupting and getting me to do various other things while I'm trying to concentrate! 😊

Just wanted to let you guys know I am having surgery tomorrow. Was a surprise to me, as I wasn't suppose to get it until a few months still- but they had an opening. Its for strabism. Might not be online much the next few days, we will see how well my eyes will be able to work with screens. lol
