haha I'm sure you'll find use for it :) You've already worked so well with it. thank you :)
They always tell you to test your tension before starting a project.... but who has time for that. 👼 Getting the tension right is the bane of my knitting existance. :nods:
Puppy jail. lol She is going to love sniffing around the neighbourhood. xD Pusur had a visit from grandma today. Was happy to get all the attention per usual. Last time she visited, he looked really sad when she got ready to leave. He actually looked sad. Bless his heart.

admittedly a HA-less look was easiest with that one ;) And speaking of HA-less looks, I love your look today :D :D hands the kitty a few treats
laughs I've actually never knitted a tension square - mainly because I felt if I got the yarn knotted and couldn't frog it afterwards, I was just losing quite a bit of yarn that I needed to put into my project 😊 :P That's one reason why I mostly stuck to knitting toys - the tension doesn't matter too much as long as you can't see the stuffing through the stitches 😇

haha well that's what it feels like XD.
As long as she doesn't eat everything we're good ;P
aww bless :)
yeah I can see that :) why thank you :D I couldn't resist :D today's ha looks brilliant too
LOL She most likely will try to do that. xD Drove me nuts walking my friends dog back in the days. She loved trying to eat gum, cigarettes and other things she found on the ground. It was so adorable. ❤
I find that most yarn can be frogged without too much problem. :) Unless its the fuzzy kind. I always end up frogging until I get the right tention instead of testing it beforehand. :P
:nods: I love anything where you don't have to worry about the tension as well! But sometimes I just find a sweater or some other clothing that I really want. :P

I thought those photobombing kitties would be hard to use, but it looks like it was meant to be on that background ;) Thanks :) Niamh isn't overly pleased that she got so wet heading for her picnic :P
hehe well that also works - and I guess it's a bit more reliable to measure the actual project rather than just a small square ;) It's a bit like with sewing - I love projects where I can take a nice big seam allowance rather than some of the clothing patterns were you get just an eighth of an inch to play with o.O

sometimes they are but other times they are pretty fun :) haha I wouldn't either, especially if my cake got wet :P
ugh you're not helping :P Pusur is adorable :)
LOL You're welcome. 👼 It's definitely something to look out for so that she doesn't eat anything she is not suppose to have. :)
Also true.. and your tension can change from day to day too I find. O_o Like some days you might knit looser. Doesn't sound like that would leave much room for any small mistakes. o-o Never a good idea in my book.

let's hope we don't find all that crap you've mentioned, especially cigarettes
Keep in mind this was a toller (retriever) so she would eat just about anything in sight. xD I find that most retrievers are like that. lol

Niamh seems to forget she's a witch - I think it's been so long since Wizarding had any classes that she's 'turned Muggle' :P
that definitely would explain why I could never get it to work properly when I came back to projects I'd left on the needles! 😊 Yeah, I usually try and redraw the pattern with a larger seam allowance, especially as the really small ones are so easy to get too close to the raw edge and just find your stitches disappear :P

ooh what a pretty ha. how'd you do it? lol probably not. maybe she taught herself or Blade taught her some
Thanks :D And that was from quite a bit of layering laughs
It's on the bottom, covered with and finally on the top
Rainbow HA-less sparklesby Paddy :D
True - but she didn't seem to retain the 'weather control' lessons at least :P

It could be it, tension can change a long with your mood too I have heard. I could see myself knitting tighter if I am stressed.
It is good you have found a way to work around it. :D What are you working on now? :)
Retrievers are lovable goofballs, so be happy if she does. :D

Thanks :D I wanted to use that new rainbow background, but I didn't want it to look quite the same ;)
True - maybe Niamh just doesn't have any interest in weather spells ;)
takes a few steps back to admire the stunning HA you've got today
that would explain how I managed to snap the end off my plastic needle at one point 😊 my stitches were knitted so tight that I couldn't actually get the needle under them :P
Nothing at the moment, although I do have some half finished things that I need to get on with.... so there's a pair of trousers and two pairs of jeans to finish, then several shirts I want to make (including one for Dad for father's day) :)

lol she's loveable but I think that fits a lot of dogs too so lol it's all good whatever she is.
it was very nice :D and today's ha is beautiful today as well.
haha maybe :D or is rubbish at them why thank you :)
thanks :d although I think your musical look is much better than my HA from yesterday ;)
I wouldn't dream of implying that Niamh is rubbish at particular spells 😇

True. :) I am glad you two seem to enjoy each others company. :)
I almost had that happen with a crochet project one. The stiches were so tight I was worried I was going to break the hook. Thankfully I didnt as it was an expensive one. I hate using the thin crochet hooks, so I have a set of crochet hooks with a thicker and more ergonomical handle.
Sounds like fun projects. :D
