Luce, I'm sorry to hear you're still in pain! :( I'm glad you finally got seen though, as last I saw you hadn't and no one wanted to work with you.
Thought my computer got fried in the storm last night, but apparently it was only my surge protector (still $40, but better!). Had to wait for Alex to get home and figure out the problem though, since the AC and everything ELSE on it was still working. :/ Whatever, better than having a buy a new computer!
Oh no mieke! Glad it wasn't your computer. All done but Mori now. Didn't do Sarah since questathon is over. Yanked my sP out of the forum bank and spent a good 100m on beanbags !! So hard to make myself spend it on things other than plushies...I bought 2 more of those so I'm down to 6 left to buy and 4 of them aren't for sale at all!!! 😯🤑

I didn't do a single quest yesterday and really only hit the bathhouse.
Degenerative discs suck. I have 3 in my neck. It's been better since I had RF ablation on the nerves surrounding those disc (it burns off the nerves) and the muscles were able to strengthen back up but I still get problems, like over the weekend when I get a "kink" in my neck which causes a horrific headache.
Can't believe you only have 6 left to complete your collection, Kat! I saw a forum thread about making Sarah accessible for everyone, but for those who have over the limit, that she only give you the QP and nothing else. That would make sense and allow everyone to finish her quests. I checked my Mori and I've got quite a bit to go, lol. 569/1500
Omg I didn't even think about transforming items. I will have to look at that.
And qp for Sarah's quests would be awesome!! I know it is only a few more points a day but I need tons of qp!!!
In TN now close to the hotel we are staying at, so having lunch. Not sure what we will do between now and checking time at hotel. Saw a really cool indoor mini golf and we are doing that bit not sure if before or after check [edit] Checked in at hotel. Played mini golf and did Glow in the dark painting before coming here...photos on facebook!! Will try to figure out how to post an image or so from there to here....it was so cool! [Edit] Good morning everyone! About to go have hotel breakfast. Then prepare for funeral service....and decide if we are staying another night or headed home. We are also debating stopping in Chattanooga and going to ruby falls and/or the aquarium.
I just spent WAY too long on that stupid slots machine trying to win it. lol
Sounds like a good way to lighten up the mood down there, kat. Haven't played mini golf in probably 20yrs. Not really a fan of it, but I would LOVE to do some glow in the dark painting! :D

The views are beautiful. We decided to stop at Ruby Falls and do the cave walk tour. Kids have never been and hubby and I went before we were married, 25yrs ago!! Gotta stop and buy me some tennis shoes and socks tho lol as I only brought sandals and dress shoes.
Have completed almost all my quests earlier this morning, so I hope to remember to come back and do Mori tonight even tho I'll be tired. Have Saggi and Mori left. About to do Saggi.
I figured I would go ahead and knock out my quests this morning too, but I've been trying to stick w/ your style, kat. Leaving Mori for later and Sag usually, but I went ahead and finished his while I was on a phone call, lol. It's not easy starting a new habit and trying to remember to do Mori after 8.
Last time I was down in the Smokies, I had a nice pair of surfer/wet/swim shoes that had some nice padding to them (or a thick sole, I guess) so I could both hike and wander around in the streams or water holes. I have a new pair of wet shoes that I got when I had made plans earlier this year to go to another Nat'l forest and wade around their streams... never got to do... but they're much thinner, although still perfect for what they're meant for (rocky, algae covered).
Ah forgot to mention... sis in law started to be induced like 36hrs ago b/c they showed some kind of infection in her uterus and she's just over 33 weeks. Not the best time but not the worst. It's taken that long just to get past 6 diameters.
Oh my. Hope all goes well for mama and baby. Keep us updated. Thoughts and prayers headed that way.
I tried water shoes once for the beach because it was so shell-y and hot but I didn't like them much. I am a sandals/flipflop or barefoot person mostly.
It is hard to remember to do Mori!! Even after almost a year. I still forget often enough that I haven't finished the 1000 achievement for her yet!!
I think it's the type that you get. I love flip flops but hate how my feet slide around in them when they get wet. I used to wear them so much I would get callouses on the sides of my feet where the 2 straps met. :P My first pair of wet shoes were more surfer type, I think. Heavier than regular wet shoes but stayed on. Got another pair last year and didn't pay attention to the fact that they were men's shoes so they are oversized (but still narrow enough for my feet, which aren't narrow...just women's feet) to wear plenty and especially do the grass, lol. I have a rather hilly yard so it's easy to slide on one of the hills on the side of my house. The recent pair is one that looks like you have toes and they're very thin so it makes it feel like you're not wearing much.
And no callouses! lol
The preemie will definitely be in NICU for at least a week... that's what they're saying right now, anyway. I wouldn't be surprised if she was in there longer.
I wouldn't buy the cheap basic flipflops. I get the thick padded squishy soft kind lol Never tried water shoes again, but I agree, it takes finding the right kind of shoe .... I am very sad that I cannot find my favorite sandals anymore ☹ going to have to hunt for a new brand to like.
At only 33 weeks along I would think for sure longer than a week, unless she does VERY well!!
[Edit] Finished Mori. Had the cave tour at Ruby Falls. Was fun. Driving home now but may decide to stop before we get there....may drive home anyway. Depends on how tired the driver gets as he doesn't like anyone else to drive. [Edit]Sunday am Did I scare everyone away? Did you all get super busy? Where did you all go? [Edit]Sunday pm.... I bought the Yaakov and transformed it for the plushie!! 😁 And now have the lazlo, kiteet and giapa too!! Wheee!! Only 2 left!!!!

I did indeed get super busy and died. Or I'm in jail for murdering teenage girls. My teenage girls. :P
But really, just got busy! VBS, then Alex and I actually WENT ON A DATE Saturday.. to the movies AND out to dinner! Which was.. weird and insane but I really enjoyed it! Then yesterday church followed immediately by goat yoga for our nephews birthday, followed by 'lunch' at their house. And then we just came home and collapsed. :P
Today I'm taking L&A to acting camp in teh morning, and Elly and Iz are making me chocolate chip cookies while it's only 83 degrees instead of 93. :/
You can't have murdered them if you are taking them places!!🤣 Yay for dates. It's hard to make time for that when you have kids. Or a spouse who wants to do nothing after he gets home from work coughs ehmm. Anyway. Yummy cookies!!
Guys!! I got SIX (6!!!) Morty cards today!! 😯 And I still have to do Mori quests tonight. I got 2 from Quentin and 2 from Pete, can't remember who gave the others.

Today, things are better. I dropped them off, tehn stopped and picked up a frozen coffee with mocha and coconut, I got where I have to weedwhack mowed.. sort of. it's all still wet but not like.. WET WET so it's happening! :P
Glad things are better. And time with them gone helps too 😉
We mowed grass yesterday. After replacing the tire on the riding mower....and then it rained all afternoon and today. 🙄 Gonna need to mow again!!
... the weedwhacker is out of string :P But I got my loppers out and cut a bunch of stuff back, got around the garden, and the mailbox, and so that I can see to pull out of the driveway. Everything still needs more mowed and weedwhacked but.. it's much better!
I've got like.. 97 bug bites from when I was out by the garden though :/
I need to do that....trim around stuff. Meh. Ouchie bug bites!!
It's not fun! I'm hoping I can see out of the driveway now, instead of just.. holding my breath and praying! Haha.
