My stepdad gave me like.. 5 giant totes of halloween stuff from their house.. I kept half of one LOL.
AND Elly put all the dropoff stuff in the back of the van yesterday, so Lily and I can drop it off today! My house is so.. walkable!

It's nice when you can walk thru the house and not have clutter everywhere. My mom's house is still cluttered 😑 she says she's been working on it. I used to say (bad of me I know, but it's true!) that she should be on that show, hoarders... It makes me keep my living spaces cleaner!!! Now my bedroom and closet especially do get piled up, but I refuse to let the clutter take over the living room or kitchen.
Yeah, I should've written it down but I just kept on waiting for them to open it and naturally after I leave for the day, they switch it over.
Got those items done this morning and I'm pretty much finished, and broke, lol. Sent my last box of goodies to my SS so now I can relax on that, as well.
Not feeling up to questing today. Definitely don't feel like cleaning. Just want to go back to bed. :P
Good morning! I wanted to go back to bed too.....instead, I took another trip to...Walmart. Lol! I had not gotten the (stocking/gift) ornaments this year. I tried to order online but it told me 4/5 we're out of stock. So I went this morning to browse...and found 3 of the out of stock ones!!! Stupid site. Chose different ones in the end because I liked them better lol So I guess that was a good thing after all?

I went to CHOP for 3 hours (Santa came to visit! :P) and then ran to.. yup, Walmart, too!
it seems to be Valentines day, there? Phew, I'm glad I didn't need any major groceries or anything for Christmas dinner, though! No turkeys (though there were some hams), no brussel sprouts, broccoli, no green beans ANYWHERE, no onions, no potatoes. It was crazy!
Oh no, I hope my store isn't as bad as yours! I'm sure I'll be running into all the other last minute shoppers, too.
About time for me to take a nap. :P YAY made it through the work day!
We have new years.....fireworks and party displays. I'm sure by Saturday there will be valentine's day stuff up 🙄 However I don't plan to go back until Sunday....Saturday is our normal shopping day but obviously I'm not shopping on Christmas!

Hahaha!! Is it now? I do like pink. And blue. I sold off so much of my wardrobe and sometimes I wish I didn't, but it was so cluttered.😉 I've slowly been buying things I like to wear or special outfit themed items....(and I usually buy every color they have of something I like lol)
I've.. got pink eyeshadow on?! There's a little bit of pink in my sweater? I think? :P

The high schoolers are home doing virtual today, because... there's basically only like, 25 kids left at school, who haven't been contract traced and sent home to quarantine. They all have a half day, so after Iz gets home, I think we'll finally decorate their gingerbread houses, and make up some cookies!
I COULD go out and get tires today.. probably should. But honestly, at this point.. I'm just so done with humanity. I'm going to stay at home in my tree rex pajamas and chill some :P
What? Wow ya'll are in school really close to Christmas! We have been out all this week, and will be out all next week too. Yikes for so many quarantined. Hopefully not many are actually sick?
I have gingerbread houses to decorate too, hmm maybe I'll do that today with Nathan, if I can make him feel up to participating in Christmas fun again (he helped me make fudge and chex mix yesterday)

And yeah, we always have a half day on the 23rd, it's crazy. We don't have long breaks, at all! The better to not get out at the end of June because of snow days, I guess?!

Remind me not to show a picture of my Christmas tree for Mieke's sake, lol. Can't say there's a color I actually loathe but I hate how brown and dull everything gets during this time of year.
They did away with makeup snow days several years ago when my youngest was still in high school. They just online makeup work for them to do. I thought it was the smartest thing ever, lol.
I became very pink orientated when I got divorced over 15yrs ago. Guess it just became my happy color and made me feel better.
Breakfast sounds good but I don't feel like cooking anything. It's been a really busy work morning and I'm already irritated.
