-nods- I have a bad weather head. me too. Not sure if it's because the shot's making me ache and therefore making the back pain worse, or what :/ hehe i wonder why your wallet is happy :P
yeah, with the way the houses are built so solidly, you'd think that sound would stop at the walls but it just seems to carry on through o.O
That's a neat idea with the alarm clock! And awesome news with Pusur's teeth :D :D
now I actually want the rain, it's been dry all day facepalm I'm hoping for some suitably wet weather tomorrow, as Mum's not planning on going out, so hopefully we can get the pics done then.

so you need to not want the rain ;) you could always use a sprinkler
that could work! Maybe it'll rain Friday afternoon when Dad's showing the gardening bloke around the allotment ;) ....of course now it's just started raining, but my head's decided it's had enough of the day, so I can't do the pics now anyway :K
We don't have a sprinkler :P If all else fails, I'll just have to get pics done in sunshine instead!

haha that'd be great XD ugh well hopefully you'll get good pics
I am sure someone with better hearing would hear my neighbours more too. Not sure that well tho!
I did get a special alarmsystem for my bed too, in case the smoke detector goes off as well via an office that helps with equipment for hearing impeared etc. They were concerned of me not waking up to it. Doesn't help that I can sleep through a lot of noise at times too!
If the shot is making things worse, at least that should get better after not too long hopefully! :)
You know all too well how expensive vet bills can get. o-o Removing teeth is not cheap.

i hope so. It seems to be less bad today, though I am still in a good deal of pain.
lol yeah I think I have some...knowledge on that. But I was being sarcastic :P Since he'd have to be knocked out I am sure it would cost a pretty penny.
Glad it is at least less bad. huggles
:nods: I don't think workin on his teeth without it would go over well. xD He is an easy patient though, as he is mostly frozen in fear poor thing. He seems to be back to normal now. Snugglesession and I found cotton on the floor when I woke up (not sure from what lol) and he had moved his waterbowl off the tray and on to the floor. :P

Mum insisted she wasn't going to agree to anyone tipping a bucket of water over her for the photos.... I said you'd suggested a sprinkler, and she said she isn't speaking to you :P
Your HA is looking stunning today :D
That definitely sounds like a wise one with the smoke detector alarm nods Does Pusur wake you up if there's loud noises overnight, or does he just sleep through?

yeah :) thanks haha no, I don't think so either. aww poor thing. at least he's calm now and lol sounds back to his normal activities.
haha at least I didn't suggest a bucket XD oh thanks :D
well we got the photos done - it wasn't raining, but the water droplets were falling off the washing line onto her head a couple of times 😇

As active as Pusur is going to be. lol He is one big couch potato. :P
Yup, it would be really bad if I ended up sleeping through it. :) Pusur normally does not wake me up. He can sometimes make it difficult to get to sleep though, since he likes to lick my face while I am trying to sleep. lol Does Sparky keep quiet during the night? :)

admittedly not quite as wet as I'd planned though :P
^^ that's the coat from the back (just need to finish writing the bit to go with the pics, then it can go on the fabric shop's site :D)
That seems.... strange laughs it must be a cat thing :P Apart from one stormy night just after we got Sparky, when one of the recycle plastic boxes was blowing down the road and it woke Sparky up (which started him flapping like crazy), he does tend to sleep quietly all night long. If it's a sunny morning and he's not been uncovered (usually mid summer when it gets light quite a while before my alarm goes off), he will sometimes start chirping because he thinks we should all be awake ;)

I am guessing he is trying to groom me. :P It is sweet and annoying at the same time somehow. lol
That sounds like our budgies when we had them. :) We would cover their cages too during the night They would still start chirping in the morning a lot of the time, before we uncovered them.

I guess it might be marginally better if it wasn't just as you were trying to fall asleep? Sid tried preening Mum's arm when she had her hand in the cage trying to clean it - in the end, he almost pulled out one of the hairs! .... she wasn't impressed :P
Partly the reason for covering the cage is because where the cage is at the bottom of the stairs, the light from the loo & bathroom would wake him up if there wasn't a cloth on the cage. But it always seems funny when you read online where they say "a budgie who has their cage covered, will be quiet until it is uncovered" :P

I left off the poppers (she doesn't use them on her shop-bought coat anyway), but I've the packet of poppers stashed in my sewing bag so if she wants them added in at a later date, then I can (I stitched the interfacing inside just in case she wanted them) ;)
I'm pleased with how it came out, and it's much better than the plain boring navy one I made originally (although the navy one does have multicoloured topstitching just to liven it up a little) ;)

the option for the poppers is a good idea :) it is definitely nice :D and pretty. lol plain is definitely less interesting.
He does try to lick me other times as well, but seem to prefer to do it while I am trying to sleep, of course. lol That is cute tho. :) One of my budgies would preen our hair and eyebrows. lol
:nods: Makes you wonder if they ever lived with a budgie at all. :P
What are you upto? I just completed a long gaming session. :)
