hehe again I can't blame him. lol we got a message saying it would be good if we put some personal stuff in storage...
I see more wolf pup lol cute ha oh thanks its I got it in BF sale.
Its awesome <3 hope you love your gifts :) ooh knitting is good :) hope it is relaxing and fun.
that's not a helpful thing to be told - are you able to sort out some things that can be stored without needing to use them in the meantime (and without it costing too much?)
Hehe well, I couldn't just get the one, could I?! :P It looked awesome :D No wonder I didn't recognise it, as I hadn't got as far as looking at those ones ;)

Guess what arrived today? Pressies from a wonderful Raven! I have not opened the package yet tho.. :) Thank you so much! :)
Knitting would be relaxing if it wasnt for the fact that I was working decreases with 5 needles and managed to drop a few stitches... that was fun to fix. lol
I like that way of looking at it. lol I would def. borrow his favorite sweater and use that as a guide. :) That way it should have a fit that he likes. :)
Hehe.. I could tell right away that was our sledge and skis.. with dad on them. Us kids loved it tho. :) Aww, he will have a great time this year for sure. ;) I always wished I could be like 5 again, just for christmas. It was magical. :)

nods I won't have time to make it before Christmas I don't think, but I'll start on it in the new year ;)
ROFL so his costume wasn't all that convincing then? ;) That's a good thought, just to be able to kind of have that magical innocence back for one day, with none of the adult hassles that go with everything :D

So today we went to the German Christmas market. It was bitter cold and windy so not as pleasurable as we'd've liked but we still had a good time. Bought some doughnuts and mum got a Christmas ornament and I got a er... don't know English word... little heat parpelled candle thingy.

found it on google lol.
We were all frozen and hurting by the time we got home. NO place to sit, really?!
Anyway, got a short nap and we ordered Chinese food. Then mum and I watched a bit of telly. After she went to bed I tackled the dining room. Been at it 2 hours and it's nearly finished being packed but the rest will have to wait as I'm exhausted.
Tomorrow...er today, I am going to run some errands and take Nigel to the vet to have a follow up on the chewing himself. I also noticed he doesnt' have as many eye boogers as he used to have so wondering if he was having allergic reactions for awhile now.
well It's not fun to hear, but they are right. We are working on decluttering as we pack but the house would look better without so much personal items.
haha No, i think you got all of them :P
What a cute ha. Love the hamster/rodent thing.
I er...had a bit of fun spending during the bf sale :D (read above)
Ooh excellent and on time! -is please- hope you can manage lol but if not go ahead XD ugh now that's a pain. (read above.)
sounds like you've got weather like we had yesterday - windy and horrible, although I doubt we had it as cold as you did (we had torrential rain instead :P)
How were the doughnuts? I've never come across that kind of thing before, but it looks amazing! :D So when the candle is burning, the top bit rotates, right? I'm amazed there wasn't anywhere to sit though - you'd think that'd be a standard requirement for any event like that o.O
That's great on his eye looking clearer :D
Yeah, and I suppose as you need to get it all boxed up for the move anyway, it's maybe a good incentive to get on and start clearing some of the 'non-essentials' sooner rather than later!
Thanks :D I was short on ideas yesterday, so I just let the rodent have free rein in the background :P
I love the outfit :D Is that another new character today?

Christmas market sounded nice! Shame about the weather and no seats tho! >_< I bought an ornament like that in Italy, with cats. xD Lost one part of it tho.. so it doesnt work anymore. Which is annoying. lol
Has the chewing gotten better? When Salem was scratching himself really badly, I had to change his diet for it to stop. Hopefully he is starting to feel better. <3
Hehe.. I will be a good girl and wait. xD Will hide it for now so I dont get tempted. xD I went grocery shopping today, as some stores dropped their prices on items that people buy a lot before christmas. We are talking almost giving them away, since they all want to be the cheapest. xD Had to get there before they run out of stuff. lol
That works. :D Can I ask what the kitty on your HA is? Its absolutely adorable and I want one. lol
I cant actually remember a time when I believe in Santa. o_O Even tho I probably did when I was little. lol That is what I am thinking too. :) Christmas is lovely as an adult too.. but cant compare to the excitement as a kid. ;)

it's the :D I think it was released by the same person as the rodent one I had on yesterday ;)
hehe I know I believed in santa when I was in primary school - all the kids were talking in the playground about how he gets into the house (as we don't have chimneys) and worked out he must have an invisible key to open the door 😇 .... I left a mug with instant coffee in for him one Christmas Eve (I think I was 6 at the time?) because I said he shouldn't drink alcohol and drive his sleigh :P (don't think Dad was overly impressed!)

Sadly I dont see any for sale. :) Super cute tho!
That is hilarious! Very responsible kid I have to say. 👼 Drunk sleigh drving cant be good. 👼 I guess what spoiled it for me was that I recongnized my dad. as he would come in christmas night to deliver presents (he doesnt deliver while we are asleep here after all ;). He would always make some excuse to leave and then come back a lil while after dressed up. lol

I don't know if they were a limited release, or if there might be some more in the future - if I spot any other colours, I'll make sure to point you in their direction ;)
hehe I'm surprised I was so sensible at that age laughs laugh I didn't realise that he comes while kids are awake over there - that would definitely make it harder to not recognise whoever was dressed up!

Nigel seems to be doing well, but I had to swap his apt today as I didn't have time to get home, and get him and then drive out there. I've been so busy today. I packed up most of the dining room from midnight to about 2.30am. But when I was so tired I couldn't fall asleep so got only 2.5 hours of sleep. I went to Joann's but the first one didn't have fabric that spoke to me. So I got a couple of things but then went to Petco for dog treats, some carbon for the fish tank filters, and pet Christmas gifts. I went to Petsmart for one cat as I didn't like the toys for him. And then back into Petsmart after realising I missed the carbon for the 65 tank. Then I went to the Joann's in another city as it's larger. I got my fabric for my Sis in law's tote bag and my dad's drawstring bag. THen I had to go to PEtsmart again to get a couple of tins of cat food for Nigel till he sees the vet on Saturday now. I was starving when I got home, finally got a short nap, wrapped a couple of gifts...
Paddy:
fun times o.0 hope you didn’t get caught in the rain.
So yummy. Had like a cinnamon sugar on them. Yep, that’s exactly how it works. We have a wooden candle thing but it kinda got damaged in all the moves and storages.
Right?! I mean not a single bench or anything.
Exactly.
Hehe I’m sure he had fun :P
It’s Jovy’s father. Never had the items to use his ha. I bought some in the bf sale.
Hehe see kitty has free rein today xD
Pinkpanther:
Aww that’s a shame its not working anymore.
Yeah he’s stopped. I think it was the flea and the collar. I remember you having to get him new food.
Haha good luck. Oooh how exciting. Hope you got the deals.
sits and admires your HA that looks awesome :D
Did they let you rearrange his appointment without charging any extra fees? (pretty sure our vets would charge something if you need to rearrange at that short notice!) That sounds like one heck of a busy day!
Thankfully the rain held off when I needed to be outside :P It was surprisingly cold though, considering the forecast said it was be more on the mild side for this time of year. Maybe you need to have one of those hiking stool things that fold up, so you don't get caught with a lack of seats again? ;) hehe no wonder I didn't recognise him! Yeah, I was stuck for ideas, so I thought I'd just add him in on the background and call it an outfit :P
[edit] I have put yours and Lene's main presents under your trees on here, but the smaller bits will be sent in January, to save the hassle of trying to get everything sorted before Luminaire ;)

Oh thank you :) I had fun with this one :)
Nope no charge. THey were really nice about it and his check up is actually free too. I love this vet. I will miss them so much. It really was. I forgot to say the post office as well...oh and meds from Kroger! My feet were hurting so bad I had to massage, file down the calluses and lotion them just to get minor relief.
Oh good :D sorry its so cold but hey its more festive right? ;)
We actually have some so probably would've broguht it with us if we'd've known. lol yep Well it works LOL
Ooh cool. I haven't even started. I might just buy on Christmas morning and send then--I don't know lol. I'm so scattered brained.
that was kind of them to not charge, and for the free check up too!!
nods although snow would be good rather than wind and rain :P
I was thinking of getting one just to take when we go to the car show in the summer - they have picnic benches set up, but they tend to be really busy (and obviously wet if it's been raining like it was this year :P) so I figured my own little seat might not be too silly ;)
hehe well sending stuff out after you've opened the things under your tree on here is a good idea - I usually end up missing someone, so I thought I'd just wait to see who'd sent to me, then send out my things afterwards 😇

Thankies, I would appreciate that. :D I do have a lil bit of csc saved up. ;)
Hehe.. I guess that is why some people even hire people to play the part of Santa. xD Or they will ask a neighbour or something. :)
Glad Nigel seem to be doing well. :) Making good progress with the packing too it seems like. :)
I did manage to get most of the deals I wanted, some stuff were already sold out. lol That is the problem with the "price wars" as they call them. lol Today I am heading out for dinner with my dad and wifey and sis. And we are heading to a concert afters. Just relaxing now before its time to get showered and ready... have a couple of errands in town too before I meet up with them.

laughs well that definitely makes sense ;) I can't see my dad ever having been willing to dress up as Santa ;)
As I mentioned to Raven, I've put your main present under your tree on here, but the little items will probably be sent after Luminaire (health wise things have gone a bit pear shaped for me at the moment - nothing serious, but I figured I would get on better if I didn't have the hassle of trying to organise all the presents this month!)

So I was on the go from the moment I woke again. I went to the used bookstore and sold some books. Then to the post office to drop off a parcel that was delivered to us by mistake. Then we went to Home Depot. I got paint to fix a little cabinet my old dog chewed up and we’d like to make look pretty for the new home and there’s not a good place to paint in the new home—the garage isn’t heated ;) And paint for the nightstand of mine that is in need. Then I dropped dad back off at the house. I went to a pawnshop next and sold my old Singer since I have a new sewing machine. Then to the Taste of Britain for some things for Christmas. Then I went to a radio store for some Christmas gifts for dad. Then I went to Burlington Coat factory and dropped out some coats for donation to the needy. Then I went home, grabbed Mum’s sewing machine as well as the power cord for the first one I sold (as I realised they kinda need it and I forgot it LOL). So then I went to the grocery store for gravy. Finally after 6 hours out, I was able to get home and sit down in time for diner. I still go so much to do but I’m so freaking tired.
Lene-- it doesn't feel like it lol but we are trying. lol but hey those price wars sounds wonderful for the buyer lmao. oh sounds like a fun night :D enjoy!!
Paddy-- Yeah I love that place! <3 snow sounds awesome :) the wind is not fun, especially if it rips through you. that sounds like a great idea XD Yeah that too. LOL. XD
whoa that's one heck of a busy day again! But it sounds like you've been productive in getting stuff done!
Yeah, the worst thing is when you're walking along feeling nice and cosy & warm, then a sudden cold gust of wind just seems to chase you (if it's in town, it's never a side street you would expect the wind to be whistling along!), then it just goes straight through the arms of your coat in particular :K

I'm trying! lol been sewing since 2am just stopped. Sis-in-law's tote bag is nearly done but I'm too tired to keep going :P
Yeah that's happened a lot to me too
😮 definitely stop before you sew the base to the handles by mistake!!!! :P
You'd think they'd make coats with extra insulation in the sleeves!
