y I got dad's printer blanket finished (which he's paying me for) a little runner mum needed (which just needed two hems and is not paying me for) and most of a bag cut out and the straps sewn. I also grey'ed out the fabric that I am now out of. I think that's a good start to the day. I'm gonna take a break and see if I can iron on the interfacing after lunch. So far I have 3 completed items ready for my shop. I'm hoping to get it up on etsy next week if I can get at least 3 more items, though I would be happier if I got 10 in total to start up with.

it's disgraceful, isn't it?! :P With Sid, when we put millet in the cage he'd be over to eat it within seconds. Sparky doesn't really have the same interest, but when we put cuttlefish in the cage there's just three seconds to get it put in before Sparky's there to eat it!

as long as he doesn't try spending them, as I don't think the shop keepers would be too happy :P It works perfectly :D

Salem would actually snap at my fingers when I had treats.. Pusur is thankfully a bit more gentle with taking them from me. lol

the hardest thing is finding cuttlefish that's large enough for Sparky - a lot of the ones packaged for budgies are so small that he'd demolish it within about 24 hours :P

I think I'd have ended up putting the treats on a mat for Salem to take, rather than giving them to him by hand! 😊 I guess Pusur knows that if he's relatively gentle when taking them, he might get a few more treats to go with it 😇

I would sometimes just put the treats on the floor for him to grab. lol He didn't mean any harm, he just got to eager to get his treat. lol Pusur is a very gentle cat to begin with mostly.
