hehe I can imagine you opening the door and a load of stuff falling out :P
nods oddly enough, it's a bit like when my grandparents moved into their place - when my parents bought this house, it wasn't an overly desirable place to live, so it was pretty cheap in comparison to now! I do wonder how they decide on what price places should be marked at though, as it doesn't seem to have any bearing on the wages people earn locally (unless they're just taking managing directors or some other silly level :P)

well there's a cheaper rate for bulk but its more up front. definitely will have to find a new vet. I don't fancy a 3.5 hour trip one way for that thanks :P
It really does. I am not even sure how I'm functioning today. It's been even worse than yesterday!
there appears to be some claw grips but they are kinda expensive at $40 for 1-3 months of wear.
I love Niamh's Griff look today :D really cute
he seems to be much happier today :D I'll have to chip Nigel probably... I don't really no yet. I've had another insanely busy day, no breaks for 10 hours so relaxing doesn't seem to be in my cards at the mo. Hope your chores went well <3
3.5 hours?! yeah I think I'd want to change to a more local vet too! Maybe they do an even better deal on pricing though? ;) o.O that does seem really pricey just for such a short space of time. Do you have rugs or mats or anything you could put in certain rooms just to make it easier for her to stand there (obviously as long as the rug itself wouldn't slide over the lino!)?
Thanks :D she wanted to work her way through the different Hogwarts tops :P Your Hufflepuff one today looks really good :D What's the flared trousers you've used? :D

Glad to hear is doing well. :hugs: I had the vet do it when I had him neutered. :)
Aww, hope the chores went well tho. :) I had dinner at my mums today-- along with my grandma. Was nice. :)
I have plans of overganizing it a bit better, but just the idea of starting the project is overwhelming. :P
You guys def. had some luck there then. :D Real-estate can be great investment. :D Not always easy to guess what areas will become super popular in the future tho. :)

to be honest, that's why most of my crafting things are just in random boxes rather than being really organised and neatly stacked somewhere! Just the thought of starting dealing with it is enough! ;)
nods some houses around here have increased in value a lot more than ours - for some reason the streets really close to ours seem to sell for less, even though there's the same amount of rooms (and a similar view) for the streets that sell for more o.O

haha. Right? Xd. Totally not worth the trip though i love the vets so much. We can only hope the prices are better lol. Yeah we'll be getting rugs and seeing how she does. Might get better and not panic with all flooring the same. Hehe. I also love the balcony scene youve got there today...er yesterday lol. Oh thanks. Er... vanity line. I forget the name. On my cell at the mo.
good thinking xd. Aound like another nice day. I did painting in the kitchen. Today a realtor comes to take pics and put the house on the market
just as long as the prices aren't a lot higher! ;) That's a good point - if there's not the contrast between deep carpet and lino, she might get on better hands you some patience
Thanks :d Niamh insisted on trying out more of her Black Friday purchases laughs I'll check through the vanity ones to find which pair of trousers that was ;) I love today's look as well, is that a new jumper / top thing?

Good luck selling the house, hope you will get a good price on it. :) Relaxing a bit before I head out for a walk. xD
Glad to hear that I am not alone in this. lol One day I will start tho, maybe ask for some help to get me going. lol
That sounds really random. o_O Seeing you dont even seem to know why.. :)

I did sort out the pile of stuff on my computer desk last week - I got a small shallow basket to put things in (like my notebook, wrist warmer gloves and headphones) just so it wasn't all falling on the floor every time I tried using the desk to write on :P but sorting my crafting stuff is a lot more daunting!! :P
nods it seems that a few hundred metres down the road is a lot more popular, but yeah there doesn't seem to be any real reason why! I guess it might be down to the age of the house - 1970s houses just don't seem as popular as those built in the 1960s o.O

hope not! I really hope so :) aw thanks :D yep its new.
thank you!
hope you have a great time :D
I sent your parcel xd
I thought I hadn't seen it before :D :D And today's ice skating outfit looks awesome too! :D Great use of that hat - so far I've not got that to look right on Niamh :P

Ohh, thankie! :D Yours should be on its way too, or very soon. Ordered last night. lol Not giftwrapped, so if you want to keep it a surprise, you might want to leave the parcel unopened until christmas. Also sent a lil something via snail mal.. not sure if I remembered to say that. lol Might not all come in one parcel tho.. not sure. :) Should be there in good time before christmas at least. Just got home from my walk here, and waiting on pizza in the oven. xD
Hehe.. computer desks are notoriously hard to keep tidy. :) At least my yarn is sorted into different brands, and one bin for misc. yarns. lol All the neat stuff I am getting my advent calendar is inspiring me to organize my scrapbooking stuff too, so that I can continue to work on my scrapbooks.
That might be a factor. o-o Not that I know enough about architecture to know what the real difference between a 60s and a 70s home would be. :P
By the way, I ordered your gifts! I am not sure if they all will turn up in the same parcel, but they should at least be there before christmas. They are not gonna be gift wrapped, so if you want to keep it a surprise you might want to leave the boxes unopened for now. :)

that's a lot more organised than my yarn used to be - I tried doing mine by colour, but it all just ended up in the same box in the end 😊 Hopefully the advent calendar things will all be useful :D I had fun rummaging through things in the shop trying to pick stuff out for you and Raven - once I gave up trying to make it fit in the advent calendar pockets, I got on better laughs
Awesome, thank you :D :D I'll make sure to keep any packages unopened so I don't spoil the surprise :D

why thank you. Yeah that hat's rather more difficult than I expected it to be. Loving the dog sledding ha today <3
I got the cutest card today with Pusur on it :D is that the snail mail? It arrived rather quickly :) <3 THank you so much. I love it. I've got parcels coming to me from my brother for my mum's gift (he's moving as well and are coming here to stay at a cabin for Christmas) as well as other posts. But I'll try to avoid if I can <3 either way thank you so much dear -snuggles- pizza sounds yummy. Today we wound up going down to Warner robins to take care of some legal things with the sale of the house and measure for things like curtains and storage solutions. It was a long day for sure.
I just blame Niamh for insisting on awkward hair to work with 😇
Thanks :D I was lacking inspiration, so I just shoved two new item on, and called it an outfit ;) Niamh wasn't impressed, seeing as she's not wearing anything under that background :P
Your outfit today looks great!

That would be the snailmail. ::D glad you liked it. ^_^ He wasnt too happy with his santa suit, but I just had to get a christmassy picture of him. 👼 Its okay if you want to open it before christmas, I just wanted to give you a heads up in case you wanted to save the surprise. :)
Sounds like it. :) I had lunch with my dad today, saw my aunt too. :) Now I am just relaxing, super tired since I didnt get much sleep. lol
As long as you are able to find what you need. :D Hehe.. I ended up putting a piece of candy into each pocket. 👼 and keep the stuff you sent in the bag. :)
You are allowed to open it when you want, just a heads up in case you want to save it :)

most of the time I just grabbed a ball of yarn at random laughs That's a really neat idea! :D
squishes I try to save things for Christmas Day, although if it's going to be busy (which is likely, given that Gran still insists on cooking lunch, even though Mum has to help a lot more than she used to), I might open something on Christmas Eve and save something for Boxing Day just to spread it out a little ;)
[edit] (edit 5th Dec) oooo I've just got two Amazon packages in the post squishes - thank you!! :D :D :D I'll keep them to one side, then when we've got the tree up I'll stash them under it so I'm not tempted to open them early :D

Hehe poor Niamh :P Oh la la, Blade come and looky –giggles- Oh thank you ^.^ I like yours too xD
its adorable. LOL he doesn’t look impressed.
I appreciate it <3
Oh hope it was great :D I had more errands and packing today.
hehe I think you scared Niamh off today with calling Blade over - she insisted RP-Paddy had a go with some seasonal gear instead :P

I of course I think he is the most adorable lil kitty ever. Well, maybe not so little, he is quite big. lol I had a hard time getting a picture.. as he just wanted to get away. :P
Good luck with the packing. :) Mum and I went into town, did not buy anything. But picked up a book at the library and had a cup of tea.
I have so much yarn, but never seem to have what I need for projects I find anyways. 👼
That is not a bad idea. :D I will open all of mine on christmas eve like usual, a long with my family. After dinner we will sit down and we will take one present at the time from under the tree and hand it over to the person it belongs to to open. :)
Glad it arrived! :D Might be a long time to have it sitting there tho, hopefully it wont be too tempting. 👼
