When he wants up on my lap but i'm leaning forward or have the laptop in my lap he comes up and pats are my arm to be like "yo. lean back lady" and then settles in. =0P ...Dean calls me a sucker. I was going to do a book/library design. So I thought if I made the seams for a pocket align with a book or just made the pocket look like a book it might be cute. :D There are no seams on the sweatshirt in question except for on the sides. It's such that I probably would find reaching that far back for a pocket very annoying. So maybe a book-pocket might be perfect. I thought about doing a hide-a-pouch along it somewhere too, because I often wish I had a zippered pouch in most things (for things like tissues, chap-stick, and keys).

Cats are at their most hyper and most annoying between the ages of 6-18 months; then, they settle down a lot. That's the age at which they're teenagers.

He's in the ballpark of 4months, i'd have to go double check his paperwork - though even then it's a best guesstimate - he came in as a good sam and I adopted him from animal control. (and he was tiiiny). And oh, I get it. But he is especially active when he's active. XD I've never had one wake me up to play. (it doesn't help that I humor him, because adorable).

4 months isn't too soon. Kittens are energetic.

Expect it to get a little worse--but in a year or so, much, MUCH easier.

I've been around plenty of cats and kittens. He is particularly playful...and crazy. He is also a very certain snuggler. When it is time to snuggle, it is time to snuggle! It's pretty hilarious. ...and adorable. But i think I already used that word for him....however you cannot use it enough.

Really sweet of you to send them a bear.<3 I really believe they bring a lot of comfort for kids. :) Sorry for late response. :) I helped getting ready for my uncles surprise bday party yesterday and clean up afterwards, as well as attending.. :) Slept over at my mums. Not much time for subeta. :)

The wine cooler and cider was for myself. for the party. haha. My mum and I got him a woolen sweater and a bottle of wine. The party was a big success.. he was so surprise when we all sneaked up on him and yelled happy birthday. :) His reaction was priceless.. even some tears. :)

ROFL now if only other animals were as easy to train as you are! :P

I wanted to send something, seeing as for their previous child I'd knitted a hat - I figured a bear might be practical for longer laughs oooo how did the party go? I can imagine it was quite busy with friends and family there? ;)

It was a big success! Supershocked and happy to see us all. :) Live music and good food. :) But yup, super busy. So I decided to help out a lot. Besides.. big parties are kinda overwhelming for me anyways, so it gave me something to do. ;)

Making a bear certainly takes all the guesswork out of needing to know what size item to make the child! And that reminds me, I'm sure I had a bunny toy I'd made during the year, that I was going to send an old school friend for his son for Christmas.... I wonder where that ended up.... 😊

That sounds like a brilliant party - I don't blame you for helping out, as that's what I did at the last family get together we had with my Dad's side of the family.... I'd never really spoken to most of them before, so I just helped out in the kitchen while they chatted in the sitting room :P
