I'll definitely look into that :D
Thanks :D I got the blue fabric for product testing, but I bought the ivory / white fabric for the lining - I thought it was too nice a jacket to just use offcuts for the lining laughs Hmmmm that's a good question! I've still for a few UFOs to do, so it'll probably be getting the shirt finished, hemming the jeans, then maybe working on a few Christmas presents ;) I've also got a bit of topstitching and the poppers to put in on my showerproof winter's coat (the one I was going to give to Mum, but she suddenly decided she didn't want), but there's no mad rush to get that done ;)

why thank you :D everything except the bird is a bday gift :D lol the bird is being called a Lovebird LMAO but I've never seen a lovebird the size of a macaw -giggles-
Oh i really like this new ha of yours.
either one sounds great :D How you feeling?
that's always helpful when the birthday gifts go so well together! :D ROFL that is one heck of a large lovebird!!!! Thanks :D I nabbed the background when you said what it was you'd used, so I thought I'd try a few different filtery things over it just to change the colours a little :d

yeah it really is. I got a lot of the profess evil eye set lol. lol its radio-active I guess. the filters work so well, I didn't even recognise it.
My ear was feeling quite sore yesterday, but a bit better now. :) Still taking it easy, which means poor mum stopped by to help me with housechores again. :) we went for a walk too and made dinner :)
Product testing seems like a great way to get free fabric. :D I havent seen that with yarn sadly. lol
Sounds like plenty to keep you busy for a bit. :D I am lacking the inspiration to knot the second mittne- I gotten a good start on it. At least the cuff is done- plus maybe 20 rows after that. :)

laughs that's definitely useful to get a lot of the set! :D I'm pleasantly surprised how well it worked :D I love the flamingo look today, that all goes really well :D
I can't find the post saying how you can join their product testing group, but Minerva Crafts is the one I do product testing for.... they said previously it was open to all crafts (as they sell yarn on their site), and although they're in the UK, they were opening it to any country. Might be worth sending them an email if you wanted - they could well still be looking :D
That seems to be the way it goes - part way through the second one, you just can't get back into the groove again.... maybe it's also needing to make it identical to the first one, so there's more pressure in a way? I got the product testing coat finished (yay!!), redid the seam stitching on my zebra t-shirt, and also got the topstitching done on that winter's coat (seeing as I had the right needle in the machine already :P).... zonked now though laughs

Glad your mum can help. Hope you feel even better soon :) <3
Yes :D it really did work perfectly. I love today's look too! Thank you lol I got the new planter as a pressie and wanted to use it :D
I realised I hadn't changed outfits yesterday, so this was just a quick one I flung together so Niamh wasn't complaining that she was wearing the same outfit two days in a row :P It was brilliant.... as is today's look, it all works really well with that background :D

haha what a diva XD thank you :D Most of this was bday gifts, except glasses, shoes and trousers. ^.^
apparently her clothes would start to hum if she wore them two days in a row o.O :P It's all fantastic! :D

Thanks, I am one week closer to being back to normal now at least. lol Have a check up in two weeks. :)
Thanks, I will make sure to look into that. :D
Its just not a fun pattern for me to do. due to so much of it being with 3 colours- and no row being the same. I have to constantly count. So yeah. :P I have been cussing over the whole thing. Had to frog so many times due to mistakes- due to knitting to tightly (easy to do with 3 colours), tangled yarn etc. Never again. lol
Sounded like you deserved a break there for sure. :) Yay for getting so much done! :D

that does sound like a really complicated pattern! And I can imagine if you get just one stitch wrong, the whole design will just look weird too! hands you a lorry load of patience

haha Oh love the stormy beach ha today.
thats great. And hope it does what its supposed to do
thanks :D I was stuck for inspiration (again) :P so I just picked random items until the background looked like something Niamh would approve of laughs I like the look you've got today, is that a yellow cup for a Hufflepuff, or just wanting to colour co-ordinate with the background? ;)

haha well worked. thanks. Nope. Sergei was homeschooled. His parents couldn't afford to send him to Hogwarts. Just colour coordinating
It works brilliantly :D :D

thanks :D I had a random thought of mallarchies for today, but that shirt was surprisingly challenging to colour match for the trousers! :P
