apparently they aren't quite warm enough to wear on a snow covered beach 😇
ooo I love the rifty look you've got today :D

lol well at least he had something on ;)
why thank you. i changed an old ha up a bit
ROFL I don't think he would've forgiven me if he was just wearing that censor bar!! :P
It looks fantastic :d If you hadn't said, I would've sworn it was a totally new outfit :D

How about this one? Why aren't koalas actual bears? They don't meet the koalafications. :P
Well, at least I tried. lol Any news on kitties? ❤
The fee to attend here is very small. Just covers some printing and such really. But rent etc is expensive (not everyone can live at home during while they study as many people live far away from any uni), so you can end up with a big loan regardless. Sounds like you have a similar system when it comes to student loans. :) You only start paying after you graduated/quit college/uni. And if you have a low income, you can apply to pay it back at a later time when you earn more.
Some things like clothes, shoes and yarn I dont like buying online. Its nice to be able to try things on, get help picking yarn for your project etc. :)

yeah, the fee to pay doesn't count student accommodation (they usually have the first year on campus, then move into a shared house or something like that for their next two years of study).
That's very true - I think a lot of the craft shops found that they sold more once our first lockdown started (assuming they could sell online / over the phone of course), so I'm hoping that those at least won't be badly affected like some of the other places have been!

There are student flats available.. but not enough for everyone. Plus, not all student flats are super cheap. Students here dont live on compus, like its common at least in the US. not sure if its common in the UK or not. :)
I hope so too! I love my local yarn shops! :D Not many craft stores left tho.. that sells stuff for scrapbooing and other stuff like that sadly. The one in town closed down.

it's common (at least in our city) for them to live on campus for one year, but there's just not enough accommodation on the campus for every year group ;)
They have built a lot of student flats in the city though, so they can have an alternative to sharing a house with others. I don't think they're all that cheap either though.
Aww that stinks on the craft store having closed down :(

hmm my reply never posted. o.0 lol i totally saw him with the bar on :P aww thanks its based off this one Outfit Not Found which I never wore to the fullest as I don't own all the items lol.
LOL I love it :D both parents groaned. I'll see in the morning but Baxter might be coming home today.
Haha. I love that I could make them groan with the joke. I love jokes that brings out that reaction in people. lol
Glad that Baxter gets to come home, I am sure he will be more comfortable with you guys. hugs
That makes sense. :) I have some horrible experiences having roomates, so I enjoyed getting my very own place. Unless I was sharing flats with friends, that was fine. :)
Yup, granted they never had a great selection to begin with, as the store was pretty small. :P And at least there is one at a large mall a bit further away.

laughs apparently Alfred will never forgive me for suggesting that :P :P oooo now that does look snazzy!! Which item(s) were you missing from that one?
I'm having a lazy day today (mostly because my eczema is playing up so I can't do anything like ironing in case my hands bleed over it, and I can't get the Chrismtas tree set up as the plastic ends of the branches are something that always irritates my hands), so I've been watching cheesy Christmas films ;)
I can imagine there's some really great roomates out there, but I can see how you'd be eager to have somewhere of your own! ;) That doesn't helps when they only hold a small selection of things :P Maybe everyone else was heading to that mall instead, if that store had a wider range of items? We've got a big (well, it's small for the company, but big for craft stores in the city centre) hobby store just outside of town, but thankfully the smaller places have still been able to make it work in the city centre itself :) I think the larger shop is useful for certain things, but some items really you can get more choice from the smaller shop (and more specialist knowledge from the staff as well) ;)

Baxter came home this morning. They are hoping we can get him to eat. He's still sick but he does look better than he did going to the vet. He has a recheck on Weds unless things change. Please keep him in prayers/thoughts for us. He's sequestered so one the other two don't pester him and two so he can't make the other two worse off, which they said he could do.
Lene: i love groaners :P
Yeah.
Paddy lol well I can't say I blame him. um... but I have something similar so it's not a need or even want lol I am trying to find something like that. I know I've seen them. and which is behind everything. But lol I can work with other bgs of similar looks.
We've been watching cheesy Christmas movies too lol.
that's good that he's back home, and also that there's another checkup already arranges *squishes& That makes sense keeping them separate, although I can imagine Maya will find that hard not being able to go and annoy him! ;)
😮 Whoa, just a couple of items you're missing from that outfit then! :P

yeah. lol Yes, she's already tried to get in the bedroom LOL the little brat
-giggles- I guess it's more than a few ;) but you can see why I've never worn the entire ha before :P
that's going to keep you busy in making sure she doesn't sneak in there! Have you got plenty of cat toys to keep her occupied? ;)
hehe that definitely explains it :P

oh I'll lure her into my room with a cat treat, close door and then get into the room LOL :P ooh lovely new ha. Alfred looks cold though.
I came across something earlier that I thought might work for Maya - link - it's a kind of circuit with a ball in that has holes so the cat can bat the ball around (you can change the shape of the circuit to keep the cat's interest) ;)
Hopefully she'll get the idea and lose interest in that very exciting closed door! ;)
hehe I can't resist tormenting him with more cold outfits, although this was really because I wanted to use the new misty / snowy foreground ;) :P

ooh now that's cute and not too expensive. lol I wouldn't count on it :P HAHa that snow mist is awesome :)
looking at their website, they also do a powered light-up ball (at least over here - I didn't check if that's also available in the US) that goes inside the track, which is meant to move when it sense motion, so it apparently entices the cat to play with it ;)
Well we all know that a closed door is one of the most exciting things in a house! 😇
:D And those new dog ornaments! I just wish they were wearable as well :P
