Hope she is doing better now and stays off the cat food huggles If everything fails, you can give them a note for christmas saying they will get a pair of socks, and that Santas helpers have been super busy and not been able to get them all done in time or something.

They usually figure it out amongst themselvels with some time, if not there are tecniques one can use. I love watching My cat from hell, lol

That's awesome on the discount on the cost, but sod's law on needing to give Amelia a bath! Does she like getting wet, or is she almost as bad as the cats when it comes to having a wash? That's a great idea on the yarn - I'd not have thought of pulling it from the centre, but that does make a lot of sense seeing as nobody really would've been handling it on that part ;)

Yeah, unfortunately my car seems quite prone to getting rust (I ended up getting the car to the garage a year or two ago, just to get the rust dealt with before it became a problem), so it doesn't tend to get a drive (Mum and Dad sometimes take the car for a drive if they're going to a garden centre or somewhere that's not too hard to find a parking space) if the weather's bad!

That's always a good idea! I started buying presents in the Christmas sale last year :P but then the only trouble is finding what I've bought, seeing as I know I stashed it in the back of the cupboard for safe keeping (and to make sure Mum didn't find it!) ;)

Some car models seems to be more prone to rust issues than others. I would think it be an expensive thing to fix as well.

I got some good news today. My friend told me her cancer markers (as they called it) are down to a normal level now, which shows that the treatment has been working. :D I am super happy!

yeah, thankfully mine wasn't too bad (it hadn't got into the structure of the car, so it was mostly just on the surface), and they also put a rust treatment on the bottom edge of the sides and doors, so it should stop too much rust in the future as well ;)

I finished the socks with great stress but they are done and shipped off. I had to do the post office today. It was so un-fun!

If only I could get one lol. Today we had to drive to Macon (30mins away) to pick up some bowls for Annie and then a shop there for some laundry detergent and such. Then back to our city for a Kroger grocery order and then the post office where I had to go in and the line was long. Finally got home around 4.30pm. I did start knitting a square on my afgan so that was nice—even though I’ve lost my place o.0 HAHA right? I actually know some of the tech names now o.0 No she doesn’t like baths but thankfully she doesn’t fight either. However my back has been killing me since then :/ I think a notice in the pricing section would be helpful.
It looked great. Today’s is rather spiffy too.

Whoa, that's a lot of shopping! Your post office sounds like ours - last time Dad went in there to post anything, he had to queue outside for 30 minutes before he even got inside the door!

At least she doesn't fight when you're trying to bathe her, and with a bit of luck she won't need another wash any time soon ;)

Hopefully today you'll be able to do things that just involve sitting down (assuming that helps your back) and nothing that would make your back grumble more squishes

Fingers crossed it should - there was a little bit of rust they didn't manage to get rid of, but I'm trying to keep an eye on that when the car gets washed, just to make sure the rusty bit isn't getting any worse!

haha I'd take it :P Yeah luckily no stores, just picking up though. Yesterday though I did have to go into the tag office and get my dad's tag renewed for his van. He let it expire as he didn't know he was suppossed to file for it on his bday even without a mail notification. THat was one of the tickets were for. So that's done now. We also got a gift card for my brother's Christmas gift. I did that as well and then showered and changed after fixing cloth on the peachtrees as it's cold out and we don't want them ruined.

Oh thank you! <3 I like the Gingerbread house ha too :D Well it was in August so I don't think it was that delayed. So I think it got sent to the wrong house. We've been putting blankets and frost cloths over them on freezing days

she looks adorable. :) honestly I have no idea what happened. We changed our address with them with in 3 weeks of moving here. They had our new address on record but we never saw hide nor hair of a letter from them. We certainly got the one for my car in June but it was late as dad didn't tell me about the letter!

That does seem crazy - I guess maybe it could've been delivered to a neighbour by mistake maybe (or just got totally lost in the mail system), but to not have received it from the summer really does seem weird!
