Thankfully I was able to just shove all the rest of the fabric into a bag and tuck that under the desk for the night ;) It's not ideal adding to the things under the desk, but it's out of sight until I can get on and finish sorting it out ;)

Shovellig snow is not the most fun task in the world.. but I love the winter wonderland feel that fresh snow gives. So pretty.

most of the speedy cyclists are on regular road bikes, but they seem to think the road is a race course where they can just prove how fast they can go o.O But that probably is a major disadvantage to the city being surrounded by steep hills, as that gives the cyclists more chance to build up speed on the way down!

hehe well it usually ended up with a snowball fight between me and dad most times :P

It sure is a thrill to ride down a steep hill like that. :P At times a bit too much. lol Some cyclist seem to not be concerned at all with their safety. o-o Cycling like a madman in a busy road where cars go fast etc.

I do wonder if the cyclists actually know how fast they're going, as most of the roads in the city centre (and quite a few on the outskirts) now have a 20mph (32kph) speed limit (used to be 30mph), so while the cars have slowed down, the cyclists still seem to be doing the same ultra fast speed!

And snowball fights don't need as much snow as building a snowman does, which is always useful when there's only a thin layer of snow to play with ;)

Well, i think id say number 4, goblet of fire. The first one has the magic of newness and all so i love that one. 3 was also one i love a lot as well. But goblet of fire was so freaking amazing. It had the mystery, the adventure, other wiz schools and the tournament. Plus the kids were still innocent. Why do you ask? Also like your ha xd

I just have to get the rest of the bits sorted, and dig out the other things from the back of the wardrobe so I can get them ready to wrap laughs :P

if e-bikes weren't so pricey, I would suggest that my dad got one as he always struggled to keep up when we went for short cycle rides before, but he always ends up going downhill faster than me :P I think if all cycles had to have a working speedometer, it might help slow them down a little as they could be quite scared at how fast they were actually going (as without a speedometer, all you can go on is how fast it 'feels' and that tends to be way off the actual speed!).... but there'd probably still be ones who use it as a challenge to go even faster 👀

Our snow tends to be quite similar - all ice underneath so it's a nightmare to walk on :K Whatever happened to the really nice powdery snow?!

I've gotta take Maya to the vet's. She's had a similar episode that happened in April.

I lost patience, so in the end I just shoved it back in and slammed the door shut.... then put a heavy bag of stuff in front of the door so it can't ping open again 😇

There is just no way I would cycle uphill to your place if it were not an el bike, I am sure! I sounds like quite the workout. :)

It makes it darn near impossible if you are going uphill. I hate it when its that slippery!

-snickers- and then it'll all cascade out :P It wasn't until almost six today. She had some inflammation and the labs showed she was dehydrated. She got 2 shots and an iv pack in the scruff of her neck. One lab was bad though, her kidney functions were on the borderline so the doctor has told me that at some point it's likely she'll have kidney disease. We'll have to have her checked once a year to see where the levels are and if we need to change her diet. But it could be 2 years, 5 years or who knows so it's not terrible but i'd obviously be happier without the problem. It was crazy expensive though :/
