Well posting has suddenly gotten very attractive, since I'm still working on the achievement, forum points and getting the boxes. Not to mention procrastinating getting to quests.

uh huh.
Hazing is such fun.
But not as fun as baking! Avoiding quests is great....not only am I getting lots of posting bonuses, but I'm finally getting around to that baking stuff which I've also been avoiding. I'm now a Level 3 baker.

for second there i thought you meant real baking like cookies and stuff. real cookies. some lovely lady in church had been posting pics on facebook all week of the Christmas cookies she has been busy baking. i asked her this morning where mine were and she said "you can bake your own". sweet

LOL I'd much rather bake on here. I can bake real cookies, but who has time for that nonsense when Nabisco exists? Just slip a cookie in the microwave and get a warm cookie with melted chocolate bits...tasty.

True, but I've been avoiding even those. And it shows. I mean I'm not lacking in tokens, I still have bunches, but I need to take some out of storage and I don't usually have to do that. I only have a little over 20K and that's about half what I'm usually sitting at.

Well I have managed to get quite a lot of gifting taken care of. Most of the people that don't get a bunch of items are done. And some things to most of the others of you :D

Heh. I have a stockpile, too -- wiz quests made sense when vending wasn't such crap. Keep enough tokens on hand for an unexpected restock or BHH find, and then vend for rare crap. Now I've got a stockpile of tokens and can skip a day here and there.
I'll typically do Carl and Quentin before Wiz -- Quentin for the mage amulets (yes, I have about a 99% shard rate, but...) -- and Carl for the things you can get when he's sleeping.
[edit](22 Dec:) Bleah. It's like Keith and Grace came to work for the cable company. Internet's been down all day except for brief moments when it'd be up for about 5 minutes at a time. THE WORLD IS ALL 502/504!!!

How has everyone's Luminaire/Christmas/Hanukkah been?
Mine's been quiet... Just me, the husband, the child, and the cat. We saw the in-laws last night through FaceTime and my family this afternoon. Found out some very exciting news! My little sister is pregnant! I've been waiting for this for a while now! She's due at the end of June and they find out at the end of January if it's a boy or a girl :)

Quiet can be a good thing. Hopefully not TOO quiet though. Facetime, Skype, all those types of things are pretty wonderful for families who live far apart. Congrats on the baby to be!
I've been watching, -- see that checkmark in the upper-right corner? Means I don't have to wait for a ping. Just waiting until the family's all gone before commenting on the visit -- direction being the better part of velour and all that.
