oh gawd am I glad to hear from you! Yeah, I'm thirdtime71. I wasn't sure if yall got busy with work or what so today I got up early to try and work on the dang thing and am regretting that decision as I type. Seg was trying to help last night but I can't take the desktop to him and he's not suppose to be doing any walking unless it's absolut'ly necessary.

Sicca's been under as much stress as I have, and last night really needed a break so I traded the younger two for the older two and man did I have a lesson to learn. Seg just wants to be a normal kid, and well, last night I could hear a soft sobbing (he was crying from frustration and didn't realize Nana can hear any low tone sound a mile away), I let it go for awhile when I first heard him and after a few minutes went and just sat on the edge of the couch and held him while he cried it out. Cancer doesn't care, as adults we get that but he puts on such a brave face I hadn't considered how hard it is for a 16 year old kid to understand none of this is his fault. I would give anything to help him through this but I don't know how. Words sound good but what comfort does logic bring to a teenager who hasn't been able to walk for almost two years.

THEY WORK FLAWLESSLY! Ohmygod you have no idea how much you've helped this young man. I have got to figure out how to get the pic he wanted me to send to you, we all appreciate this more then you know.

Seg is such a great kid, and for the first time in years is holding an A average in school that he is SO proud of. Until this happened he's never asked me or Sicca to help except once with algebra this session and ended up figuring it out before she did.

He knows how to code, he was helping Zach figure things out until the last chapter. The problem is he cant sit upright yet. (They used his pelvis bone for grafting and the scar is across his lower back) He tried telling me what to type last night but he's also on some pretty heavy duty pain meds so I pretended I understood while typing away and he fell asleep mid sentence.

They're not up yet - I can hardly maintain quiet Im so excited to tell them! I was really worried about letting them down.

So there was an earthquake and avalanche situation in Italy.. I woke up in the morning to like 50 unanswered called and too many messages LOL

And I was like.. first, I don't live in Italy even if I'm there very often, second.. it's far far away from the area that I'm always visiting.. so just check the stupid map!!! hahaha I know they care about me, but it's not the first time that I explain to them and give them the names of the cities and regions that I'm visiting.... and I hate to wake up in the morning and to be nervous.. It's kinda a problem of Israelis, the country is too small, you can reach south to north in 8 hours but for them it's huge and 1 hour is too much time to travel.. so they think that every country is like that lol

LOL I did, for a few days, now I'm starting again, but only doing a few :)

Its nice that people care, but it can be a burden :P. I must admit that when I first heard the words "earthquake" and "Italy" I immediately thought of you. Then I heard "Rome" and realized you were far from danger. Then I wondered if you live in an earthquake zone?

lol it became very common now that I'm associated with Italy xD

We had here in Nice a few earthquakes, but we felt only 1 and it was not that strong anyway :P

I find earthquakes mysterious and frightening, probably because I live on just about the most stable ground on the planet. A passing train causes more ground shaking than an earthquake would here.

yes it's so scary, it just happens and you need to be lucky.. you can do anything about it.. lol here my husband is shaking the house more than the earthquakes, can you imagine a 1.98m and 98kilo guy walking inside a house? everything is moving.. he's a giant lol

Hi everyone! waves

I hate that I don't have time to come on here during the week. And then when I do pop on, I'm overwhelmed with all of the sidebar events and I just want to run away. It didn't help that I was away for half of last week without a computer and trying to use Subeta on my phone seems ridiculously difficult.

All that being said, life itself is surprisingly decent lately, other than the fact that I'm sick, again. I've started seeing a therapist to help me with depression and anxiety. Wow, am I a mess... LOL But she's helping me a ton and there have been so many moments of clarity lately. I'm hoping to continue on this positive track.

hugs to everyone

: I'm glad that the therapist is helping, and sorry that things are bad enough you needed one.

Everyone else: The Gloomy Fruit is currently glitched -- you can put it in the wardrobe via the Quick Stock, but there's nothing to "wear" once it's there; it doesn't have a layer or an overlay, for example. Should we note this, and if so, how?

- I've needed one for a long time, but have been avoiding it due to previous bad experiences, which now all make sense given my life history and how I tell my story. In a nutshell, all of my problems come down to how I perceive my life versus how it actually is. I need to live much more in the moment instead of agonizing over past events or worrying about future ones. Coming to the realization and acceptance of my life as it is in that exact moment of time is what I am working on. I am under a "prescription" of journaling and gratitude, all of which is making me think much more than I am used to. This is all a very interesting process and very, very different than my previous therapy experiences. Learning what I have learned over the past month has lead me to want to advocate more for people who have mental illness.

-- way back in college, I found journaling to help. I'd obsess over little things -- times I misspoke, perceived slights, etc. -- and by writing them down, it was like putting those emotions in a safe place. I wasn't denying those feelings, but by "storing them offline", they didn't have to consume me. I hope the process works as well for you.

- I have definitely noticed a difference between days that I journal and days that I don't. I tend to write at the end of the day. It gets out all of my thoughts of the day, which hopefully helps me fall asleep a little easier, instead of dwelling on things that happened. It also sets me up for a more positive day the next day. I haven't felt this accomplished in a long time!

Hey, I'm not sure if this is the spot to post, but I'm trying to add items to SL with our mass add and it's just loading forever then redirecting me to the main page.

I'm working on the latest version of Firefox on a computer running Windows 7

[edit] I took the new battle prizes off the list and it finally allowed me to get them on. Possibly an error on Subeta's end with those new items.

[edit] Nope, nope I lied. As soon as I click on the item it comes up empty - I discovered it's not switching the spaces in the item names to the + symbol:

: Is this happening before or after you've pasted data into the form? (probably after since I can get to the form just fine) What item (or items) were you trying to paste? I'll see what happens when I try it.

I posted some edits like a nerd:

I took the new battle prizes off the list and it finally allowed me to get them on. Possibly an error on Subeta's end with those new items.

[edit] Nope, nope I lied. As soon as I click on the item it comes up empty - I discovered it's not switching the spaces in the item names to the + symbol:

I was able to access the item when I manually switched from the empty space between names to putting in the + symbol. And it is going in order now, but it was when processing the form.

The items I had to remove to make it process though were the last 6 from here:

official item directory

(it happened after I pasted and hit submit)

[item=Nacho Muetre: Fightography]

Those are the items in specific that I had to take off the list to get it to work.

Wouldst thou like to live deliciously?
