Our lore is the best lore. Esmerelda sales are doing too well, esp with her new system, so she fell into deep depression and ate until she become a blimp. I can see it.

I was thinking this:

In the central city of the Subeta universe she opens up her shop and earns oodles of money. Surprised by her success she does what most people who find themselves richer way beyond their wildest dreams do, she spends her money. Extravagant homes, cars, and parties. She eats and drinks nothing but the best, and clearly doesn't think she needs to do anything to stay in shape. She slowly starts putting on weight, but being rich and famous, her personal designers who create her clothes don't say anything as they let the seams out and start creating larger and larger clothes. Until one day, someone says something and it finally dawns on her - she's the size of a blimp.

Cue spiral of shame/hate and then the clothing line for larger women, then the hoarding of said clothes and then the mental breakdown causing subq to close their doors while they struggle to find someone to run the store as efficiently as she did.

I really like the new official edit that shifts the line of the cheek, I think it looks really great and more symmetrical now.

FWIW Shinwa looks like me, too. Could totes do that cosplay right now if I had some pink eyeliner, a bedsheet and some jewelry. I love it.

That said, , I didn't even notice the head curvature until now. Your edit that moves the one ponytail back a bit and gives the top of her head more curve is FANTASTIC and I hope it gets taken into account.
