35k? Wow, that's a huge leap. There go my hopes of EVER having a capped pet, but w/e, yay cap raise! And new exp system! As long as I can still get the DGR for 22k and those new imp challengers, all good.
Very curious about this speed thing, not that any of my other pets are even T9 to care, but I did have some really out-there builds planned for them eventually. I guess I'll have to re-work their builds with the new cap raise, but they are still super far away anyway. I honestly did not expect the new cap to be higher than 30k. 35k is huge.
- Check the battle stats page to make sure another one of your pets isn't stuck in a battle, also if you just adopted/received your pet from a friend, you can't battle with them for 30 days. Otherwise, file a ticket, new changes mean new bugs.
Oh seems someone read my derp message, and I thought I had edited in time. My pet was stuck in battle indeed , but since I don't fight often, it didn't occur to me until after I posted lol
Thank you kindly, though, for taking the time to answer my plea of help :)
- Ah, I thought I should have refreshed before posting! I did read the entire page first :P Glad you got it sorted out! Hope you enjoy your battling!
Hope we see the leaderboards go back up soon. :c Especially now there's a real incentive to push past 10 wins.
Also I think 4.5k for a health stat is a slightly pushing the boundaries of reasonable. I kinda feel this is just gonna push people to boost rather than battle for their stats.
I thinking the same way. My formally capped pets can already easily get 10 wins plus some on all the challengers. With the exp cost for them being so high, I'll stick to BQing the army instead. Much more bang for the buck in growing them.
I'm starting with easy challengers for 10 wins and working my way up the difficulty. Hopefully by the time I'm at the higher exp challengers they will have explained how speed based healing will work, dropper the Tier 13 exp cost and I will know what build to put my exp towards.
Mathematically it doesn't make much sense to BQ with the 22k+ stat pets when we are training an army! I haven't decided for sure what I'm going to do but I really want to get at least one pet back to the cap. I don't have enough boosters to do it so will take some BQing. I'm just not in a big hurry to do it since we don't know everything that's coming yet. Jason said there will be "a couple surprises in store to go with the cap raise". I assumed that meant GOOD surprises but maybe not. I've seen several surprises so far but no good ones, besides the 2 new challengers that don't drop any loot :P
In almost 7 years on Subeta, I've never been so clueless about what my current goals are!
I haven't read the whole thread but, wow, exciting stuff!
And I'm glad I mostly kept up with training speed.
But, yeah, I agree that the exp cost is steep.
Val only needs about 2.9k to hit the new cap. So other than evening her back up with my one or two training classes a day, I won't be touching her until things are squared away. The 22k capped and 1k under 22k pets are more of a problem. I'll probably still do the Imp BQs with the close to 22k pet and switch to a Tier 12 that is nowhere close to old cap once she hits 22k. I can sit on the exp I earn getting my 10 wins or more for the Tier 13 pets. Everything that isn't Imp difficulty in BQs goes to whatever Tier 10 or 11 I'm currently focusing on anyway. I can stick with that for the next few days, weeks, (months?) needed for them to implement the changes.
I think you meant 6.3k. Intel isn't included.

Opps, yeah I was going off of the high score table. Forgot to subtract her intel. Doh.
The few pets over 35K should have ringed a bell :P
(rang? rang doesn't sound as nice)

Meh, I've been doing the work of four people for that last three weeks after a widespread layoff at work. I"m lucky I know 1+1=2, I'm so exhausted.
Yay!!!!!
Now I can try my hand at truly battling. I've been building up Trust Me for battle but haven't truly flexed her muscles yet.
HEALTH 6,666 STRENGTH 6,666 DEFENSE 3,444 SPEED 3,333 EXP 2,500
You have defeated General Error 1 time! Duliaz earned 968 EXP Points!
So what's up there? - it has been mentioned here before, though. Does the XP listed on the challenger page refer to win 10 or what?
Oh rotf, nice catch I didn't even notice that.
For some odd reason I assumed the experience shown would be win 1 and it would go up from there, instead of it just being literally reversed where the exp from win 10 was now win 1. Silly me, must be what I get for thinking.
Original opinion: At least I can see my pet in the training center again :'D Current opinion: At least I can see my pet in the training center again :'D
