Just as the title implies. It sounds like this new t9 is a non-tier-based scaling weapon. So post the following:

PET NAME: PET STATS & TIER: (include level & intel as well) WHEN USED: (attack/block, heal, steal, freeze, curses/blessings, any other oddities)

If you have multiple pets that can use the skull staff FOCUS, then include them as well.

Did you read through the BC thread? We already did a lot of testing for it this afternoon and released some details. He also said that the stats aren't finalized, but he'll come back to it later. This is where the high strength/low def. version is at now:

top 50 damage dealers got the staff... not sure if that meant the scroll too...

I have a few more tier11s I can try it out with too if need be, but for some reason these four are all getting the same results |DD? I tried on a few different challengers, too, with the same damage/defending/healing. I didn't get any curses/blessings/freezings or anything else, either.

No, I did not read through the last 5 or so pages of the BC thread. But thank you for letting me know at least! I'll go and look through the pages now, but it sounds like there's more builds to the staff than just a high str./low def. build; am I correct in my assumption?
