Will be starting with T3 weapons! What about T1 and T2 weapons, you might ask? Well. Those are gonna get another treatment later on! ;o
Shorthand notes: Arrows should be self-explanatory, outside of ↔ which means approximately the same total value. A = Attack D = Defense P = Power, overall effects (used primarily for curses, blessings) OPB = Once per battle CC = Custom coding *Denotes a weapon with CC

I hope it is okay I bring this up here. I would love a revamp of cash shop challengers as well. It is difficult for me to know if they are worth buying. I don't want to end up buying one, only for my pet not to be strong enough to beat it. :) Some indication of difficulty would be nice. I have already made that very costly mistake by buying a Molten Summoning Tome. The items suggested for beating her last stage is not exactly easy to come by either.

- I'll just beg here for this one thing :) The number one thing I have wished for, was some easier way to see how many wins my pet has on the challengers page. It has been a pain in the butt to try to remember who I've beaten and who I'm still working towards.
Maybe something that shows Wins/Ties/Losses for just the active pet in the pet selection drop down by each challenger? OR, on the statistics page.. a way to show all wins/ties/losses for one pet vs all unlocked challengers? not just vs. a specific opponent like it is now.
So glad to see changes coming, can't wait to see what you do regardless!
Unless I'm misunderstanding, in the Statistic page you can choose your battle pet on the first drop-down menu (the pet one) and it'll show all the battles your pet has per challenger fought

I posted this before previously, but perhaps something like this to show the stat records for each pet when clicked on? It'd be a much faster way imo.

Please remember that I can only change stats on weapons and opponents and the like! I'm not a programmer. I cannot program changes to the site to make things prettier! xD
It be great if the amulet and tome drops could be standardized for all Normal, Secret and Cash Shop challengers. It's a pain to have to check guides to see if and/or when they drop for each challenger. It's a no coding needed change.
After many years on Subeta I'm still not familiar with the battle system but I have tried to figure it out a few times and at tier one there don't seem to be many good weapon options or opponents. It seems like I will be stuck battling the opponents with common less interesting rewards until I've spent however many months training a pet to the top tier and searched Subeta far and wide for 'decent' weapons before I have a chance at defeating the enemies that drop rewards that feel rewarding.
But that is just my impression from the lowly tier 1. Not sure if any of this is in your control but overall I'm looking forward to any change. I really hope there will be at least some kind of advice from Jim or someone else at the training center to help people who are new. Especially since when this is complete we will all be a little new to it. Just some text would be great. I don't think I would enjoy having to work through a tutorial.

Thank you for the list of changes so far! [edit] It seems like some of these changes didn't go into effect on the site. So far: Darkness Soul Stone, Staff of Darkness, Hoarding Spork of Self Destruction are the ones I could see for sure.

[edit] Tribe - if you happen to know the percentage changes or where I can see those for freezes and new curses etc please let me know - I'd like to add info about the curses but I don't have that.
Unfortunately I don't know where to find the % proc rates for the different steal/freeze items, but the Soul Crush curse seems to have a pretty reliable proc. My guess is that it's now a guaranteed curse. I've now added the Soul Crush icon info to the doc now :)
If you let me know which ones, I'll look into it! There's no reason for them not to have been changed so... (Edit: I see the list. I'm dumb)
And yes, I can go through and edit in the %s for freezing and stealing on the next update!
I wanted to clarify the Blade of Sacrifice as well - it's listed in the Weapons Guide as having a -1% heal and it now has a -3% heal, but you listed it has having the negative heal decreased. Did we have it documented wrong in the guide? Can you confirm what it was before you changed it? Juts curious since healing is kinda important and I'm @.@ at how you're changing that across the board XD
