Tonight we will be testing it out :)<br /> <center> </center> <br /> You might want to watch for these two items, that can only be found in this giveaway! <br /><br /> Just so you know - this shop restocks just like any other shop. Meaning that all the items in the giveaway will be restocking over time ;) This means that one time zone is NOT favored over others :)

The items here get snatched up in mere seconds...people with slow connections don't stand a chance. Anyways, I guess I'll try later...I just sat through 4 restocks without managing to grab anything, only got to the haggle screen once. xD

XD I'm going to agree with Tiki on this one xD Having items in a shop is a good idea, but my net is too slow for me to get anything. It's nice for users with fast comps though xD

I have to grudgingly agree about the captchas. I've tried twice now to snag one of those awesome feli hats and miss every time because the captcha image takes forever.

I do like the idea of it being a shop though.

Getting rid of the codes would be a good thing. Some of us are slower due to old age and just can't type as fast.

Free Shop: Awesome idea.

Capchas on a giveaway: Not-awesome idea.

Fix that minor issue and it'd be perfect. ;P It's already a race to get the item, adding a race to read a capcha- which can often be completely unreadable when the word goes off the screen- is unreasonable.

This is fair, and it's a new system that needs to be tested. I'm thinking of removing the codes, however that would make it easy to just jump in and click on everything since there are far less time limits.

Also - Remember. These are free items.

Sad you gave in to the whiners, this is even less fair then the way it was done before. At least before if you only had had a few minutes at your PC, you could jump in, grab something, and go.

Not to mention many of us have trouble reading the codes and now not only is RSing hard for us, you made giveaways impossible.

So much for your saying this is mostly a north american site and that your people here come first. Talk about waffling... it is like the Clinton administration around here.

I have a question. Does this shop only restock a few items at a time? If so, does that mean a large number of users will be gunning for the same item? :s Quickest wins?

Aww, I don't like this I mean, I appreciate that it's free stuff, but restocking has gotten 10x harder in these past few months (and it's especially going to be harder with everyone stalking). I really liked the old method because everyone had a chance to get something good. DC Giveaways were my absolute favorite thing on subeta besides designing pets, and now they're gone... [/whinewhinewhine]

And I DO like how it solves the time zone issue...I just don't really like how if you mistype the code you don't get anything It's going to be way harder to get stuff than the old way. That sounds incredibly greedy, looking back on it xD It's the opportunity that matters. But fewer restocks, with more items in each, might be even better? Not sure
