It’s the time you’ve all been waiting for, Survival 2020! Gunner has been working hard with some Subetan businesses that wanted to sponsor strains this year for the Volunteer Infection Program.

Celebrate your love safely with the new items from L’amour Parlor!

You can purchase items from Louis by using candy hearts you receive by kissing on the forums. Use the following code in your status or on the forums.

If your tastes lean a little more underground, try visiting Skitters. He’s got some great items this year.

Don’t forget to pay your respects at the Survivor Memorial. Keep an eye out for these flowers, as they’ll either restock at Seedlings or float around the site!

You can also frag the flowers you find floating!

I get the site is geared to a +13 audience but some of these comments got me rolling. lol From the last age poll I saw, a majority of the active userbase were adults? Not that it means there needs to be less censorship but I can't really agree with the 'think about the children' argument. As for the items? I'm not really into them but they are nicely done for the suggestive manner they were going for anyway... lol

As an ace I personally didn't like the idea of putting BDSM things at the love shop because for me love=/=sex. But why would I hurt for it? I love the blueblack leather and it still can be layered with other items for other purposes without pain in my consciousness, it is just pixels. I would love to see other type of items however the LGBT pins and the skitters' shop are not falling short.

I loved the new items - it was kinda grown-up but hey, this site that is okay. It is fun to be a little different and that is what the items seem to be centered around this year. c: Great job artists!!

I yet have to learn how to use that though, I've earned a Billboard item from the Bathhouse just a couple of days ago so that's convenient. I'm stuck at the part where it asks me to provide an image. I don't know what to put there, is it even necessary if my ad is just a kissing link?

I still think it's kinda messed up we only got kinky stuff this year, though. I mean I love all the art but it IS a bit odd. Zombie stuff notwithstanding. I don't think people should be traumatized or say FOR THE CHILDREN, but I also don't think there should JUST be kinky wearables.

Also, you're perfectly valid, but so are the people who don't like this kind of thing. You being ace doesn't discredit the opinion of other aces who may not be as comfortable.

In any case, I love all the non kinky items. The plushies (And star! <3) are adorable.

Y'all are acting as scandalized as I was when I was babysitting my 12yr old cousin and I heard Adventure Time use the word "sexy" to describe something years back- you know, that children's show watched by children produced for children on a children's programming block? Yeah.

(The 12yr old laughed at the joke and did not burst into flames at the mere mention of risque content. )

I got over it in abt 5 seconds and decided "oh, the standards for tv programming must have gotten more lax!" Kids see """adult""" shit all the time, you can buy condoms in the walmart and they sell vibrators in both Spencer's, and the Walgreens; I don't see anyone getting nearly this upset about all the cannabis merchandise being sold literally everywhere even though kids get D.A.R.E drilled into their heads almost more than they do abstinence-only sex-ed.

I guarantee you that any minors viewing this who haven't been roped into certain internet subcultures dedicating to attacking anyone who behaves "problematically" don't care as much as YOU do, and anyway at 13 I remember my middleschool-and-highschool friends getting into all kinds of antics to make a sailor blush, for better and for worse.

Well, walking in the the parlor was like walking in the SB, so I can at least assume a lot of the main users are pleased... but where did the wearables even semi-regular clothes items go? I was at least hoping it would be like the mall, where things like that exist, but you could still find a cute blouse. I'll just take my sweetie star and slowly back away. I didn't expect the cutest wearables to be fungus from Skitters, but here we are. xD

My only regret is that there are 15 bdsm items and not a single wig in Louis' shop :( I was hoping for more wearable variety like stockings, dresses, skirts. There's really few wears this year!

Bwahaha, I'm so excited to see the progression of the new strains this year! Hopefully I picked a good'un to start with.

Lovely new backgrounds and I'm hoarding all those plushies. The uh, controversial items, are not my cup of tea but eh. I honestly didn't realize what those gels were when I first saw them. I thought they'd be hair gels but no, not wearable... some kind of weird snack food perhaps? Then I saw the comments here..... o_o throws hands up I'm too ace for this!

Commenting again oop -- for those wanting to block the images, it's tedious but you can use the free version of Adblock Plus to do it! Tbh I might use it on all those nasty poo and gore foods. LMAO When using AdBlock Plus, click "Block Element" then it'll block the specific image. Be sure the box is around JUST the image in question, not any spaces/divs around it.

I'll keep my mouth shut about the controversy regarding my own opinion I caused enough shit as it is and still feel horribly guilty but I see both sides 100% here. I was kinda actually surprised when I saw them in the directory but I also know this isn't new. I just didn't think new risque content would be released as I know there was some users very much against the Giselle set. That isn't to say those uncomfortable are invalid! Absolutely valid.

However, I do have to say that two of my pets are relevant this holiday and as such, I'll need to double up (triple on wearables) on many of the items --

I think I would've preferred it if the lgbt hearts came from quentins quest shop like usual instead of being put out with a shop full of pretty much 99% fetish stuff to be honest. Obviously I know they are not related nor were staff trying to infer that but it does still give off a weird vibe since people like to over sexualized the lgbt comm or act like being lgbt is inheritantly sexual.

Like this is the first year lgbt items come out and it just so happens at the same time everything is super sexualized... Idk I don't know how to feel about it. Like I love the hearts and I'm glad they're on sight. Also I'm not trying to start shit or accuse anyone of anything bc I know it wasnt intentional. Its just something that was kind of off putting / jarring to see. But perhaps I'm over thinking it lol

One last thing: As a CSA survivor, those of you insinuating that this is on par with child molestation is disgusting and infuriating. As a survivor: stop. That is not the place for your argument or defense to go, stop, turn around, do not pass GO, do not collect $200, this is NOT the same as exposing children to sexual media in ANY fashion, and you seriously need to stop immediately. You are disrespecting every single one of us who went through hell by trying to claim anything on this site is akin to exposing a child to sexual material, which is a method of grooming and legally counts towards sex offender status in the USA.
