I go back to Good Omens once every couple of years, it's hands-down my fave. Reading The Name of the Wind right now. I don't love it, but it's fine.
I’m absolute trash for Brent Weeks’ books! I love his sense of worldbuilding, and his characters are really fun and awesome, and usually not lily white either. The protagonist in fact has darker skin, as do many of the others he interacts with.
Other than that, I’m a huge of fan of dragons, so Temeraire, Anne Mccaffrey and many more are just great to me
I keep going back to the Harry Potter series, the Twilight series, the Vampire Academy series and lots and lots more, I absolutely adore reading. I am currently studying English at university, so I get to read a lot!
Favorite book is the Bible. I can't read it without something popping out at me in a new way that reflects what is happening in my life at the time.
I dont really have a book I reread, I remember too much..
But I'm about to read articles for my new research, does that count? They havn't published a good book about the specific matter, unfortunately.
Finished reread the quadrology of "Johannes Cabal" by Jonathan L. Howard only a few days ago (All within a week. :D).
Let me permanently delete my account instead of just "freezing" it.
Yesss when I finished the VA series for the first time I was pretty bummed out because it was over but then I discovered the Bloodlines series and I love it just as much, if not more!
I was the same. I wasn't so sure I would enjoy the Bloodlines as much as it was the Vampire aspect I was originally drawn to but my goodness I love it!
I might have to go back and read them all over again.. once I get my Kindle back from my mother! She's had it for a while and I feel like I'm missing a limb haha.
Yes same, I am always intrigued by vampires no matter how cliché or cheesy they've been written. If the book is about vampire, I will read it, no matter what haha!
I am a little bit torn between my e-reader and paper books. I absolutely love the comfort of my e-reader but I do miss paper books, which is why I've been buying a lot of paper books lately. Fact is that I cannot live without books xD.
My condolences to you as well! Keep those memories close, and she'll always be there. ;;~
i love harry potter but surprisingly i've probably only read the books themselves twice or so.
as a series it has such amazing fanfiction authors that i'm constantly finding new content to read to quell my non-canon fantasies xD
teffala - she/her/they/them
no favorit book but it must be phantasy... without vampires, magic, fearies etc it is uninterestet XD atm i read the cat from yasmine galenorn
Stone Butch blues! I've only recently read it, but the content is close to my heart. Leslie Feinberg writes with such pain and delicacy at the same time. ;n; <3
I have finals a couple weeks from now, so I'm reading books about electronics, hah. The last non-school book I've read was Girl, Interrupted. It was good, probably not one of my faves but I would recommend it to people.
Rereading Emma Bull's War for the Oaks.
