- Apparently she scales, if you can beat her at T11 or T12 she's easier than T13. I really like the bomb she drops though, I'm glad I took the time to get it, but I'm dreading going in for the last 5 wins.

- Lol, the emo spork strat. It only works if you also have a perfectly timed full block (or full heal if you can tank the hit)

I tried beating her at T11 but she was too hard even with all the right weapons. I wasn't doing enough damage to her before she would crit me. Once I hit T12 and my strength and health were higher, it was easy for me to get 5 wins. She wasn't bad at all, a little annoying but do-able. After win 5 it was like I hit a brick wall. She became a lot harder to beat and would constantly do something to make it extremely difficult to beat her.

She is also the only challenger that scales with tier. At T13 she becomes a lot more annoying than T12. I suspect it's similar difficulty to what I am experiencing with these last couple of wins. I was low T12 when I got to 5 wins without a struggle and now I am around 17,200 stats and struggling for 2 more wins.

Oh I don't even want the spork to beat her. I just want that jerk to kill herself in one turn with it after the crap she's put me through :p These last two wins are hard even at T12 right now. I think I just need to get lucky and pummel her with crits. I switched over to cronus even though she barely does magma if at all just for the stat boost and then powerhouse her with the trident xD the core of the island is also a life saver. Glad I didn't sell it.

No it's not worth it. The mecha is infinitely better for the boost it gives and the curse damage for 100 turns. My other spots were filled with healers and blasters

Just checked my EXP - Tos now has over 1.5 million, Tharg has just under 200K, Gulp is just over 50K and then there's Chai sitting with 0 It must be hard being the newest kid in the family. :-)

I would save enough coins for you to make two helmets so you can keep one helmet and use the second to make the mecha.

I just tested the strategy I suggested for you and was able to get a win with Oranos. Unfortunately I needed that experience for Verdugo but I was able to confirm that it will work with the right set. I used two blasters and a full blocker. You could try a third healer instead of a full blocker unless you have a full blocker. The cobalt scrolls and gotf were a big help though. I had 1 gotf, 3 cobalts and skelly scroll.

I have absolutely no idea how many other boosters I have. Aside from Shinwa's Quest, I used to stock at the Apothecary back when stat boosters still appeared there. Since they're not categorized (unlike books) I'll have to figure out all their names and search for them one by one. If/when I ever decide to start reading or boosting it will probably take me several days (or weeks) to actually get it all done. It will be fun, but so not looking forward to all that mouse clicking. :-)

Battle Quests done for today. Completed Level 23 - Scary Singer, Mornrise Serpent, Cursed Effigy the Tormented and Mornrise Serpent again.

- that's it - go and have your high health remarkably talented T8, Oranos beat Ice King after poor badly equipped (and less well piloted) Tos struggled with him yesterday. :-) (Congratulations on Oranos wins! After last night I am even more impressed than I would have been otherwise. Once again you are amazing in the Battle Coliseum.)

Dont' really have any plans/goals. I'm not very good at those to begin with and also I only just started taking battling seriously a short time ago. When I collected all that stuff it was just because i was restocking and it was available. My original thought was to train Tos completely by hand with no boosting/EXP/etc. all the way to T13, but now I see that's probably not realistic. I know you've told me to use the EXP before T13 because the cost of everything about triples, so I need to do that. The rest is sort of doing as much as possible the hard way (at least for now). If I want a really high AP, I may need to use intel boosters along with books and some of them do other boosts as well, so that might make a difference if I get impatient. Did you have a suggestion?

For what it's worth, my short term goal (besides continuing to do battle quests with Tos) is to use Tos, Tharg (and Gulp again now that she can use Aftershocks) to beat as many of the currently available opponents as they can and win eggs for 81 who is in training. The hope is that 81 might be able to beat one or more of the TBT challengers before they go poof.
