It was a minor update but I did finally get Raphiel yesterday so ended up with a holiday unit, it's the 4* focus but i'll take it.

Pulled for the free holiday summon: was hoping for green but didn’t get any and so wentt colourless - got Ninja Lyn as my freebie (+hp -spd), not bad at all.

Freebe 5* this morning ended up being the one colorless I had a spare of :/ ah well.

The whole voting gauntlet thing is making me what to look up what B skills are available for Raven that I have alot of manuels of. I tend to keep most of a unit's basic kit intact ( unless it's a Forma) to keep some of their identity but empty slots are fair game and Raven has nothing in his B slot or his "shield" slot for that matter.

- You got the one I wanted OTL I got NY Plumeria though, she was my 3rd pick for colourless, so I can't complain.

- He didn't just win, he won by A LOT! It's that everyone saw he was doing well and then just jumped on the bandwagon for no good reason afterwards that gets me! OTL.

I'm going to try for Henriette on the Valentine's banner. (kinda hoping she's 4s so maybe I can build her. would have built Sharena if she was our freebie! But noooo we had to get Veronica)

it’s been ages since I used him but I think I have desperation on my Raven. He’s sort of fast so might be a good option especially if you upgraded his axe to Basilikos. Mine def needs an update tho!

And if you guys will let me let just a little salt out: given the sheer amount of memes that have been generated; I sort hope Gatekeeper is a mediocre brave unit and he doesn’t say that stupid “Greetings Professor” in any of his castle lines.

- Yaaaas, I wish we could swap! I also didn't want to get another NY Selkie OTL. I tried green for Peony and only got a leathe too :( (My Plumeria is +spd. useful. /sarcasm)

Haha, good luck with that. I think there will be rage if he doesn't say 'greetings professor' at least once. He won first place overall, not just on the male side, so I doubt they'll make him mediocre. I hope he gets all out of sorts from being taken from his post, and being like... OMG TOO MUCH to report! But I also kind of hope one of his castle lines is 'Greetings Summoner, nothing to report!' (I do hope they at least replace professor with summoner, cus if he just goes around saying professor it would just be weird)

- Mine has seal attack in his B slot, must have picked that up from Rebecca when I put darting blow on him. I'm running brave axe/Darting blow. He occasionally gets 4x attacks. I haven't been having too much trouble with the VG with him. (mind you, I have this amazing mini-marth ally who just rips through everything) Wrath and Null Follow up are kind of the things I see most on Raven's B slot when he's been properly built, but those are harder to get skills. Desperation is a good choice (possibly paired with ardent sacrifice for shield slot) Brash Assault is good too if you are running brave axe and not baskilos.

My free unit was Sephiran, -vel +def. I was trying for ninja Lyn but she kinda hate me.... ops.

- Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised to see Yuri as one of the 'stand out' banner units on a 3H banner with a bunch of probably should be demoted but never will be units. I wonder if they would make a banner with only the DLC guys, the rest of them didn't do super well, but they were still pretty high up. (still never gonna care about them, cus I'm never gonna play the DLC.) I'd much prefer to see the main game guys before them.

I gave Raven desperation but as his HP is his flaw, I don't think Ardent Sacrifice will work for mine. 37hp is not alot to lose.

- HP flaw is PERFECT for desperation + ardent sacrifice, one ardent sacrifice and he's in desperation range. If he doesn't have an HP flaw (like mine) he has 41 HP, so -10 from ardent sacrifice doesn't quite get him to 75% health, but 37 you only need one, then desperation activates. If he can get 4x attacks before the enemy can counter attack, he basically has nothing to worry about.

Sephiram's C healing skill is pretty good, and att/res push 4 is also decent fodder. Too bad he doesn't have wrathful or dazzling staff :(

He's speed boon as well so he tends to attack twice even with Basklos (typo) as is so sounds like I have a good raven for that combo

- Esp if you have the L&D refine, He'll definitely double a bunch of things, and kill them too, but you'll have to baby him a little cus you're right, he doesn't have much HP to lose, he won't want to take any hits after the initial ardent sacrifice, but ardent sacrifice allows him to safely get into that range without risking taking a hit. (you're basically running the same set I've got on my tharja lol. Desperation L&D Ardent sacrifice, Tharja's got vengance cus I like to keep her HP down for desperation. lol. Haven't really built her built her, but she helps out occasionally)

The hero rises mid point also had me a bit salty, I like the brave units but I don’t really need a free BEdelgard or BDimitri since they are in the normal pool. I’d much rather a free leg/myth or a hard to get duo (I’m so sad Pirate Veronica or NY Plumeria is not even top 20). I’m probably going to spend the rest of votes on some of the Duos, I wouldn’t mind another Sigurd since mine is literally the worst IV so I hope he makes it.

Anniversary summons went well, I got Henriette and Lysithea (OG) on the Valentine banner. I also spent 100ish orbs on the hero fest against my better judgement since they are normally a lie... I got Shinon (-atk again) and Ephraim (+atk, finally!) along with an Olwen. That’s pretty good C: My luck is definitely used up for the next two months though, haha.

- Yeah, so far idc about any of the units that are top of their colours, except Lynja, but I'm not sure how I feel about her being a free unit, too many of her running around would be annoying.

Hero fest tickets got me a Fiora of all things. Good thing I already have the 4 focus units. They would just be fodder for me, though I do want lull att/def for my Jeorge.

All my tickets and my free summon on the Day of Devotion banner yielded not a single red orb... nor did the 3 circles after! I picked up 2 5s (and 1 4s) Alfonse and a Helbindi before I even SAW a red orb OTL. Thankfully Henriette showed up on my vanilla summon after getting Helbindi.

I dunno if I consider that good luck or not >.<

Got one of the Valentines units after afew ticket attempts. Couldn't think of anything special for my summoner to say though so kept his generic greeting for now. -wishes there was a red hair option just because my "online alias" allways has red hair-

- Yeah, their 'customized' summoner options are pretty sad. I didn't like any of them, so I just kept the hood.

Oh dear....ummm I don't know if we are getting another forma Soul pack since we are getting the freebe from the quests but there's three formas I don't have this time.....and two are holiday units ( maybe all three, not sure if Child! Minerva is).

Only Unit I don't want is Palla so not sure who to claim with my single Forma soul this round >_<

Mininerva was a TT reward in April last year I think? The accompanying banner was Start of it All, with Baby Marth and Caeda.

If I can get some good skills I'm tempted to get her, since that will help with grail cost, but I'll probably hang on since at the moment all I've had so far is chills for B slot. I already have a +att Palla (who was incredible when Surtr was the meta) and a random spring Est. Catria I don't have but I don't need another blue mage cav.

New banner trailer tonight, I wonder who it will be... popular guesses are Valentia, Jugdral or Tellius but at this point I am expecting 3H with base Marianne and Gatekeeper.

Whoever it is, I'm going to try and save. I think Pirate Xander is due back on the special heroes soon, and I want to try and wait until the legenary is revealed before I try summoning again. I'm on about 164 orbs at the moment so the goal is 200!

Yeh I realized I have Mininerva and after checking I have Bunny Palla as well so it's between Catria and Est.

Choice might have to be based on who got the better skills and who didn't struggle as much during the forma event.

- I'm tempted to get Minerva too, she is a solid unit, if I can get a good skillset on her, I might build her. I was thinking about building her anyway.

I have no interest in the other three. My Palla does have a terrible IV, but meh.

New Banner is Geaneology! Nice. Only one I really care about is the 4s demote, so that's also nice. Maybe Azel, but he colour shares. I do NOT like the implication of the 4th level Dual skills OTL. I guess those skills are book 2 skills.... but they feel newer than that. Seems wrong that we need 4th levels of those skills now though :(
