Tharja was one of my standout units in my Awakening play through... so I’m sort of fond of her XD. Last time she had an alt (2018 bridal) I didn’t get her at all (pity broken by Lucina) and the following year she was my free pull, so a rollercoaster. I will hopefully wait until the anniversary drops before I try and get her I think.

I quite like this theme actually, it’s nice to see them exploring the different worlds. But I am a little disappointed on the character choices. Wish we’d gotten some Awakening characters that don’t have alts, like Cherche, Libra and Sumia. Nice that Lene got an alt but I can do without another Dorothea, it could have been Inigo if they wanted another dancer...

I did poke at the NY banner again to see if I could grab a Plumeria. Got an extra Peony and and FLyon. Sort of debating putting Null C Disrupt on Ninja Hana... (she already has DC). Peony was -atk +hp so she’s definitely fodder but haven’t decided on who yet.

- Yeah, Dorothea with a second alt is more than a little disappointing. Kris and Katria alts are pretty random, but I don't mind them. Little disappointed they didn't give Henry an alt for his homeland, and it would have been a good opportunity to give us Basilo or Flavia instead of random Raphael. 3H does need more love, we are due for another 3H banner I think.

Still waiting for Dark Knight Tharja (I mean look at her incredible cipher art), that extra mobility made her quite useful in my awakening game, however, honestly, my stand out awakening units were Matthew and Soren OTL. Spot Pass units were broken cus you could reclass them as anything! Gave Soren Counter and renewal, and Matthew got vantage/wrath/miracle.

Congrats on your Shamir, she is a pretty great unit. (mine's neutral cus I sparked her, +att is amazing for her!)

I got pity broken by Ewan on the plegia banner. -att +def, worst mage IV ever. Man, why was he never dropped to 4s? His skills suck and his stat line is nothing to write home about OTL. They should really take a look at the 5s pool and demote a bunch of the older guys. I'm trying to use Katrina as my TT bonus unit, she used to be so good, and now she's just saaaaaad. She can't double anything, and sadly, these maps aren't very conducive to ploy skills, the enemies always start in the opposite corner of the map.

- Yeah, sigh Doesn't even seem like we'll get much story/backstory on her. I probably won't bother trying to get her either, although watch, she's gonna color share with a unit I want and then I'll get her instead, like what happened with Hel.

Hello again! I just pulled Darkness!Julia from my free summon, and finally it's not -atk but -spd and +res. I have all the Julia I think, now. Finally. Beautiful daughter <3 congrats on your Shamir! I like her but couldn't pull so I'm happy you did it, she is a good unit! yeah 3h needs more focus banners, and honestly I don't understand what the IS is thinking, Ashe was far more high in the votes from cyl4 then Raphael ever was, yet again they choose the latter for this banner? I'm confused. They also could use others for the duo units (let's remember we can make any unit dance, in game, in 3h).... oh well.

We are well overdue for a 3H banner, we had one relatively recently, but it was all the mentors, not the students, who have done better in the polls. Where's my boi Ashe?? (you can make any unit dance in Heroes too, look at Eldigan and Sigurd! You can even dance on a horse! Coulda been Lene and Henry! Come on, who wouldn't want to see Henry in that outfit!)

I'm voting for Sharena again. I love her, and as our FEH Lord she doesn't get nearly enough love. I might throw a vote or two to Ylgr or Hentriette too. lol.

I hope we get Sain someday too, but he's not at the top of my list. He'd be great to have in as a Valentine's alt.

Sort of feel like... we’ve had a lot of Three Houses over the past year XD we had two new heroes (Harmony amid Chaos and Goddesses Servants), and then a dedicated summer banner, alts on the Christmas Banner and Plegia. The Brave banner was also exclusive to 3H and we got Legendary Edelgard and Legendary Dimitri. I’d love Ashe, Dedue and Caspar in but... maybe a break first XD

CYL so far I have voted for Marth, Xander, Takumi, Chrom and Marth. I’d love to see Marth and Chrom interact in a forging bonds...

Gotta be honest, I don’t get the Gatekeeper thing, but in general I think my 3H fatigue is partially down to fandom beating certain memes to death and and then some. I think people are voting now because “LoL funny” but I wonder how many it might actually be put off from pulling on the banner at all once it’s live...

- We have gotten a ton of 3H units this year, but like... they were all seasonals/alts. I would like to see more of the students in just as default... mostly so they'll stop jamming up the CYL! Marianne doesn't deserve to be up there (IMHO), the only reason she is is cus she's not in the game yet. Gatekeeper too, although, I GET the gatekeeper thing. lol. I'd just prefer him to come in 3rd rather than second. I hope the Chrom supporters can push him out. I'm going to keep voting for Henriette! I want her to beat out Tharja for top 10! I'm very surprised she's actually doing well! I figured I'd be one of few people thinking she deserved more love.

I got a free Flora today from the VG banner, and my last summoning ticket brought me an extra fallen Julia (with a much better IV, +att opposed to +spd, both -res though) I guess I should give Att/Res solo to someone.

That’s a fair point - although I do think the seasonals were probably the best way for them to get some more 3H representation in the game, and to try and chill the clammer for them.

I like Marianne but from what I see she’s getting a lot of votes because people want her in the game... but tbh she’s like a key banner anchor type and it makes sense they’d hold her back to keep people pulling. Like, they’re not gonna add all of the most popular at once and then leave middling popular/unpopular characters for the rest of the future banners. Chill your beans people, she’s gonna get added, much like Bernie and Lysithea last year XD

Seiros is the new mythic and I really was expecting Freyr haha. But it’s nice to have a mainline mythic after having so many OCs last year. And her art is SO pretty. I hit over 200 orbs in my stash today, but I need to sit on my hands until the anniversary is announced...

Gosh I just saw the mids vote, and I'm just, why.... I mean I get it, 3h is the new entry and all, but their characters aren't the only one needing love... (even tho I do actually want Ashe and Dudue, eh) but a meme... again... we got Merlinus, Jorge, and Dorcas due to memes.. can..we...please...stop? I'm so tired of getting characters I don't care much for due to some people memeing hard... There are so many characters from older games needing love.... Sigh. I hope valentine units are good choices, and not 3h please, I'm getting really allergic to it, and I love the game....

I didn’t manage to sit on my orb pile, but I did get Seiros at -spd +def which I am thrilled about. I spent about 140 orbs so a little more than I’d like but I still had 80 orbs in the bank to start rebuilding. Got a LJulia on the way to Seiros too.

I’m now expecting a Takumi/Oboro duo on the Valentine banner now, and I think I’ll have to forgo Plegia Tharja.

- Nice. I spent over 150 orbs and got up to 10.75% pity rate and ONLY got Dimitri OTL Stupid B8 banners. I should learn my lesson and just never pull on them. I had none of the blues though, so I thought it would be nice to pull. Wrong. >.< I'm trying to look on the bright side... I FINALLY have a water legendary who ISN'T Fjorm! That's good right? Elemental legendaries are SO USEFUL these days, totes. OTL

I don't think they'll give Oboro another Alt any time soon. She got one less than a year ago. I'm expecting a 3H dominated valentine's banner, I'm gunning for Hanneman/Manuela. And Jerault there too, to continue the trend of non-playable father unit.

ehh....need abit of a emotional pick me up right now. I think I'm going to miss out completely on the Plaugia (typo) banner, spent over 30$ in orbs and not even the 4* focus is showing up. I passed on the mythic/legendary banner today just to try for the holiday units.

In my attempt to gain more orbs, I did the voting gauntlet....and nearly wanted to break my phone. Either the opponent is useing over powered units, my partners are weak to said opposing units, or both. I know the best solution is to go with a lv1 unit or have a strong unit of my own but I wanted my lv40 Raven to shine after all this time so it hardly feels right that I feel like I am forced to use someone else just to get those 5 wins without pulling teeth.

I'd say I'm done with the gauntlet events as they have stopped being fun after the power creep......but it's the best source of orbs atm for the banner I am still failing at.

I know in the end.....missing limited banners happens.....but never liked missing holiday ones and between the pressure from the banner and the gauntlet today, I'm a mess.

- That sucks :( I at least got Raphael on the Plegia banner. (got pity broken by crummy Ewan after about 120 orbs) There is a reason I never spend money on this game. Almost $200 and no Hector with a 12% UNRESOLVED pity rate. RIP. Never again.

IDR which VG it was, but I was trying to use just a 5s +2 unit who was the bonus unit (I think it must have been the last one with my +2 Jaffar), and the battles were obnoxiously hard, even with my 5s +10 allies. I usually just let auto battle run it's course... couldn't even with the battles controlling the units myself! I was glad when I lost so that I could switch to a bonus unit who wasn't + level. There are just too many BS units out there these days, and I feel when they are +1 or +2 they are MORE prevalent, cus not everyone is willing to spend 500 orbs to get +10 of 5s locked units, but getting 2 or 3 to get rid of a bane is far more common.

What are you running on your Raven? Maybe switch up his skills? (like if you are running double L&D with his prf (as I see a lot in arena), maybe switch to like DB and Brave Axe+ for more short term stability when you don't know what team support you're going to get?)

I don't know what else to say, this game is a jerk sometimes... most of the time. (to me anyway)

Got Ephraim on the revival banner (again!) So he's +5 now. He really needs a RE-refine of his weapon. It's refine effect is SO SAD compared to default weapons or recent refines OTL sobbing for my boi

I bought the Forma Soul bundle granted so at lest my cash is going to a geranteed charactor from the Forma battles.

It's more the computer throws teams that are strong against my partners and sadly Raven can't carry them usually. Example I was with someone's normal Carmilla I think and a New Years Ryoma or the one other red sword new years flyer. The opponent was a Julia ( I think), a CYL Lyn and a CYL Claude :/

The map had two rows of walls that need broken twice between us as well.... but yeh......at the end of the first turn, Raven was the sol survivor and likely damaged while the enamy team was all at full health.....no way I was going to win. Even if he took Julia and MAYBE Lyn, Claude would have ended it.

Anyways, going to wait afew days and might consider doing another google play if the pitty rate goes over 5% or even 6%. It's at 4.75 currently.

- Yeah, at least that's a guaranteed unit for you. The only pack I've bought since the Hector thing was the NY Azura pack, I wanted the axe-dancer for all the complete X with Axe Unit quests. She's been quite handy for that. I feel that. There's also a lot of units that you basically need specific counters for in order to beat them, like Leg. Edelgard, and if your team doesn't have anyone who can do it, you are hooped OTL. Fast guys like Lyn and Claude with huge range are also a huge problem if you don't have anyone who can bait them safely. My one friend obsessed with Ryouma only needed ONE more Onsen Ryouma to get him to +10, it took her like 500 orbs to get one copy of him, she got like 5 or 6 useless pity breakers along the way.

I plan to use the Forma on the one blue throwing unit from book 2 ( terrible remembering the original characters names off hand tonight). I think I only have the freebe summer version of her from TT. The others I believe I have from this Forma Soul event.

_< Starting to think after this I need to stop being distracted with events from my other two Gacha games ( new phone can handle Masters) and get more serious on leveling my horde of lv1s that have been building since Pirate day. I finally just used the level up option on the TT units since they have less skills to learn of my backlog.

Edit: I remember it was Ylgr. I have Bridal Fjorn, normal Laegjarn, and I believe bunny Veronica but I don't have normal Ylgr so may as well grab the Forma.

The anniversary looks fun and we are getting some nice rewards! The new summoning change looks awesome and I’m really excited to see what they do for LRyouma’s skill buff. Valentines I decided to skip this years, and I feel for the Sharena fans. Hero fests are also a lie, so I’m gonna save for the hero rises banner, hopefully it won’t be all versions of Edelgard on it or something.

I’m sorry about your run of bad luck :C. As someone who has spent A LOT in the past, I would say don’t beat yourself up. It sucks when they don’t come home immediately but if you want them they will eventually come home, most often when you least expect. And it’s not worth the stress is spending real money on, especially in today’s world. Something that helped me to get over disappointment as well was to really look at my barracks and look at who I’ve already pulled and am using. It took a while to come to terms but it really helped to look past the art and see utility. Like... these days I’m not going to pull for a new red mage when I already have so many in my barracks not used.

Ok, in the end the gatekeeper won eh... 3h characters are going to be on the top for alot since it's the most famous and latest... I feel you , I lost mine too... Sain placed 113, I hope it's enough to get him.....
