- didn’t get anything with the tickets from Lilina’s banner but I did get a free WSothis from the free summons there so that was pretty exciting. It’s funny, because I got a free Sothis last year from that banner too :3 Don’t really have enough orbs at the moment to do anything else so I’m just going to leave it for now and just let the orb balance recover... might aim to get an okay balance for the anniversary celebrations.

- Congrats. WSothis is so broken, I tried for her last year, and failed. Summoned greens with my tickets, but I don't think I'll try further than that.

- Yeah, gonna wait and see what NY brings, and then decide if I want to try on the leg banner again.

New heroes video is up! ...and I only care for Kaden... ops... I don't like that the fairy trio got the alts so soon.... sigh I guess my orbs will be for Kaden if he decide to show up, thankful he is also 4 stars.

- Yeah, it took them SOOOO LOOONG to give Sharena and Alfonse (and even longer for Anna!) to get Alts, why do all the Book 4 units get Alts like less than a month after we got their reg forms. Why does Leavetainn get 4 alts before the book 2 ALLIES? NGL, I like that Peony and Trianda got a duo unit together, but a) would have preferred Peony/Sharena, and also b) TOO SOON! Like, I JUST got Triandra who is ALSO a green tome flier/dancer, couldn't they have at least made them colourless tome or a colored dagger, or something else? Is the next special banner going to have a Reginn alt? It's ridiculous. Gimme more Hrid and Bruno if you want to make heroes alts pls.
As for the rest of the units from the new banner... meh? Kaden's outfit is basically his original outfit with a different scarf, Velouria's voice lines are not good. I'm glad Keaton's the free unit, cus his art s the nicest, but I don't really care about him or a green infantry beast (even though it fills a niche I don't have, the only other infantry green beast being Bride Nailah)

Here's to hoping you'll get some red orbs. I'm not even gonna make predictions about my results... I may summon some greens, maybe some reds. Probably gonna save my orbs cus...

...SUPER uncool that they are having the new units SHARE a banner with last year's units. DO NOT LIKE. This had better not be a trend. 6% pity rate is a LIE. I'm fairly certain that on average it takes me the SAME amount of orbs to get a 5s unit on a 6% banner as a 3%, 4% or 8% banner.

I know right? Bruno took at least two years to have ONE SINGLE UNIT (not even the regular!!) , Anna, Al, Sharena even more. We players who want males characters are doomed to have only one alt or less, because males (not talking about Roy, Ephraim, Ike or Hector, who are very popolar) make less money, sadly. Also I hope this isn't going to be another Fates year or I will riot.... one or two banners with characters needed (like Legendary Xanders, to say one) are welcome, but another rush of Corrins, Felicia, Kagero, and others who already have several alts.... pls no. I mean, ok, I will save orbs in some cases but.... I want some knew characters from older fe(like 4 and 5, pls give use some of the missing characters, like Claud, or Arthur, to say some) or from three houses? They didn't even cover 10% of it's characters, and it's the last game released....

Yeah the 8 and 6% are a big lie... unless you are very lucky which is pretty rare.... I hope they don't mix the new book units with the characters from the regular games... We already have alot of problems with banner mixed like: it's almost a full banner of one game and then there is that intruder which could be a new character instead.... I hope red orbs will love me and Keaton too.... I never got him yet... I also have NY!Selkie since the blue version doesn't like me....

I’m not a fan of the new units sharing with old units, sorta reminds me of Ayra-gate. The only one I’d really like is Plumeria but the possibility of Selkie and her eardrum piercing voice makes me not want to even try. It would have been much better if they’d combined the first two banners and then set the year one units as 4* focus.

- yeah, the fact that we have the likes of hel and surtur and still no regular Bruno or veronica is a travesty.
I can count on one finger the number of Fates units I would be excited for. Scarlet. Though, I am surprised we still dont have orochii or nix in any form, thought those two would be popular enough to at least have alts by now. Really not interested in more fates guys though, but at least new units would be preferable to yet another kagero, camilla or corrin.

Through pity breakers I have all the non-seasonal beast units. Keaton is only really useful for beast valor. I've seen him built well with DC due to his weapon effect but I dont like him enough to bother. I wish i could give you my spare Selkie, shes only good with a good iv and both mine got crap ivs. NY selkie is better. I dont understand why reg. Selkie is the bonus unit for the tt instead of Keaton.

Yes, here's to better banners, and fewer alts of characters we already have.

Hope the tickets were kind... I managed to luck into a NY Peony with my handful of orbs and tickets and also a 2nd Seteth. He is +spd while my original is +atk so I’m not sure which one to keep, but I’m glad to have a merge. I still don’t like the fact they merged banners and am a little amazed at the number of people defending it.

This year my plan is to focus on units that I know and like rather than pull for every thing. With this in mind, I need to take the plunge to sack my only NYLethe (from last years anniversary) to give Ferdie her lull... this is proving hard though.

I got a free Fjorm with one of my tickets, but the rest were unkind. Got a NY Selkie with a terrible IV on my second to last ticket (7.25% pity rate) And then I got a 4* Kaden, also with a terrible IV, with my last ticket. Would have Preferred Leathe or Peony, but green orbs were scarce, as were red ones tbh. :(

- Yeah, sacking unique units is hard. I haven't done so yet, I prefer to collect. I came really close to sacking my NY leavatain to Lucius for her wrathful staff, now I've got her as a manual from codes. I am also tempted to sac this +def -Spd NY Selkie for her distant ward. >.< Such a bad IV crying

I'm sorry to hear you didn't have much luck with tickets... I pulled my first NY!Anna, a second NY!Hrid, and a 4* Kaden, I'm pretty happy with what I got, I don't remember the IVs, so I will wait for new banners now. This year I will try the same way I did last year, just pull the ones I like alot. Or I will never manage ahahaha.... (I know too many, siiiiiiigh)

Edit: WHAT DID I SAY BEFORE?! New banner with fe5 focus! .... I'm going to die welp.... I'm almost believing they are going to do fe4/5 remake... I'm going to pull for Ronan and Sara, absolutely....

- I'm not far enough through my playthrough of that game to know Sara and Miranda, but I am happy for another red in the 4s pool... though a sword would have been nice! The last 3 red units in the 4s pool have all been tomes, and then Bantu. I don't really need another green tome or blue archer, I have +10s of those already. But I think I need to pull for Sara... cus of her staff! lol.

Looking at NY Selkie's art and her bad IV, I think I will definitely sac her, give her skills to Caeda and build her finally. +def -Spd is probably the WORST IV NY Selkie can get, and her art... is really bad! I hadn't noticed before, but oof. It's so 2d and her ears are just all over the place! NY Kaden's art is also bad... it would be perfectly fine if his face didn't look like it was photoshopped on, it's so cartoony compared to the rest of his body! It looks like a different artist drew his head.

I don’t know enough about FE5 to really pull for this banner but good luck to everyone trying to get the units. (I do think Sara’s eyes are oddly proportioned in regards to her head)

I too was cursed with a NY Selkie and in my frustration of her not being a flying archer dancer, I fed her to my Ferdinand. Was it the best decision? Probably not. Do I regret it? No. Her voice burns my ears.

- Woo! Go Ferdie! As for Sara's eyes... I have Resplendent Julia, nothing is more bothersome than those eyes, so i guess I didn't notice! lol.

Hello again~ I finally managed to get both Ronan and Sara, with Asbel along the way! now I can rest and save orbs, at least ahaha I'm curious of the banner on the 2th, will it be another hot spring? Or sometime totally knew? I hope we get some characters who need alts tho....

- Congrats! I also got Ronan and Sara. In 40 summons I only got TWO green orbs, so no Asbel. I ended up with two Ronan's though, and I got M!Kris along the way, plus a 4s Miranda. Sparked Sara.
Got a free Luke and Quan from their respective revival banners, that was random. Luke is so outclassed! Doesn't help that I got -att, so he likes to do 0x2 damage, even with his new prf. But his skills aren't even worth inheriting, so I guess he'll stick around. Finally got all those new units to level 40, but I had 7 units that weren't level 40 in my barracks! That hasn't happened probably since year 1! Sara still needs a TON of SP though.

I hope it's not another hot springs banner, i don't care for that sort of 'outfit' if you can even call it that.

I skipped this banner, currently have 137 orbs and trying really hard not to spend them. Never have anything saved for the anniversary or valentines so I’m trying to change that this year!

I’m also really intrigued by “Fluffy Fur Tour” on the calendar. My head says it’s just going to be Beast Arts quests or something like that but it won’t stop me secretly hoping that they are adding the kitten petting mechanic from 3H to aether resort as an anniversary gift. Also... calendar says Mythic heroes summoning event - I reckon we might get another double banner. I’m expecting Freyr but not sure who else it would be. Gustav perhaps? Feels a bit soon to get book 5 characters.

- I'm thinking the new mythic might be Eitri, the witch from Book 5. They like to do that, like how they did with Gunnthra and Mirabilis.

And we got the usual hint! This time you can totally guess who they are, those two. One is Tharja or her Fates version (I'm sure it's Tharja, since fan favorite) and the other appear to be Donnel. If so, easily skipping and saving orbs. I never liked Tharja much so....

Yeah probably the witch is the next mythic... can I say I don't like her design much, tho? I would have loved a more mature character.....

- The arm looks far too muscular for Donnel, the outfit looks about right though. It seems spy themed based on the description, so it could be someone wearing a hood, or someone else wearing Donnel's outfit (Tharja looks like she's wearing a dancer outfit, so someone suggested the theme might be masquerading as different classes). I'm hoping it's Vaike (it probably isn't, cus other than the muscular arm it doesn't look like him lol) It's unlikey the other is anyone other than Rahjat/Tharja though, pretty sure no one else has hair like that. TBF, it's been 3 years since we had a Tharja alt, there's many more units now who have more alts than she does.

Eitri's design bothers me too, the face is mature, and very androgynous, the body is very lolly OTL.

Welp, this banner looks like a skip. RIP Dorothea, TWO alts before a normal version. I'd be more interested in Tharja if they hadn't shorted her skills wise! What a snub. I might try to summon for Dorlene.
