sometimes heroes like to make us use all of our orbs... I still remember using almost 300+ to try getting Summer Leo and not getting him in the end... Sadly my cartridge are starting to show their years so both delete my saves every now and then... but yeah 7 is slower, with some characters not recruitable if another is got, like Karel or Harken, or Karla who require Bartre at a specific lvl and so on- even so, 7 is my favorite over all (8 being close) and I'm waiting for Sain to be added since the start ahahaha... I'm happy to see someone who played the gba generation! <3

- Mood, I used over 200 trying to get summer Tana... TWICE! and I still don't have her. OTL And the first and last time I spent money on this game I spent about $150 trying to get Hector only to end up with spring Camilla, and an unresolved 10% pity rate cus I ran out of orbs and didn't want to spend any more monies!

Yes! Kent and Sain for FEH please when!!! (or like... ANY of the FE7 paladins? We don't even have Marcus!) I'm almost done with all the characters that aren't Hector Mode only. Working on Harken and Wallace atm, I never play with them cus Geese and Karel are so much better OTL. I discovered doing SS that if one of your units dies, their support partner can get a new support, so I'm trying to get all of Wallace's done in one go with mass murdering of the party OTL Forgive me!

sad story, me neither got Tana... Fair enough, Hector loves me(and I love him too), so he and Lilina are home; and after years of trying I got Eldigan, so eventually, I will get Tana too probably.... But honestly, some characters just don't like being summoned I guess- Oh I didn't know that! poor partners ahaha I usually get Harken! Too bad Isadora is not a really good unit, I liked her design.

- I have OG Tana (she even has 2 merges), but I couldn't get summer Tana :( Only OG Hector seems to hate me thankfully, I got Brave and Valentine's pretty easily, Halloween eluded me until one of the special banners, but got him on that one without too much trouble. That desire filter is real man! The more you want a character... the less likely you are to get them OTL. Yeah, I like Isadora too, but I have tried to use her, and it's just a rough time OTL dropped her every time after she got the support I wanted her to get. Had to bring her to the final chapter once to get hers and Renaults support OTL it suuuuucked. (and, Renault is also super bad, but in order to get ANY of his supports, you HAVE to bring him to the final map) Harken's good I guess, but I just like Karel (and he's harder to get, I like to try and challenge myself to get him)

Yeah I tried too but sadly Isadora is no good and I had both Sain and Kent so... and yeah Renault is only good for the staff he comes with, give it to Lucius who usually max magic and it work like a charm.. otherwise he is pretty bad.. What makes me sad is that we (at least the european copy) got the hidden ending cut out... So that we never saw Lilina and Roy as young children along their fathers... On other notes I tried again for Selena but she didn't like it, I guess. I will eventually get her if I continue since I'm at 19 summons ahaha....

- Really? That's so sad! It's not even 'hidden' you just get it after the ending every time on mine! I thought you were talking about the 'Nergal' ending at first, which is a pain in the butt to get anyway. idt you actually see Lilina and Roy though, just older Hector and Eliwood with their FE6 sprites, tey talk about them, but I don't think you actually see them. I could be mis-remembering, it's been a while since I actually watched it, since I've been just speed running through for supports I've been skipping all cut scenes!

I'm at 12 summons, I'm done with this banner now. One stupid pity breaker was enough, and I don't care enough about these guys to go for 40 summons. I have Reginn to use as my arena bonus unit anyway.

yeah I just checked on the site who has the cgs (yes, there is a cg with the two little ones and Eliwood&Hector) and yep. No epilogue for the EU copy, sadly. Gosh the Nergal ending... that is so complicated... I'm want to wait but also want Selena which is a character I like alot, I really hope the christmas banner is not characters I want.... ahaha...there were too many banners I wanted to pull for, this year!

- They probably show up briefly at the beginning or something before the adults chat. I did Nergal ending once before, but I was on an emulator. Beating Kishuna takes a lot of RNG OTL

You can at least wait to see who is on the seasonal banners, Selena's banner will be around for a while. You can decide then. There were a bunch that I pulled on that I probably shouldn't have OTL But I got most everyone that I wanted to this year I think. Stupid Halloween L'Arachel eluded me again OTL but otherwise, I think I had a pretty good year so far. Definitely enjoy the free summon after 40 thing, and the auto 4* in the pool.

Yeah I will try to wait, so I can stock up some orbs again ahaha... I did good too in this year, apart from not being able to pull Guinevere since I had a problem with the game, I'm quite happy with what I pulled, with only the free orbs. <3

- On yeah, Guinivere,..., I forgot I wasted the last of my luck for the year pulling her for FREE with my first summon on that banner, with +att -def IV.... RIP holiday banners I guess.

don't give up! We don't even know the characters yet, you might not need to worry about summoning at all! <3 let's wait and hope it's no one we really want.

-Haha, truuuuueee. I have a whole swath of -att units too (like ALL my hectors lol). I could trait fruit them, but I don't use them enough to bother, my 'go-to' units are my +10s (who have the pick of the IVs) and my dancers (whose IVs I don't really care about). 90% of the time I either use Nino +3 back up dancers, or resort to f2p guides. I have a lot of 'trophy' units. (I don't sac units for skills unless I have dupes. for me collecting >> competitive)

I'm really unlucky, the units I use have -atk ahaha... I'm lucky that sometimes I manage to pull a double so it goes away but.... not always, and trait fruit are kinda hard to farm... I have two different teams who are my main and the "you did a wrong move" (aka you managed to defeat one? Here, take this team then). I too have alot of 'trophy' units because some just come at me ahahaha... and same, I just make manuals of doubles, never really using a unit if I own just one, even if it had the right skills-

- Me too OTL I have terrible luck most of the time. In FEH, it seems to come in waves, a few good banners, followed by a bunch of awful luck. Maybe that crappy IV Selkie pity breaker, and the terrible result on the double banner will of set my karma enough to have decent luck on the Christmas banner. If Nino and her back up dancers can't do it, I basically throw in the towel and look for f2p guides. Sometimes I'll try to swap Nino for one of my other +10s, or Reinhardt and/or Brave Lyn, but barring that, I'm lazy and use f2ps.
I have so many 5* manuals that I just don't know what to do with, like... I don't want to give their skills away unless I know I really want to, and I don't like merging 5s locked units (unless their skills are just trash, like some first gen 5*s) cus they have basically no hope of making it to +10.

Well, guess I can skip this banner afterall. They chose the pink pigtail girl from 3h instead of the pink pigtail girl from fe7. Guess it was too much to hope for, since they chose fe7 units for Christmas last year. (But they also had 3h in there!) :( My friends and I called altina early, and suspected Saraki would be on the banner as well (though not as a harmonized unit, they are practically from the same game, torally shouldnt count) and when my.friend pointed out earlier that the one that looks like karel could possibly be sephiran, we were both like... yeah, that's probably who it is. Supremely disappointed that bernadetta is not kurthnaga though :( And her weapon is dumb. I am glad they at least stayed away from 100% armour units though.

yeah easy skip for me too, they are from my least favorite game, and the others are characters I don't care that much for (if it was Ashe I would had cried happy tears tbh) ! Also, usually they won't go for the same game the year after, so I was dubious it could had be fe7 again. Maybe next year in another seasonal (probably easter's, or a full proper fe7 bride banner with grooms too, but unluckily, again, since we had Pent and Louise somewhat recently) but for christmas it would take maybe 3 more years-

To get a full 10+ gold only character you must be very lucky, or you need to pay for alot of orbs. I'm happy with what I got. Also I did get Selena!! .... -atk as usual ahahaha.... I told you I have a curse- but at least she is home!

I hope they stay out from armored for a while, we need new horse units. (Like Saaaaaain pls)

- Maybe we'll get some FE7 units for NYs (Serra in a Kimono? Come on, so cute!). Ashe would have been great, I am glad that Felix is going to be free, wish he wasn't a blue bow (likely armor) though. I like RD and 3H well enough, but yeah, they aren't my favourites, and the units they've chosen, also not my favourites. Congrats on Selena, boo -att :( Oh well.

oh I love 3h, actually, but I'm not much in Golden Deer students nor Black Eagles'. (I'm a Blue lion person ahaha) with just little few like Lysithea or Petra of my liking. I care enough for Felix so I will get him, but that's it. PoR and RD are not my faves, I do have some characters I like (Zelgius, Rhys, Laura, Tibarn and Yune, for example) but I'm pretfy meh on most so I'm happy I can save my orbs up for whatever they throw at us at the NY one. (Imagine Serra and Lucius in a kimono..... a baby and an angel... ) I wish I was good at drawing, I would have drawn my own kimono units ahahaha.... Eventually I will get that -atk away, when they start giving more of those fruits ahahaha.....

I ahven't played Golden Deer yet (OTL) So I don't know much about those units. I do love Leonie though. There's like 3-4 students in each house I like, and the rest are kinda meh. PoR was superior to RD, RD had too much stuff going on at once, not enough of a chance to really get to know the characters. Most of my favs from PoR/RD aren't in FEH though, like Janaff, Tormod, Calil, Pelleas, Boyd (Boyd when! Come on, he's the only OG Grail mercenary we don't have now!). There's really only two units that I'm waiting for FEH to get now, that I will go for broke trying to get: Pelleas and Scarlet, but both are probably good candidates for GHB, unless they only get seasonal alts. I would like Ignatz, Ashe, and Leonie from 3H, but I'm ok without having them.

I’m sort of... eh about this banner, I need another armour unit like I need a hole in the head but I’m sort of tempted by Altina even if the harmonic status is sort of a lazy pick. it runs for a while though so I’ll hold on until the New Years units are released and make my decision then (providing the Legendary is not Xander). The seals we’re getting are pretty incredible though.

In other news, I forgot about Mjolnir’s strike and the loss of trait fruit really irritates me. I also hate Frontline Phalanx with a passion, and don’t understand why it replaced Rokkr Seiges or Grand Conquests :/

It hasn't replaced those things, just added into the rotation. But yeah, its dumb it's like straight up horse race betting, theres nothing more to it than that, total gamble. I want tap battles again.
