I'm actually jealous XD I would love a Kiria. I have TMS on WiiU, I've been playing it on and off and she's pretty cool. Knowing my luck though, I would probably end up with a -atk one though.

I really need to rant about this month's hall of forms. I am finding it ridiculous, I have been stuck on hall 23 for days now and I. Just. Can't. Do. It.

Even when I re-roll by trying a lower level (and to try and get some better skills for Ephraim) the game throws up sweet nothing. I don't want to give him defiant attack, seal defence or threaten res or even spd wave! The best A skill that has come up for him is Heavy Blade. There have been no movement skills come up apart from Tana's prf.

Also - the green units that are spawning are either Osian or bow users, so Tana can't kill them without dying herself and because Ephraim can't counter he goes down like a wet paper plane. If Bow Hinoka shows up then it's all over before it's started. I am starting to wonder if I should just spam the lower levels until the end to see if anything good comes up and then call it a day. Rar. /rant

- She's not -att, but she is +spd, which is super not helpful for her. I thought about getting it on Switch, but it's still like $80 and I'm not sure I really want to spend that on it. Hoping it'll come on sale eventually.

I finally beat the last map of this hall of forms this morning, but it took all 3 of my torches to do it. My Ephraim and Innes have pretty shit skills, but Tana got CC, and so did Eirika. Eirika also got Chill att/spd which was helpful, and threaten att/res3. Tana got att/spd oath in her C and brazen att/spd seal, and Aerobatics in her B skill, and I managed to actually get movement assists on everyone but Eirika this time around which was super helpful with having two armours on the team. Only weapon that ever showed up for Tana other than her PRF was Raudwolf, but I just left her with her PRF, again, super helpful moving around the armour units. Ephraim has Mirror stance 4, Odd follow-up, drive def and distant guard, Innes had darting blow 4, spd/res link, and joint hone def, both have dumb blazing specials, not terrible, but not as good as the girls. Sad neither of the armours ever got armour march, last time I pretty much only got armour march as an option for C skill on Cecilia, but now that I actually have two armours to make it a useful skill... nada. No boots either (my Celica got armour boots seal).

I do recommend spamming lower levels to get better skills if you are having trouble, and if the skills coming up are shit, merge merge merge. Having +3 merges is far more useful than having shit skills like defiant attack and spur def. And having +3 merges from spamming lower levels is more useful than walking away empty handed 3 times from losing the higher chambers when you aren't fully prepared. I took 3 refresh torches yesterday and spammed the lower levels cus Eirika still didn't have a C skill, and Innes didn't have a special or assist. Innes is now +5 because he refused to get any special that wasn't a blazing skill, Ephraim is +6 for the SAME reason OTL.

New summer banner is ridiculous. I'm loving all the meme art coming out! But I'm really sad that the pair unit is not Seteth and Flayn with giant slappy fish (or even Byleth M or F with Flayn)... what a golden opportunity missed, why'd they have to ruin it with super-sized silicone Rhea? Stupid fan service.

FINALLY beat room 23 today. I didn't have any torches left, since I've been re-rolling trying to get something that's not a chill for Ephraim and today he finally got Daring Fighter and Armoured Boots come up, lol. I went for Armoured boots for the movement, but he is at +5 now. Prior to armoured boots there was a defiant skill, OBSTRUCT, and a threaten skill (I went for the merge!)

Just two more rooms to go, but I am wondering if I should spend my last 6 attempts trying to get a better skill. I have a forma soul left from when I went after Bride Oboro and was hoping to get something decent from this hall that might tempt me, but I just have a bad taste in my mouth from it all right now.

The new banner... I sort of had a feeling we'd get a Three Houses summer given how popular it is. The art for Ingrid, Dorothea and Sylvain is really nice, and I wouldn't mind getting Ingrid and Sylvain... but I am not sure at this point if I want to pull, especially since traditionally summer banners are horrendous to me, and their regular versions would probably be more to my taste. Lorenz I can do without (he looks like Zant from LoZ to me, it's the nose bridge) and Byleth/Rhea... Byleth is like my least favourite FE3H character by a mile and Rhea deserves better that to be a boob-tastic cheer leader. Cuboon does great art and his summer Tana was really cute without being pervy but this duo feels too much to me.

The banner runs for a while, and I wanted to try and get a better copy of Duo Ephraim when he is re-run later this month so I'll try and wait it out and see what the month brings. I've gone 45 whole days without spending RL money on orbs and want to continue with that.

Personally, I would hold off on using your Forma Soul until a unit you have a hope of building into a +10 comes around, these guys aren't worth it. Forma Souls are best used on grail units IMO, cus you can't get anything but neutral IVs on them.

Agree - normally I wouldn’t consider it, but at the start my IVS for STana (-spd +def) and WEphraim (+spd - res) were not great, so I thought if I could get some good skills for them then it would be a good idea. Turns out I was able to get a really good S Tana relatively painlessly but it was worth a shot on WEphraim. Game had other ideas, lol.

Against my better judgement I pulled to try and get Ingrid and Sylvain (I got 3 at 4*) but nothing else and now have no orbs. Ingrid is the only unit I really want because Blue Lions bias, but there is plenty of time to save a bit and try again (or maybe wait for her rerun banner).

Remain morally opposed to Summer Byleth, especially after that awful TT opening dialogue.

- I have neither STana of W Ephrain, never really tried for Ephraim, but Tana has had me waste so many orbs that I it would just feel wrong to have her as a forma, even though she got great skills. My winter Eirika is +spd - Def, which is pretty awful for her, but I don't use her outside of her niche armour healer use, so meh. (She is also Niche SS healer, as a friend pointed out when trying to do the limited hero battles. We don't have Natasha or Moulder, and L'Arachel they made a mage...in her alt too)

I tried to pull for any of them but Byleth... and got... Surtur after 140 orbs OTL. Well at least my Surtur isn't + spd -att anymore. I did pick up a 4s Sylvain along the way, with terrible IV (+res -spd OTL) Still stuck in pity city :( I dunno if I want to keep going.

Aaah, I feel bad about interrupting/butting in, but I'd love more friends in FEH! I've been playing for probably about nine months? I think? I know I started playing before the Winter units were released last year. I play daily, usually for several hours at a time.

My friend code is 4169496351 and my main unit is a 5s +10 Altean Prince Marth (because I'm a sucker for Marth, jfc-). Marth's actually the reason I even started playing FEH in the first place (I've had a huge fiction-crush on him since the days of Smash Bros Melee), and I'm super proud of my boyo. I gave him distant counter, Ardent Sacrifice, Renewal 3, and Sol. :3

- Will add you once my internet at work functions again :( It's been on and off all morning! Makes doing the TTs a pain! (I like to throw them into auto battle in the background while I work. lol) My mains tend to alternate between Matthew (my first fiction-crush :P ) and Summer Ylgr. Ylgr is just so adorbs and smol, I love her. Occasionally I throw another one of my units up as my main, usually depends on which team I have joined for the voting gauntlet, and which unit would most benefit someone using the bonus unit.

That's a nice Marth C: For a while I was in collector mode, but I've since changed my mindset and decided to focus only on units that mean something to me. It's more fun that way, and it's always satisfying to give them a new skill that allows them to reck stuff.

- I've been playing since day 1. lol. I'm not super competitive though, I enjoy amassing a fun little group of heroes, but after spending $200 on the game early trying to get Hector and failing, I decided I wouldn't give them my money anymore. I did buy the NY Azura pack this past christmas though, since it was guaranteed, and I wanted an Axe dancer for the 'complete X with axe' quests. I'm finding it harder to keep up with the game cus all my favourite units are already in the game, but are getting so power crept that I can't use them anymore, and most of the newer ones don't interest me. Still waiting for Scarlet and Pelleas (low-key Zihark, but he's just gonna be another boring OP sword unit of whom I already have way too many) , hoping that if they are released they will be GHB units so that I can obtain them without having to gamble oodles of orbs away.

Accepted! I keep my Marth as my main because I love him so much |DDD He's my baby and my highest rated unit (second-highest being Caeda with an almost 20 point difference). I've seen every unit in the game at least once, but I do plan on trying to collect them all- I have a strong need to completely fill any type of catalogue/encyclopedia/index of any games I'm playing. |DD

I'm not really competitive either, tbh, I only play AR for the daily rewards. |D Heck, my party usually gets beaten so I know I'm not all that good. But I looooove collecting and seeing how my favorite units can evolve. I'm really happy that Sylvain was added, he's my second-favorite student from 3H. I'm honestly hoping, though, that they'll give Marth a summer alt someday. I wanna see Marth in swim trunks!

I like collecting too, I don't get rid of any units if I only have 1 copy of them, even if I don't like them and they have good skills I want to give to someone else. I have over 400 unique units in my barraks. Of course, without spending thousands of dollars, I'll never have them ALL, but I got over that like... a week into playing the game. lol. There's still 3 launch units I don't have.

Ooh Caeda is a good one C: I have her at +10 with a very basic Fury+Desperation build (with her prf refine) but she kills a lot of things dead, so no complaints there. You are brave trying to go for all the units! Truly hope the RNG is kind to you, but if there is one thing I can advise is don't sweat too much if you can't get a unit to come home on their first banner. They will always rerun at some point, and in the case of units in the normal pool, they will pity break you went you are least expecting it, haha.

I am a recovering dolphin, although I still spend a little every now and then as a treat but definitely some regrets. I am missing about 95 units or so? To piggyback on your question, I still don't have OG Lyn though, and I've been playing since launch XD

Oof on getting Surtr-ed :C Keeping going would depend I guess on how badly you want to fix Syl's IV - I managed to luck into a +def copy with not too many orbs after my initial pull, so it's possible. He's here for a while too, so there's time to think about it.

I think this summer banner might be fixed, haha - I've seen lots of people lament that their pity rate got high before they got anything. There was one streamer who I watch - he pulled every colour on the circle and still got to a 5.5% pity rate before he got a Byleth, it's crazy. There was another streamer who said he had over 2000 orbs to spend on the banner and it took him 800 to get a single copy of Byleth. Completely nuts!

Yeah, I learned that the hard way with Winter Marth. I spent close to $200 trying to get him when he was first introduced only to not get him. :'D But then when he was brought back for that gacha like a month ago, I pulled him with free orbs and I was so happy I could've cried~

I think I actually ended up pulling that Lyn (Lady of the Wind, right?) while trying to get someone else out of the legendary gacha like, 4-5 weeks ago. :0 I have decent luck pulling 5 stars, but usually not the ones I want. |DD

- I'm missing Elise, Lucina, and Minerva. I don't even have any of the Elise alts, I have all the Lucina alt's though (minus the most recent summer 'marth' ... technically Mia anyway) and Minerva's alt. I also got Winter Marth for free on that recent banner! But, yeah, I have REALLY BAD luck so I gave up giving money to this game a long time ago. Better things to spend my money on, like food and bills, and the Love Nikki app which gives me WAY MORE for my $5 and guarantees I get what I pay for. lol.

Lady of the Winds Lyn is an Alt, that's the green bow one right? Fluttershy is talking about the sword unit Lyn in her original outfit. Funnily enough, she was one of my first 5* units (I think my 3rd after Camilla and Marth)

Never admit to wanting a unit! The game knows. Desire filter is REAL. OTL It has burned me many times. So I've just stopped caring. I just summon everything now and hope for the best. Colour sniping is a pain and has only actually worked out for me like twice. I live in pity city now, but at least it's less heart breaking when you really don't care much. Getting crummy dupes is the pits though.

- Went a bit further and got a Fallen Julia, with the worst IV possible. Oh well, at least she wasn't another dupe. I think I'm done now. Sylvain's a green horse mage, so yeah, I'm pretty much never going to use him, so I don't really care. I'll just put a yellow star on him for now, along with all my other 'trophy' units (guys with crummy IVs who have basically no hope of getting them corrected) I feel like they have 'invisibly' upped the rate of getting off-banner units on the new banners. I got Fallen Celica or free on the new power banner, and Gerik with my 3rd summoning ticket on the rerun banner, but nada on any of the recent new banners (except the 4s guys)
Lets see, so far this year I have in my active barracks 24 5s pity breaker summons, and 16 5s summons on banner, 3 of whom were my freebies for summoning 40 units from the banner. And those pity breakers don't include the dupes that either got merged away or shoved into barracks.

Well the rerun banner was a lot earlier this month than expected, probably to avoid overlap with the new forging bonds. I wanted to pull because I wanted Tethys merges and to see if I could get a better IV for Ephraim. On my way to the spark I got Kaden and Gerik who were both instantly booked.

After the spark I had a fairly high pity rate, so I kept pulling and got a neutral Ninian. I sort of feel over pulling at the moment >.<

Thankfully new banner is really not interesting to me, although I am surprised that they didn't drop Jill to bait all the CYL borders.

- Ugh, we're all in a rut. I did get Julian this morning on my vanilla free summon on the new banner though. + spd - def, not too shabby. My friend got a TENTH pity breaker on the beach banner today. She just wanted Dorothea to give the dagger to her dancer Ryouma, maybe they could sense that she was out for blood.

And WOW that is some crappy luck for your friend, that is so rough. The 3H summer banner I feel is fixed; on my alt account (it helps keep my spending urges in check) I am up to a 4.75% pity rate. I only just got my first Sylvain on that one, and I’m not even really sniping which somehow is makes it feel worse.

(Forgot to mention... pulled a single Tethys on the run up to the spark, even with her being a 5* focus. So the re-run didn’t really work out how I wanted at all ;_;)

This new chapter was kinda intense, good lord that final map. Like that they made Freyja a beast unit rather than another mage but so many nightmare beasties...
