Yes, told me that the Gilded Item Tom no longer lets you reset Item Hunt after you've won. That's a shame that you can't fight him without paying a huge cost in sP just because you successfully completed that game.

Thank you. I actually thought he had killed me and then realized there was no See Results button. It took me a minute or so to realize I still had 6 hit points and the battle wasn't over yet. :-) I was very happy once I finally figured that out.

ouch that's not fun. I used to work in a Science and Technology museum, and whenever there was a "VIP" group or person that was going to the museum for a meeting, or was in the city but was going to take them for sightseeing, they'd usually call me for the tour (I used to work in Educational Services department, which oversees school guided tours, summer camp, and that kinds of educational things), and it could be on a weekend (my days off), or after shift hours... a few times even during my lunch break. It was my least favorite part of the job (particularly mid 2015-2016, when I eventually exploded because they made me cancel doctor's appointments, and even social gatherings with friends, because "it's part of MY job", when I wasn't the only person in the department who could take charge.

I'm thankfully out now haha, and I do miss work (I love the museum!), but mostly I miss my coworkers :P

- Absolutely, especially the way you are progressing!

- it's really hard when your job gets out of line and doesn't allow some separation with your home life - and when they don't respect that you have a life outside of the job. Asking you to cancel doctor's appointments sounds like going overboard to me. As does calling you back in daily at unknown hours so you can't plan anything else.

- I'm currently at Level 75. Do I get Chase if I fail (I think it said you had to forfeit) or do I need to be at Level 76 ("past 75") for that to happen. I'd hate to fail the game now without at least getting him as a challenger. :-)

I'm sad that I never really got into this in the past :P But it's never too late to take it seriously and have fun ^_^

it did get a bit out of hand for a while, and I wanted to quit so badly, there in the spot, thankfully the day I couldn't take it anymore my best friend was there, and he listened to my venting, and gave me some good advice while putting some things into perspective. Each time I'd get requested for these tours, I'd re-study the information for a few hours (instead of doing the work I was supposed to be doing), but after that day, I'd go 'unprepared' (though I knew the information well, I stopped preparing myself, figured that if they didn't like it, they'd start asking for someone else to do them). I'd always hear that they enjoyed it and sent their congratulations (darn it, but yay :P lol), but eventually, the requests died down, and for a few months before I left work, the requests stopped :P

I think I said this somewhere, but those are just the scrolls I bought literally yesterday to test some stuff out. I wouldn't suggest buying any of them really. I did end up using Fatal Fire scrolls + SoSS + Dark Goddess Rod to beat Prodigy a couple more times than I previously could.

But i'm not sure I would ever really endorse any of them unless you have a very specific plan, or a lot of extra cash to play with.

So I spend more on scrolls than a lot of people (but I know people that have me beat as well). The typhoons, gigan blow, and arctic bravers are an experiment for the most part.

That's a big scroll library How much AP does your pet have? (I assume you equip them as you need?) What's your default set?) Also, SLodge doesn't have this info, how much AP does the Triple Threat Scroll use?

Yeah you can only take so much abuse because enough is enough. I was at work for 11 1/2 hours today with the poor maintenance guy who had been there since 7 am. I literally almost snapped today. Everyone involved with this mess is on edge and tempers are getting high. At least I was able to come home and finish my battle stuff for the day before the reset x.x

wow I would've quit a long time ago :/ You're in need of a good vacation... or you need to lose your phone, so they can't reach you :P

- Oh no. 11 1/2 hours is a long stretch, especially with the current conditions. Good job getting in your battles. Always good to focus on what's really important. :-) Seriously, I'm not at all surprised that tempers are short. When the work environment deteriorates like that and doesn't get fixed quickly it puts a huge strain on all of you. I hope you find a great new job soon!

Oh I didn't get a new job , I'm unemployed at the moment :P I quit because I was getting married and needed December and January to finish sorting things out, and on top of that, hubby studies & works in Spain, so I was going to be away from Mexico to keep a job :P

I came back on the 1st of this month to get my visa for extended stay (4 years), and I should hear back in about 4 more weeks XD

I managed to get some littles caught up a bit yesterday. I spent an extra couple of hours on it and they are still so very far behind... lol

Yeah -- I wanted to make sure some of the newer battlers didn't think what you had was the norm and freak. I would have a few years back... ;)

I got lucky this morning as far as time goes. No difficult challengers anywhere and then Level 21 both times was challengers I'm not yet ready for, so no lost time trying to defeat the tough ones. And only one challenger I needed to look up and he was Moradon at Level 20, who turned out to be easy to beat. So I just whizzed through all 20 levels and then stopped. Makes BQs really quick when that happens. :-) Turns out it was a good night for that to happen because I hadn't gotten much sleep yesterday and almost fell asleep during one of my Battle Quests. Sometimes things just seem to work out. :-)

Thank you for the info! Would you consider wise to invest in scroll ingredients to create Gigan Blow Scroll & Perilous Whirlpool Scroll as a first step to expand my library, or should I consider another or a different one?

True! Between Pokemon GO & morning walks, Subeta, 3DS games (and maybe PS4 in the near future!), housework, and some freelance translations I might be doing for the museum (for new exhibits), I won't get bored easily while hubby's at work hehe. I was challenged by Moradon today as well, and had to go look him up. I even got lucky with GE and beat him on the first try without getting frozen! :o If you ever need a quick check-up on battle challengers, you could also check my challenger visual guide if you want ^_^ I'm still adding challengers, though :P

Now that I have a mini goal, it should keep me entertained.
