My friend told me something about her cousin's cat that I still laugh about when I remember it. She said that when she slept over her cousin's house, in a mattress on the floor. The cat would grab the sides of the mattress and then circulate it like the Spiderman . The funny thing is that she compared it with The Exorcist. xD

My story: It's not really a story but I just want to say I am so excited for this Christmas because it's the first one I get to spend with my boyfriend and his family. I just moved to SoCal to be here with him and we were hoping to have our own apartment by the end of this month but plans have changed and the apartment will have to wait until January or February. But I have already helped his mom decorate so much around the house. I have't decorated for Christmas in a while (due to cats) so it felt really nice to be able to do that again. But I really just can't wait to spend Christmas with my love and the family I will be a part of one day <3
Each of you will receive one fairy and at least one rare on Luminaire Day~ and this will continue until this event comes to a close
^_^ Happy Luminaire everyone~ Continue on caring~

For my story I think I'll talk about the time my brother gave me an amazing Christmas. It was when I was little and it started out the week before when I'd woke up to a brand new hot wheels car. I believe the first one was a green truck of some sort with a tiger on it.Well, every morning for that week I'd wake up to another new car/truck and on the day of Christmas when I opened his present it was a complete track set. I remember it was a very unique way to lead up to Christmas. I still have the cars even!
Another story, because I couldn't resist:
Few years back in 2011 my parents took me to this pet store and said we were picking up a bird for my little cousin for her Christmas present. That year we went to my aunt and uncle's the day before Christmas and the bird was left at home when we went. Now, my uncle even reminded my parents before we left that he'd be there bright and early Christmas morning to get the bird. Needless to say, I couldn't sleep at all that night. I was up all night worrying about when he'd be there and things. Well, Christmas morning came and my uncle was no where to be seen. I was up way before my parents and when they finally woke up, which seemed like an eternity at the time, they told me that the bird was mine. I was so happy I ended up crying. Here it is almost Christmas again and Riza and I are very happy. It's too early for her to want to be up and about right now, but I can provide a picture of her under a spoiler.

Story: When my brother was still in a baby walker, he pulled the tree all the time. He pulled it over once, and my mom caught it before it fell on him - he thought it was hilarious and bounced away. I had to run to the neighbor's so they could help my mom from holding the tree up. My dad bolted the tree to the floor for a few years after, lol
Thank you so much for this giveaway! ^-^

My three deserving people: It´s so hard for mentioning only 3, I love all my friends around. I am nominating and and sending my love out to all my other friends. <3
My story: Some years ago, we rescued a cat out of a Spain animal shelter. Her name was Kea and she was a real soulmate for me (she died way to young with renal failure, alas). However, back then, she was very sick with infections and parasites and she had to stay isolated for some weeks. The day her quarantine ended was Christmas Eve. You know how it is when you let a new cat to your four established ones - a lot of hissing and spitting. Kea, though, run up to the oldest male and gave him a kiss and he, never bonded so far with any cat but his mum, kissed her back and all the other cats came and greeted her. It was a perfect day. In the evening, they already snuggled all together on our big couch, we were so happy and blessed! <3

Story: Every year, my friends and I do a secret santa with a funny theme. One year we did the classic Ugly Sweater theme, and one of my friends came dressed as a Christmas Tree. She had made the outfit herself - gluing tinsel on her green sweater, even with ornaments and a star crown. It was the most hilarious ugly sweater I've ever seen!
Edit: Can I add one more person to my deserving people, since I only listed two before? I just made a new friend, today and want to add her as well :3

My dog loves getting presents as well during christmas! She absolutely shreds that wrapping paper to get to the goods inside...actually I think she might enjoy tearing up that wrapping paper as much as her actual toys lol.

And a memory from holidays past: I remember one year when I had a big birthmas sleepover around the holidays. (My birthday is the 26th) and a surprising number of my friends showed up, usually everyone is out of town on my birthday. Anyways it was my first coed sleepover. We ate junk, watched movies, played games, etc for hours on end and it was a blast. Finally we all crashed out and that next morning me and my friends lex and sam were the first two up so we got bundled up went outside and made tons of snowballs and then woke everyone up with snowballs inside. It turned into this huge snowball fight and I got stuck cleaning up that party for forever but it was a blast and I miss so many people from that night. (Haven't seen many of them in years, this was when we were 14.)

My story entails my cat actually helping create my Luminaire ornament entry a year ago or so. Since I decided to theme it around the Tempest, I was going to have it ringed with eggs and such via wire. Well, every time I went to work with the spool, he'd get tangled up in it trying to grab the elusive shiny dot that the curve on it made. He got so frustrated with it that he jumped up on the table and stepped on the wooden pieces I was gluing together. Well, that didn't fare well and some of his fur stuck to the ornament. I had to bleach it a little bit to get the fur grey to match the ornament so that it looked like the Tempest's fur instead of some weird black line. Tl;Dr - My cat's fur is the neck ruff on my Tempest Luminaire ornament entry by accident.

Somehow I can't come up with any funny/heartwarming story... It wasn't a good year for me ^^ But I don't want to complain or something so instead of funny story I'm going to tell a joke! ;)
What did Adam say on the day before Christmas? -It's Christmas, Eve!
(Sorry, I really like this kind of bad jokes :D)
Thank you very much for this giveaway and Happy Luminaire! :)

story: It's a little hard to explain since it's like my family's inside joke now, but a long time ago when my uncle was still here, we were having christmas dinner at my grandma and grandpa's house. First my dad tried to put black pepper on his macaroni but the lid fell off and he ended up pouring pepper on it by accident. This incident is known as "black-aroni and cheese" 😂 Then a while later, my uncle always had his keys attached to the side of his hip and he ended up walking next to the blueberry cheesecake on the table and somehow dragged his keys through it on accident and his keys were covered in blueberry 😂😂 and that became "blueberry keys-cake". It's been over 10 years since my uncle has been gone but it's still a funny memory that involves him and we think about it at least once a year. It's not a very good or coherent story but the play on words is always so funny to me 😂
Thank you for the opportunity. :)

When I was 5, my mom woke my little sister and I up Christmas morning. She hastily led us to the window telling us that Santa had just left and if we hurried, we might be able to see him from the window. You better believe we thought we saw him flying off in the distance :). So excited, my little sister and I squealed and giggled. What did he leave us? We went to the tree to see our very own Cabbage Patch dolls (A big deal back in the day). We loved them. Years later we realized our dolls didn't look like other Cabbage Patch dolls... but only slightly. Turns out our parents were struggling a little bit and a lady down the street made dolls. So, one thing led to another and that's how Emilee and Mollee came to be. We each still have our dolls to this day. :)

D= not really in contact with anybody else ._.
So gosh, I still remember this- I was something like 4, or 5, and we lived in Hong Kong back then (tbh she never tires of telling it to me >_<). So my mum wakes me up on Christmas Day (not even Boxing Day), and in more eloquent terms than this, she's like "omg somebody must have been here they left something behind". So then like she was scared, and I was scared, and then we looked closer at it and it was like a portable TV set O_O! And then she was like "ahah it must have been Santa". This was cuz we'd just moved out of my dad's to a smaller (still expensive lol) apartment somewhere else, and we didn't have a T.V because my mum had literally left in the middle of the day with me. So d'aww, heartwarming? I like to think so. Even if she laughs at me to this day for being so scared.
This is amazing of you :) Happy Lumi and thank you for hosting this. <3

TRUE STORY: For our university, we have something called a 'spotted' page. It's where we can message the admins and they'll anonymously post anything we send to them. It's usually for when you see someone on campus or if you find someone cute or if you find something lost and wanted to find the owner. The other day, there was a post that wasn't the case. It was a post from an international student who was just learning to speak English. They said that their TA (The people who run the tutorial sub-sections of the classes) humiliated them for their accent and broken English. They said how lonely it was at school and how sad they were to be here, that they go to school, go to class and sit alone all day. They said they all they wanted was a single friend. Within ten minutes, there were over a hundred and fifty replies on the thread, each someone who reached out to be their friend. Out of all the destruction and sadness in the world, every single person that reached out made a difference even if it was just in that international students life. <3
