Electrician is waiting for the part to be delivered (should've been yesterday) so we're hoping that comes this morning, and that he can still turn up and fit it!

It is always helpful if there is some sort of landmark. :) They are building a new hospital here, so that might be interesting to figure out. :P

hopefully they make it nice and easy to find where you need to be! With our local hospital, they keep putting up new buildings, then moving a couple of departments into those before knocking down the old buildings and rebuilding something else in its place.... so if you haven't been there for a couple of years, everything feels like it's moved!

Mum's going to email him this evening to find out if the part he'd ordered has even arrived yet, and to remind him about Friday and Monday not working - so as he's not likely to work weekends, that'll be Tuesday. And that of course delays the new fridge freezer (not heard from them yet, so we're still waiting for it to be delivered to the shop).

hehe I can't honestly see Sorn ever using that bag ;) :P

considering its a Christmas item that's already out of stock I'd probably think no but I will try again well i guess it doesn't matter if they fridge isn't even in there yet. lol nor can i.

That does sound like it would get confusing if you are not there all that often! I got some sad news yesterday. It is not looking good for my Gran. She has not been getting out of bd, eating or anything... so my auntie and uncle drove her to the doc and she is now admitted into the hospital and will be moved to a nursing home after most likely. I think she has just given up. :(

Awww that's sad to hear :( An odd question, but is she eating food like sandwiches or literally nothing? I only ask, because my Gran eats food she recognises (like a sandwich, or the same thing they have 6 days a week), yet when she has a plate of fish and chips on a Friday (which is what they were having before they moved) she refuses to eat any of it, almost like she doesn't recognise what it is o.O Hopefully though if your Gran does have to move to a nursing home, they will be able to encourage her to eat (or provide something that she can eat, if it's down to her dentures or something other than just giving up) squishes

that's possibly a lot more likely! None of the people we've had working here over the last few years have been particularly good with keeping us updated.... you'd think with email and everything, that you'd get updates quite often, but they seem to do even less!
