Yeah, you could say that :K At least she's now managed to order the fridge freezer, although it's unknown when it'll arrive at the shop, let alone when they can deliver

nope oh dear. It took well over a month before ours arrived so I hope it doesn't take long :/

well when I asked in late September, they said they could get it in within three days.... but I think it's more like "less than two weeks" this time round. They'll email when it's in, to arrange when they're going to deliver (that's going to be interesting, as it's just one chap and there's steps to go up to get into the house in the first place!). They have agreed to book in a collection of the old fridge freezer at some point afterwards (we just need to phone and arrange that closer to the time I think), so we don't have to rely on cool boxes to keep everything cold enough while the new one gets to the right temperature ;)

it sounds like the chap on the phone is the one who actually does the home delivery & installation, so he's the one Mum told about the steps (and turn at the top) to get in.... as long as he doesn't just look at the steps and say he needs someone else when he gets here!

Thankfully new subeta seems to remember that I'm logged in now, but I seemed to have a phase of several days when I had to keep logging back in o.O
