Rapunzel's Hair Braiding is the first thing I always do when I get there. I'm so glad they were there, I worried they might not be, vendors come and go, plus covid....but that one is popular (even some guys get their hair braided!!) :D I love the braided crown, tho I sometimes go for other things. One year I had it braided and twisted into a heart shape at the back. Soooo cute! We always have fun. Been less often than we want due to cost (food/drink costs there are pricey!) plus we KNOW we always want souvieniers...so if we don't have a lot of extra income, we don't go. I have two sets of caricatures of the kids from two of the times we went. I was sad that he wasn't there this time. I only had Nathan with me, but I wanted an updated version. He's about as old as Shane was the last time we all went. Would have been fun to compare caricatures!

And yeah, I can totally see how it would get expensive.. especially with three kids! :P

Even with just you and Nathan, that just means you can get MORE EXPENSIVE souvenirs that you've been looking at for years. :P

Hahah well hubby was there too. I just meant only Nathan as he was the only one of our kids there this time. (and he's the only one still a kid!!) cries But yeah, we did spend quite a bit this time and got some sort of pricey souvenirs lol Was even nice and got Katie something :D Can never figure out what to get Shane tho. So I feel bad a bit, but can't help it if I don't see something that screams "get me for Shane" like I did for Katie!! :P (to be fair, even when he went with us before, HE had a hard time finding something HE wanted....)

I had been slowly doing some while posting on Facebook and opening gifts and thanking people....so I only really had to finish like 2 or 3 sets when I settled down to ONLY questing lol and as I've said, tablet goes quite fast! James is playing xbox with his friends and I've had to call out or shut down a whiny kid a few times today. Each time James has walked through to me after to thank me haha.

Good mama! And good James! Kids get so crazy sometimes. And whining is horrible. Especially when it's about games or something they could fix/sort out themselves.
