Morostide is one of my favorite events on the site!

you know, i think the anticipation is part of the fun. i always loved halloween as a kid and have always wished it could be year round. subeta has always done something for halloween and i remember the first morostide. people were actually confused if morostide "was" halloween. i was like, chill and enjoy it as it's longer than the "real" event. lol. i loved it when they opened up the pumpkin patch and skelly manor.

Nice! We really don't celebrate Halloween here. Last few years there are events but nothing like what is in the USA.

i can't imagine what it would be like not having halloween. it's such an integral part of american life. just like thanksgiving or christmas. now i understand that not everyone is the same as us. it was shocking at first though. lol

i went into full morostide gear yesterday and blew all of my quest points on quentin and seasonal stuff and there is so much more to get. i don't think i'll ever have enough quest points to get everything in the seasonal tab. plus quentin quests have been weird lately. almost every one has asked for an item worth 40k plus and one item worth about 2k. then the reward is less than the 40k item. it used to average out at least while now it's not even trying. or is it me? has anyone else noticed this?

Me and Brian can't drink and we don't really go out. So it's mainly me getting excited about watching horror movies which I do all year round. While I love sci-fi and fantasy books, my favorite genre of films and shows is horror.

Oh, getting Halloween candy is still a big thing. But instead of trick-or-treating we go to Walgreens, CVS, ect. XD

When I do quests I don't really compare how much I'm given back to how much I spent. I just like doing quests. I do Shinwa, Wizard, and Quentin. Though I sometimes do other quests, but not usually.

lol well no halloween or thanksgiving here. Thanksgiving is really for the us and canada. But halloween would be nice here, it's comming but very slowly, wish it was more.

But there are some tv channels that do halloween with movies and some amusement parks do halloween nights (scary).

hi hun! Welcome back. You missed the free shop, Pirate event and my birthday (september 28th) other then that nothing much. We are all waithing for morostide and other holiday events.

- since my kids are all grown we do the horror movie and grocery store candy grab too. we live in an area where no one trick or treats so we don't have to worry about sharing our candy. what's your fav horror movie? mine is "the others". when i realized what was really going on in the movie i about died of goose bumps. lol my youngest likes the michael meyers movies because the killer wears a capt kirk mask.

- i'm both glad and sad that halloween is becoming more popular there. glad because it's such a fun holiday. sad because it shows the creeping influence the us has on world culture. halloween is creeping into japan the same way although they go down the costume avenue quite a bit further than we do.

i quest a lot because i can't restock in the usual fashion. i mean i could go into the shops and click on submit but not know if the item i'm buying is worth restocking. so i quesst. it gets me a tidy sum everyday plus morty cards which are a big help. the stuff w/quentin is probably me over-analyzing the game. lol

My favorite is Psycho.

I tend to be iffy about slashers. I did like the first Friday the 13th and love all of the Final Destination movies. Well...except for Final Destination 4...

I like horror movies that are actually well done and also b-horror movies. I like the full range XD

I can't get Subeta, it tells me if I can't get forums to work to use the "new" subeta, but when I try to log into that, the log-in loads indefinitely. Rock and a hard place...

- i like psycho too. my son watched it with us a couple of years ago and was unmoved. at the end he just looked at us and asked what the big deal was about the movie. the whole thing was lost on him. perhaps he was too young at 15 to get it but i think today's kids are desensitised to the things that scared us as kidsd. i do have to say that he watched the scream movies and laughed his way through them. but i share your love of horror. i love stephen king and think the stand is a masterpiece.

hi - congrats on the grandbaby. babies are awesome. sorry you're having problems w/the forums. they were acting up for me a couple of days ago. i signed in through the new subeta and it looped indefinitely for me. i just closed the page and reloaded the forums and they worked. woohoo for morostide!
