That is an issue I used to have but thankfully? I spend so much time on a computer at work that I'm like...yeah no. I'm going to head off now but I'll come back around the day change and see if I can do Melody correctly lmao

: SubetaLodge has been running all day. The times in the diagram below are Greenwich Standard Time with is Subeta time +5 hours, so 11am when you posted your message would be 16:00 on this chart, and you can see the site was humming along. I'm not sure why it was down on your end, but it seems to be something local.

I don't know what's going on, but it isn't local. Other people have also been having problems. Its currently working.

[edit]Never mind. It looks like a combination of things -- something that happened non-locally that caused one of our logs to fill up prematurely, and that blocked incoming connections until the cron that clears the log ran. I think it was a one-time thing, but if it keeps happening, I can adjust that cron to run more than once per hour.

oh good :). Well, its happened twice so far that I'm aware, once yesterday and once today. The downtime yesterday seemed shorter than today, but of course it may simply seem that way because I may have discovered the problem sooner today.

I'm not sure what's happening but I cannot add items to SL with the source code. I'm trying to do it from my WL since that's easiest but it's not letting me put anything in. It just refreshes the page and nothing goes in.

I can't add Melody or the new Cash Shop challenger and it's prizes.

I had the same results you did :(. The page does not react this way when it doesn't like the data, like when I tried to add from the melody page it told me nothing was added. This is like its not even aware that something happened.

, : That's Subeta's once-per-day limit on Melody. When you load the page and see the goodies on it, that's your once-per-day. Then when you click on view source, and your browser goes to retrieve the source of the page, Subeta sends your browser the "do you want to buy a box of old ornaments" page instead. So the source code doesn't even have the Melody's gifts on them.

(You could, if you really wanted to, bookmark the view-source page and go there first, but then you wouldn't see the number of sP that came with your gifts.)

tl;dr: Melody's gifts have to be added from some other page, like from your inventory, or the Account Search page.

[edit] All that's true ... but apparently something else is going on, too. Working on it...

[edit] My bad. When I cleared out the logs yesterday, I messed up the background process that grabs hover item info when we try to add new items. I had that process write a log entry to the server log in case Subeta ever complained about all the connections coming from SubetaLodge, I'd be able to document what we did. Everything should be working normally for now, but you still can't add Melody items from the Melody's Cottage page (which is how things worked before, and isn't something we can fix on our end.)

Yeah (nice to know why Melody page doesn't work), but Reaper added from the wishlist page and I added from inventory and neither of us was able to add items. They just aren't there. I've added from both WL and inventory before.

The add items page is not working correctly.

Also that is good to know about Melody. I didn't know that before but yeah, I did the add try from inventory and WL because I did Melody on my phone and had to switch to my laptop for SL adding.

Okay, I hate to be the bearer of bad news again, but SL is down completely. It just loads a white page and in the tab title it's just "subetalodge.us" and nothing else on Firefox. Source code is empty.

On Chrome it shows: This page isn’t working www.subetalodge.us is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 503

Also reporting in that I was able to add Melody today with no issue and to add the CWs as well. All 403483042 of them. (I kid, there were only 214 but still lol)
